Friendly staff and service was fast. I recommend reserving a truck prior to going to any location since its moving season.

Great guys! My stored items are in a temp controlled unit & I’m so glad I opted for the temp controlled, bc my things are still perfect after 9 months.

The guy that I dropped the trailer off with was excellent but the lady that rented me the trailer was morbidly obese and out of shape. If you cant lift the tongue weight of an empty small trailer you need another job.

They were very kind and helpful ... Everytime I went in the place ...recommend highly ....

The gate key wasnt working and access is limited to 9pm. If youre moving into town, try to make it before 7pm. Theres no assistance after 7pm.

I had to move from Little Rock to Fort Smith three months ago and needed a trailer to move my belongings this U-Haul location was very easy to deal with. I did most of the process online walked in and they had me on the road in just a few minutes.

Very friendly staff and very clean facility. I love the free month if storage when you rent a u haul. The storage units are very large and o love the fact that it is a indoor storage facility. I truly ecommend this facility to my friends and family!!!!!

Not familiar with the area so I missed the correct turn, but it is a clean site and looks well run.

My stuffs still there. They enen repainted the stall doors with that wonderful bright orange.

I have call twice this morning no answer as always .. whats the number to the main office... I had this same problem last month trying to pay on time and being told I will get a late charge... because they wont answer the phone..and I waited 15min

I work for a moving company and get my clients items out all the time and They have to many units and not enough cameras or workers to secure all of it . there outside units leak and no fence around or gate you can easily gain access to every unit

I moved my stuff out on the day it was due and they said i had to pay for a another month 😠...I will never rent again here
