This store generally has better pricing on most groceries than any of the large chain grocery stores in the area. But Ive been shopping here for over 15 years and now only very occasionally shop here, and spend much, much less than I used to here, for a few reasons.First is out of stock items. And this is not pandemic related shortages. This issue has steadily gotten worse over the past six or seven years. They obviously buy just in time which turns out to be, not so much. It doesnt matter how good your prices are if the product isnt on the shelf.Second, over the years they have dropped many name brand products which I prefer, for items such as cheese, pickles, ketchup, crackers, ice cream and toilet paper to name a few. Often they replace the national brands with their own store branded products, which I generally find to be inferior quality.And lastly, the remodel about two years ago has been a disaster, for poorly located and hard to find items to aisles that you cant get a cart through.

This is a super awesome Target! Always clean, stocked and friendly associates .....inside the store. The car pick-up associates however always make you feel like youve inconvenienced them and wait times after check in can be as long as 30 minutes. I actually think it would be the best job there, because people are happy to see you! Ive only done car pick-up with dog in car, or when injured, but will probably do grocery pick-up elsewhere and ship non-grocery items to home. Bummer because this is my local store. Other Target locations Ive had great pick-up experiences!

Target is awesome. It has everything. It used to have style too. Like....what happened to its style? For a few years now, I havent really been able to find anything really worth while in their womens fashion.Still love the kids though. Cat and Jack all the way

I had returned an apple keyboard that an employee told us that the tablet was included, which wasnt. I returned the item on Monday an hour later after buying with my debit card. I have not received my refund to my account and spoke to my bank and they seen nothing showing any refunds. So on Thursday I went in at 8pm and the employees told us they had no manager on duty and to come back Friday because our refund should be from 48-72 hours. I went back Friday at 2pm and spoke to a manager and they werent able to help me because now they say it takes 7-10 days to be refunded so they cant do anything until the following Monday. I drove 35 minutes to the store 3 times! To just be sent away with nothing.

Wine in the grocery AND great produce?? Yes please! This store is always clean, sells a large variety of GF and allergy friendly foods, and the fruit selection never disappoints. It’s the best target in the area.

This Target is WONDERFUL because of the super employees!! Last night, Christopher (Electronics Department) helped our blind & disabled son with a new phone. Christopher took the time to help us set up the device, the accessibility options, he was attentive to what options would work for our son, and he was simply a huge blessing to our family when we needed this help. The kindness and extra effort that Christopher shared was exceptional and he truly went above & beyond. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

This location and staff try very hard for a quality experience. They enforce cleaning and distancing. Stock is almost always accurate. Pick up is always perfect and timely, model location!

Since the beginning of the year I have come to Target for all my big purchases such as the Oculus Quest as well as all my small purchases such as supplements or my workout stuff (protein powder, preworkout etc.) Great staff as well! Shoutout to Dillon for being knowledgeable in the electronics department and selling me on the Theragun Elite 🤙 checkout was very easy.

I like their inventory and I believe they have decent prices. However, I will not buy clothing there right now because they do not have the dressing rooms open and I do not want the hassle of returning something if it doesnt fit right.

I’ve have always loved this location because the have always been so friendly and helpful. Well customer service has officially died here. Tried to take back a Kitchen Aid mixing bowl that was a Christmas gift and it was a nightmare. The item is only sold online so I wanted a gift card so that I could get the correct color I wanted online. I was told I could only have a gift card to be spent in store it was unusable online. I asked to speak to a manager and explained that the item was ordered online I wanted to exchange it for a different color which I can only do online and I was told that’s too bad you have to get a gift card to spend in store and that is the only thing that I can do for you. That manager was probably 20 years old was Condescending and rude as can be. So I went and got the receipt from my mother we returned the item to the Riverpoint store and my mother got a credit and I purchased the item elsewhere. Which is what I will be doing from now on. Target had better learn some customer service before Amazon put them out of business.

