I know supply and demand is pretty crazy now, but today I went to the store right when it opened to talk to one of the workers, Corey/Cory, about the Nintendo OLED Switch. He gave me good advice/information and was just really nice all around. Made my day. Need more people like him!

I like to come here to just buy games and get out. came in to sell some games with my friends and 2 employees were just being rude to all of us and were just straight up bombarding us with rude questions the entire time. it was honestly extremely annoying and not the best experience. i’d rather just drive to nlr than come up here again.

You can also reserve upcoming games before they are released with a down-payment of as little as $5.00. They also offer game-themed toys and collectibles. You may wait a while at checkout if it is busy.

This place is absolutely horrible. I called about an online order placed here and was immediately met with attitude from store associate by the name of Angel. Who didn’t even here my explanation before saying it was essentially my fault for not choosing the pickup option when there was no option for pickup. I would highly recommend choosing a different store around Little Rock before going here. Angel should be fired for the way I was spoken to on the phone. You’re better off ordering digitally straight from PSN or Xbox Live then going here.

Its Gamestop. The companys reputation precedes it. The staff at this location are super friendly and helpful, but my rating is based solely on personal tastes, and I really have no interest in the collectibles and figurines which are growing to dominate their stores. This upcoming shift toward trying to provide a social experience is only going to drive gamers away.

Just finished getting my sons very first video games here. The associate was super helpful and sweet. Wish Id have gotten her name.I used to come here all the time with my brother back in our teenage and early college years. Its always been a really great location.

This place can be hit or miss. They are definitely over priced and dont have the selection that Best Buy does. Unless its a game stop exclusive, go to Best Buy for your gaming needs and accessories.

Whenever I visit the store I’m greeted warmly by the staff. They are quick to help, and fairly knowledgeable about the products. The selection is top notch, and they run frequent sales to boot! I purchased a used game that didn’t work, but they replaced it lickity-split, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. They also carry a plethora of clothing, toys, and memorabilia!!! Check them out quick!

I went there a few times and every time I go there I can never just browse and shop. I see that everyone around me seems to be able to just shop, but for some reason the clerk always has to hound me. I will never go to this place again. I love gamestop, but I will from here on out shop at gamestop online. That way I can ensure that I will be able to browse freely. I went in to buy a nintendo switch. I havent been to GameStop in awhile so i didnt know how things had.. Changed. I know its mandatory but its annoying that the employee kept harassing me with things i already said i didnt want. Hey ya wanna screen protector? No not really. Maybe later ya sure it can really be dangerous out! No im fine thanks ya sure? It went on and on like that with the case, buying more games, a pro controller, etc etc. Just frustrating since i was wanting to play the damn thing that night. Works good tho.

The manager was very friendly. I came in because my Game Informer magazines were not being sent to my house. The manager was on the phone with the company and sorted everything out, and even gave me all the issues that I had not received for free. Best Gamestop that Ive been to.

I visited this location 3 times in one day. Each time I was never greeted by any of the workers but everyone that came in behind me each time was greeted. I was never asked if I needed help but noticed that everyone else was getting top notch customer service. I didnt get that. I had to ask for help and I just felt like I was not wanted in this store. When I checked out the person didnt even count my change back to me. So I had to count it right in front of him just to make sure it was correct. I almost left with out purchasing this particular game but my son had been looking for this game for a while now and I didnt want to disappoint him. But I will never set foot in this store again.
