The worst. I ordered a costume that I paid way too much for, but I considered it a splurge that I would enjoy. When I finally opened the bag about three weeks later to try on the 9 piece costume, nothing was inside except the dress that looks nothing like the picture on the front. I will never again purchase from here.

Due to Covid19 supplies are not stocked like normally. But its out of their control I 🤔. Just blame it on Covid19 vibe.

If you need parts to a costume or any type of balloon this is a great place. However, they do not have party invitations at all. They have a variety of party favors at semi reasonable prices. It seems under staffed currently at this location.

Came into store and placed order for 80th birthday balloons the girl at cashier counted out 8 80th balloons along with the other balloons I handed her she placed all the balloons in my order in a bag together with instructions as to when they were to be ready for pickup.I paid for the balloons to be picked up 08/28/21 at 11:00 am. When my husband went to pick up my order that was already ordered and paid for he was told they only had 2 of the 80th birthday balloons so they reimbursed me for the lost balloons which they had to do. And which still left me short six balloons. I know they had the balloons there the day I paid for them because I saw them in the bag with the rest of my order.I personally think this was crappie service and will plan on taking my business elsewhere from now on.

We wanted helium filled balloons and they had plenty of choices: latex, Mylar, solid colors, multi-color, round, star, heart, and more

Ive never had a reason to get any sort of party supplies/decorations, but I had to grab some last minute decorations for St. Pattys Day.I walked in and it was floor to ceiling of tons of decorations. All kinds of holidays, etc. If you cant find it here, it simply doesnt exist. Highly recommend!!

It had a large selection of decorations for New Years Eve.... HOWEVER, I bought their last platter that said Goodbye 2020 HELLO 2021!! and now you know the rest of the story. Also, there wasnt much that said 2021- which surprised me.

The manager and assistant manager at this store have poor customer service skills. Youd definitely be better off spending your money & time somewhere else, where they value their customers. If I could have given them zero stars, I would have!!

Came in looking for some graduation balloons. The staff created an a la carte package of everything I needed to create an arch. One week later and the balloons are still going strong. And, because I didnt want helium filled, I got a discount!

Only went here for balloons... I suppose they are party city... But Id definitely choose Kroger over this place for balloons. Much better selection, and much better prices. My main complaint with this place is that the customer service stinks. They wouldnt get off their phones long enough to even try to help you... In fact, I felt as if they couldnt possibly care less if we were there or not. No friendly words, no offers to help, nothing. Literally.

Party City is a pretty cool place to visit. I didnt find what I was looking for, but that was my fault because I waited until the last minute. They have a lot of stuff to look at. Even though I didnt find what I was looking for, I did enjoy going down the aisles to see what they have.

I own a clothing boutique and came here for my store decor. I found more than enough cute decorations! Most of all the employees here were AMAZING!! They go above and beyond here! I will no doubt be coming back. :)

Manager admitted their cups leaked, but said something like: Well, they ARE paper. Really? She admitted that their shelves of paper cups would leak--with no concern? I went to Party City because I wanted some up-scale outdoor party supplies. Found and bought a nice set of matching plates, and large plastic cups and smaller paper ones. The first cup to have wine poured into it started leaking in about 2 minutes. Thank heavens we noticed before the furniture was stained. So of course I put the other 9 cups back, and drove across town to let the management know of the problem--before someone else did have some real damage. The manager was stuck on Once something is opened we cant give a refund. I told her that wasnt my big concern (they were only something like $2 or $3)--but, really? You buy 10 cups, the first 1 leaks, and they wont refund your money? Her whole attitude was such that I began thinking maybe I was in Idiocracy or Candid Camera. So, I shook my head and left the store. To never return.

If I could give no stars I would. The manager refused to come talk to me while her workers were being horribly rude and talking about me while blowing up other people’s balloons. I ordered balloons online and somehow all 3 of them popped and instead of calling me so I could bring in my receipt to return them or exchange them they just waited till I got to the store and we’re bothered that I was kinda upset they didn’t call and proceeded to tell me they had other orders and balloon orders to complete and that’s why they did not call. Would not refund or exchange my balloons because I didn’t have a receipt which I assumed I didn’t need since I was just picking my balloons up. I won’t be going back or shopping at party city anymore. This is sadly not the first bad Experience I have had at this location. I would not recommend going here.

I bought a police outfit for my granddaughter. The nice young man told me one price and when the cashier rang it up I pointed out the 24.00 diffrents and the lady was very rude to me and even cut me off when I was talking to her. I thought she had credit my account and I ended up calling my credit card company and the store back and it took 3 weeks to get my money back . That young lady was very rude...