The industrial-size hand sanitizer at the exit door is THE WORST! Yes, I wrote a review to complain about the hand sani. It smells like an old lady doused herself with the cheapest, strongest-smelling perfume she could find at Dollar General. The smell is SO strong, it stayed on after multiple hand washes. GROSS!I do love the Target Starbucks, though. Best SB around!

As always, this target makes shopping and hassle free. And they also make sure that during this crazy pandemic, regardless of the circumstances, that we are as safe as possible by following all of the guidelines.

I was asked several times if I needed help finding anything. Two Target members, guided me to the areas I was looking for which was very helpful. Super Friendly and the store is very clean! Carts were already disinfected and ready to go at the entrance.

I was shopping when a sales rep asked me about my phone bill after a few minutes he had me convinced to switch to AT&T because of the significant saving!He wouldn’t show me a break down of the charges after running my credit card, and directed me to an AT&T store. I went into an AT&T store and when I saw the breakdown of the charges clearly saw he was lying, and this is a common event according to AT&T. It has been over 6 hours on the phone and in the store to get this resolved and I have also have had to dispute the charges for the taxes on the phones as they didn’t refund $101 of the $300 plus charges!I cannot express how much stress this has caused! Avoid this scam by dealing with AT&T directly the used car sales tactics performed in the store are ridiculous!

The night manager Michael Perera doesnt have any customer service skills. He is very rude and doesnt know how to politely comunicate with clients. At least that was my personal experience. Some people let the little power they get go to their heads.

The curtain rod I bought from here is missing all the mounting parts and a pole with the ball attached at the end. I wasted 45 dollars. Wish they had better product quality check before putting out something half missing.

In the midst of the pandemic- the checker was so kind. I talked to her the entire time she checked out my items. I appreciated the kind service when she could have chosen to be annoyed that I had to pick up items for my family. She even wore gloves which was nice to see her simply being cautious. The store smelt clean as well- which was nice to see they are holding up to the standards companies are stating that they have. We love Target and this location!

Overall the store cleanliness and they had everything instock that I came here for!!

I was passed between four associates - being asked to wait each time they needed to call someone else over. The four associates who were asked to help me were of zero help. They did not know how to set up a registry, did not know how to use the scan machine, and did not offer any assistance to me throughout the store. I was told to download the app and do it at home - which totally defeated my purpose for wanting to do it in store. I was literally left to figure out the registry process totally on my own. When I asked about the gift bag for registering, I was told it wasnt a thing they offered. This is HUGELY disappointing because Targets website says it offers freebies and over $80 in coupons for creating a registry, which is a massive thing to miss out on. When I was scanning items to add to my registry in store, most of the shelves were empty. I am SO disappointed in my experience and considering moving my registry somewhere else due to the total lack of care from Target associates and total lack of follow through with offers available to those who register.

While shopping online Target had the best price and the checkout with PayPal was easy. Once at the store it was nice to see separate lines for returns and pickup. The pickup process was fast and easy.

The efficiency of the staff, and the quality of the merchandise as well as the sophisticated designs of each season make Target a store that continues to satisfy my design needs again and again.

Made up rules stating we couldnt pay with cash because of a coin shortage and it was targets official policy, yet every other target accepted cash and gave my change today, and yesterday. And my wife works at a Target and its not their policy to not accept cash, nice try lying to us though.

While I was at this Target, the young lady at the guest services desk was very polite and helpful. She moved quickly to get my items out of the back, something I dont see a lot of anymore (hurrying), and when another customer walked toward the desk, asked another employee if they could assist them immediately so she wouldnt have to wait. She apologized for a tear in a 12 pack box of soda which was no problem to me, she seemed very concerned about my satisfaction. She seemed to really like her job.

The man who checked me out did a great job. We was friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about doing a good job, all despite it being very busy. Will be back to this location.

Jack at the self checkout today was EXTREMELY helpful. I purchased some very large pillows, and helped me bagged them. Great costumer service!

This location is the amazing! Carts are very quite! They have more stocks compared to other locations. Staffs are very accommodating and happy to help.

