Love this place - great customer service. So much more helpful than the post office. Shipmates prints labels, tapes everything up, and the people are friendly and helpful. The 6 pm closing time makes it even more convenient for me since I can stop by on my way home from work.

I went in to mail a document with a paper printed shipping label and the lady helping me was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She opened the envelope, allowed me to put the document in, sealed it, and even offered to tape me printed document to the envelope. Very helpful considering I barely counted as a customer in this endeavor. Outstanding service.

I live in California and come home to Little Rock to visit a few times per year. I ship boxes back and forth (sending Christmas presents home, etc), and ShipMates always does a great job. Its so nice to compare prices all in one place. They have also done a great job packing fragile items.

We ship art all over the States and Charlie has never let us down. They are expert packers and shippers, and sometimes gift wrapping! There are not enough good things we can say about this business or the people that work there.

Wonder why small business are failing? Have a phone system that rings and goes to voicemail instead of putting you on wait (which is preferred because no one ever responds to voicemail). I called to check if they printed just regular copies from a computer. Since there was no answer, I had to drive up there. Then Im told I can email it to them, but they have no wifi. So I have to go back home and get WiFi to email it from my laptop....of course I drove right down the road to UPS where they have wifi. Get WiFi.
