These guys are super helpful! Went in to mail a package that needed some work on it (tape, new label and old label covered up) and they were more than happy to help out.There were plenty of employees helping out at the time and so the line of customers kept moving. Great location - very clean and would definitely recommend.

I had a difficult package going out of the country. Therese was amazing got me all taken care of with a smile on her face. I will definitely use them again and again and I live 45 minutes from this store. But I will take the time to drive there for the service I received.

I have always had a great experience at the UPS Store on Chenal Parkway in Little Rock, Arkansas. Each time I go in, I am welcomed with a smile, a big hello and superb customer service. My experience today has raised my level of appreciation to the highest level attainable.Just like any other ordinary day, I went to the store, had an awesome experience with Angie and Rico with sending a package to my daughter in Florida and left the store. I did not notice that I had left my wallet at the store until I received a call from Angie. It just shows that quality and honest people work there and it all trickles down from a manager that cares about each person that comes in the store. The store manager, Theresa, is awesome and the stores personality reflects her highest attention to customer service. If you need to send a package and if you want to have an awesome experience doing it, then go see the professionals at UPS - Chenal Parkway. Theresa, Angie, Rico or any other of the dedicated staff will make your visit one of the best.

Please have employees providing customer service wear face masks! CDC recommends everyone wearing one when going out and interacting with people not from one’s own household. UPS employees interact with hundreds of people each day and therefore can easily spread the COVID-19. Please keep in mind that one doesn’t have to have symptoms to be able to spread the disease. Employees were otherwise friendly.

Superb customer service. Theresa (the manager) went above and beyond for us. We rent a box in the store and we intend to keep it thanks to her and her staff (who so far have been equally nice and helpful).

The folks at this store are always very efficient and friendly. Each time Ive used them they were quick on price quotes, and checking in my shipping items. In the rare instance Ive not had the proper packing, they were very accommodating and helpful. Keep up the great work!

Customers service here is absolutely amazing!! Therese and Rico are some of the kindest people I have met! I needed to ship a couple of boxes and they made the process beyond easy! I will most definitely be coming back here for all of my shipment needs!

Worst, most unorganized shipping center I have ever seen. Employees were extremely rude and off-putting. Person trying to help seemed incapable of doing even the easiest of tasks. Kept making up arbitrary and non-existent rules for package pickup. Had no idea how to contact her manager or owner. Didnt even have a way to send an email to the manager or owner. Either she was lying or is the least qualified person for that job. Didnt even know how to leave a message for the next shift?? Duh- Post-it on the monitor if NOTHING ELSE. She was either a liar or incompetent or overly lazy. Any of the above - doesnt matter, these people should not be responsible for valuable packages.Now, a week later after calling UPS everyday to reschedule a package delivery from that horrid place, it doesnt seem to be anywhere....

My employers have used this UPS store for our incoming and outgoing mail/shipping needs, including private mailbox (PMB) rental since 2007, and the folks here are consistently friendly, engaging and competent. Theyre aware and they care: my standard for excellent service. Honestly, they go above and beyond that when the need arises. I use them for all my personal shipping now, too. They have earned my highest endorsement, 11 years strong.

I have been in this store numerous times and every employee has been courteous and efficient. The waiting time is brief and the store is clean and well organized. I drive out my way for this UPS facility. Never had a problem!

I actually live closer to a different UPS location but the customer service at the store off of Chenal is so amazing I drive the extra 15 miles. I needed to return a queen size memory foam topper and was not able to stuff it back into the original box it came in. The gentleman working this morning came out to my car to carry in this bulky mattress and told me it would be no problem to ship it.

I frequent this UPS store due to work and recently, a package that was sent internationally was being held at the airport. Carleton went out of his way to make sure that I had the information I needed in order to get the package delivered. (He even called me first to check on it!) Great customer service!

Our experience at this store has been awful. I recently sold some large products off of EBAY and chose to send through UPS due to their shipping insurance. I have my own UPS account as you do get some shipping discounts. I had the store pack my package for me. When it arrived to the purchaser, the merchandise was so damaged having large dents, ect. I have gotten a huge run around while trying to get my refund on the shipping, which was approximately $200. (I also had to take $200 off what I originally sold the merchandise for because I want to be fair to my customer). The story that the store at Chenal gave me was that because I chose to ship it through my account, they are not responsible for the damage that the merchandise attained. No one told me that this would be the case, otherwise, I would have just shipped it through standard UPS account. The main UPS center told me that they will go look at the merchandise, but if they decided the damage was due to packing, then they do not have to pay the refund. This is HORRIBLE customer service. How can this even happen? I am now out $400 dollars because of the damage my package attained through the shipping process with their company, but somehow, this is not their problem. I will never use UPS at Chenal again.

Theresa went above and beyond to help me get a package shipped with DHL. She called the local DHL representative for me and worked things out. I had been on the phone with a DHL customer service representative who was not helpful at all. Thank you!!

After 4 years being a very satisfied mailbox customer at the Cantrell store I decided to move my mailbox to the Chenal store both of these stores are owned by the same people so I felt like this should not be a problem I made the move and was assured that my mail or packages that went to the old address would be held for me to pick up this was done for a short period of time but I was told by several of the employees that they were instructed to refuse or just return the incorrect addressed items, this was not the agreement on the front end I also was at the Chenal store at least 3 times a week to pick up mail or packages which can take 5 minutues up to a hour if the store is busy.so it was not like they couldnt get in contact with me.One of the main problems at this store is employee turnover I have lost count all of the good employees that have left in the last twelve months I know you can have problems with employees but there is no way that many!!I have never written a negative review about a business in my life but after the treatment I received at this location I felt like it was only fair to vent my frustration with the poor management I encountered.
