Rokmen built a roof rack for my excursion. They built and shipped it within the time estimated, they packed the parts really well to protect them, and they had really good instructions for installation. Highly recommend. Email works better than phone for contacting them.

I have called 4 times with no response. Just want to know if your shop is open during COVID. If you are open and no one is capable of picking up a phone, how do I know your shop is responsible enough to handle my online order?

I ordered from them over a weekend and the part was available for pickup, at my request, before the work week was out. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the parts and alterations you may need for any given project (mine is a longer term tummy tuck).Check their prices - they’ve beat most I’ve found (w/free shipping on many) and are local as a nice bonus.

This place is top notch for all your off-road suspension needs. Jeff had my order ready for pickup within 2 hours of placing it and I couldnt be more impressed with my new lower control arms. Ill definitely be back.

When it comes to building, modifying, and working on Jeep vehicles... The guys at Rokmen are truly professional. Very kind, courteous, and willing to spend the time to help talk with me through decisions for my Jeep. The attention to detail is amazing.

Ordered a front bumper and a rear bumper for my jeep on September 18, 2015 - simple enough. I received the front mercenary bumper (plus the tube and custom fairlead mount) within a few weeks and was really happy with the product I received. The welding looked to be top notch. Unfortunately, I ordered a rear bumper as well. It is now February 25, 2016, and no rear bumper.I have emailed them at least 3 times (no response). I have called twice and asked for a simple refund. The first time I called, the sales representative was surprised to learn of what happened and promised to cut a check that day, even though that is not their normal practice. Weeks passed and no check. The second time was even better. I spoke with the owner of Rokmen. No apologies for the terrible service or any explanation was given. No attempt to save a customer, so I asked for a refund. He said sure. And here we are again, weeks passed, and no check. This is an absolute joke for anyone in retail to treat their customers like this. Get your stuff together Rokmen.3/10/16 Update - After speaking with Jeff, and whoever else, several more times and being promised a refund (again), I have still not received the check.

I mainly dealt with Jeff at Rokmen. I met him after a disastrous experience at Bach Crawlers (Monument). I had to find someone who could look at my 2012 Jeep and see if they could fix the problems that Pete at Bach Crawlers had made. There was bad welding on my C gussets that caused the Jeep to have a really bad pull to the right, the bumper and winch were installed incorrectly (including bolts that were missing/not used, and there were several other probems that made it impossible to go offroad due to metal-on-metal contact. ANYWAY, Jeff dignosed all these issues (he is an amazingly good welder too) and between High Country (later) and Jeff, I managed to fix all these issues. It cost me a ton but mostly labor. Pete had completely ruined my axle with his buddys shoddy welding but Jeff made it a lot better and I was able to use the Jeep as it was intended. I trust and like these guys, and will use them in the future. I have a 2014 Rubicon now.

Jeff really takes his time explaining all the options in detail so you can make educated decisions. Unlike other shops, Rokmen steers you away from unneeded money wasting modifications and ensures youre happy with the work theyve done.

I walked into their shop (old location) many years ago to buy a front winch bumper, and after spending 2 hours with them, talking about the upgrade path i was after and my general approach to modifying my jeep, i left to further research my options. 2 days later i went back and bought my entire setup from these guys. body armor, lift, all the upgrades i will ever need for my jeep. yes, it cost more than i wanted to spend at the time, but i will not have to replace anything they sold me again. i have run many colorado trails, and tons of utah trails, and have been impressed with how my jeep performs compared with other more expensively modified vehicles. their componants are top notch, as is their knowledge. they have me as a customer for life.