Had a bad experience with this store. I bought 3 products (buy 1 get 1 free), and the discount was not applied. Nail polish, lipstick and berries were mentioned as buy 1 get 1 free at this store. When i called customer care regarding this, she accepted discount was not applied and she said she cant return the money back to my card, i have to go to the store to get that done. Never going to visit this store again. I was charged for 6 products where in i must be charged only for 3.

The fact that this store was listed as SW Denver, which is ABSURD. This location is not in Denver, and is, at best 25 miles away from a Denver zip code. This Target is located in the heart of LITTLETON, COLORADO and should be listed as such. I had to drive an hour out of my way to retrieve my items because the pickup location identified on the web said SW Denver. This is false representation and should be corrected.

This store takes more care toward a sanitary environment than I have seen anywhere else. I appreciate it a lot.

I love this Target. For the first time I used the mobile ordering and it was super easy and efficient and the employee was so nice. I actually usually go here to get away and browse each aisle and I love it. Clean and well stocked.

Love this target! Pretty large and has a big parking lot. They are located near a mall and eating which is nice. They have always had friendly staff and pretty clean even throughout their busy times. Never seem to have much of a wait at their check out lines which is nice!

Well Ive been in this store 2 today being my 2nd time. Ive have never been so insulted as I was walking around this store . Ive never stolen a thing in my life and they were following me hiding as if I couldnt see them he even ran to the self check out to watch me pay pretending to have a conversation. Look I get it but for someone who is not even trying to steel he embarrassed me they all did .God I was so humiliated I left in years. So uncalled-for. I will never return to a target again and thats any target not ever. Oh except totake back the items I purchased o would rather spend my money else were. God it was rediculous .

If you dont like self checkout this is not the store for you!There never seems to be enough cashiers here, and you end up having to checkout yourself. The good news is the remodel is over, but I think it made the store a little darker.

The curbside pickup is very fast and efficient. Ill keep using this free service after the quarantine ends.

Do not visit this store until the renovation is done. Everything is a wreck, nothing is in stock, and a single cart can barely fit down an aisle here. I literally was able to find one thing on my list today and just decided to leave instead of buying disposable paper bowls.

This is a nice store. The employees were courteous and helpful, the store is well laid out and it was easy to find everything I was looking for. Parking was good and the over all experience was quite good aside from a few odd/semi-obnoxious customers, but they werent the stores fault. Definitely a good place to shop!

There were so many people in the store shopping without masks. I also felt so safe and secure because of the signage saying you had to wear a mask and I had never seen anyone without a mask, today was a different story.

The cashiers were really rude when I was trying to use a coupon for $2 off a $2.99 item they said the system wouldn’t take it because it was more than half off and target has a new policy which I know it is not true! I asked to speak with a manager and they told me to leave the store. They need to get trained more with their coupon system!

Target Circle and great customer service have made Target my new go to for everything. The store is always spotless, well stocked, and well organized.

This target has better electronics than most. Definitely my go to store.

Fast and easy

I never purchase video games without checking here first. I bought a headset for the PS4 for $20 under what I would have paid elsewhere. They seem to be that way with a lot of electronics. They also have Ben and Jerrys ice cream flavors you cant find anywhere else. Well worth checking the prices before shopping elsewhere.

The service of ordering online and picking up was very quick and efficient. I was able to pick my items up early in the morning which also helped.

This store is bright, open, clean and full of friendly staff who are always looking to help guests! Their team is so polite and I am asked by every member if they can help me find something. The clothing selections are amazing for all ages, the electronics department is huge, their produce is always fresh and they have a Starbucks in store!

I give it a two star because I was trying to see if they had a product in stock but I couldnt. I called once and they hanged up and the second time I was trying to give them the DCPI number but hanged up an me again. So the in store service is great but the phone not so much.

Extremely disorganized. Was looking for a particular shampoo and had to check 3 different parts of the store. Why is the shampoo in 3 different places? All health and beauty products were randomly dispersed through the middle of the store making it difficult to find anything.

Very helpful and friendly staff. My great niece lost her toy there and the staff went out of there way to find it.
