Al is the man! He is super friendly and knows his stuff. He was able to handle a pretty big backlog of customers on his own and was still on his game. Being the only T-Mobile store around makes it tough but Al will make sure youre taken care of. Much easier than dealing with customer support on the phone.

I called T-Mobile trying to get my account number and was placed on hold right at 50 minutes and still couldn’t get what I called in for. The service they provide is inadequate; I would place a call only to have the call dropped very poor service.

I went to Next Wireless at the new location in West Little Rock. I wanted to talk to someone about T-Mobiles new i-Phone deals. They were very helpful and went out of the way to find answers to my questions. I could have bought the phone online but I liked going into the store and having someone to ask questions to one on one.

Al thats my guy helped through the struggle with the Samsung Galaxy note 7. If you have a problem Al he got you. Best at his job hands down.