Staff very young, not very knowledgeable about products or stock, didnt really act like they cared if I or the 3 other customers made our purchases or not. I mentioned I had found my items on line just an hour before coming in and knew they were in stock she told me the store and the website had NOTHING to do with each other and were 2 completely separate and unrelated companies....ok not too happy about that because I know better but another customer may not. Also when item I wanted was not in the section of the store I looked she had NO idea where else to look or even any suggestions for alternatives.....NOT GOOD FOLKS...I only gave better stars.because I did find most of what I wanted WITHOUT HELP JUST BY WANDERING UP AND DOWN EACH AND EVERY AISLE MY SELF.....😒😞

I came in and I saw two ladies blowing up balloons and answering peoples questions which they were busy so I went down to the other side of the counter where I saw four or five employees huddled up on their phone and conversating and none of them seemed to even bother look at me! I got irritated and went back to the two ladies at the front and asked to speak to the manager, come to my surprise the MANAGERS were one of the ones huddled up over there giving horrible lack of customer service. I did not even want to waste my time speaking to them and unfortunately the store manager was not in. I believe that as a leader that should definitely not be happening! I do want to thank those two ladies for helping me after all, I didn’t get their names but one of them had curly hair I believe mixed lady and the other was Hispanic.

I drove all the way out here today to pick up some balloons for work. When I got back to my office I found out that I’d been given a balloon with a hole in it that they put a piece of tape over. I came back out to get another balloon to replace the one with the hole in it that they had given me. I asked if they could give me another balloon weight for all the time and my gas wasted due to their error. Plus the guy who gave me the balloon tied the balloon on one end so that the letter was floating sideways. The girl behind the register said they had given me the balloon for free. I said, “No, you gave me a balloon to replace the one y’all gave me with a hole in it.” There were four girls and one guy all standing behind the register not doing anything, one of them was the manager. Terrible staff, won’t get anything from here again. I’ll order my balloons and party supplies off Amazon and take the balloons to Kroger to get filled. I work in a senior living community and we throw tons of parties. Thanks for nothing, Party City. I very rarely leave reviews but this irritated me. Terrible customer service.

Baby shower items that I was looking for were out of stock. But its a pretty good place

I like having a part supply store in our neighborhood. I got frustrated with the (hopefully) new hire because I was looking for cartoon/doll gloves and he emphatically stated that they did NOT sell those types of gloves. I continued to look around for something I could substitute for them and what do you know?....Party City does sell the cartoon/Mickey mouse type of gloves & has it at two price points. When I stop into a party city or Halloween Express, I need to be able to run in and get out. I dont want to have to search each isle not trusting that their employees have no idea what theyre talking about.

When I say RUDE I MEAN RUDE!!!! I spend to much money in this store. And for them to tell me that they can not blow up my balloons. Because I did not have my receipt. When it does not stat on the receipt or the employee do not tell you to keep it. When your planning a party or anything you do not have time to keep up with an receipt just for some darn air! Then for the 2 Employees a black and white girl that was up front. To talk about you when you leave out the store. Is just sad! Oh yea Thank you Manager for calling me back!

No sense of customer service or sense of pride in their job. Very disappointing to see what I saw. Walmart and Dollar Tree got my business had no choice. Very sad

Not a bad store, but a crappy location for parking and traffic. I cant stand the mobs at Halloween, but I do like this store. I like that I can get favors for any event or create my own. Wide variety. Good source for Pride. Friendly staff.

This past saturday I came in to look for decorations for a birthday party that i’m planning and i had a few questions about some things i was looking for. I go to the front to ask, I asked one of the girls and she had no idea what I was talking about so i asked for a manager. I ask the manager and she’s answering as if she doesn’t care at all. I would think a manager would atleast have a good attitude towards the customer and act like she is interested in helping someone out. But instead she has a bad attitude, lack of customer service, and a face as if she doesn’t care. What a disgrace....

Arrived at 10 p.m. because the hours were listed on Google Maps as being open until midnight, however the place was completely closed and I could have went somewhere else if I would have had the right information. What a waste of time thanks again Google

Will not be going back! Had horrible customer service and where completely rude when we came in to pick up balloons that we had ordered ahead. The balloons where popped and they would not refund us or allow us to get new ones. We asked to speak with the manager and the manager continued to help other customers and never did come over and speak with us to help fix any problems.

The staff really didnt help out much, has some buy one get one free items, but only had one of the items, they couldnt mark down to half price since they only had one and said they dont have any more so I would have to pay full price. Really? Then take the sign down why dont ya...

The young man checking me out was very rude and disrespectful. Not one person in the store asked if we needed help with anything. I couldnt even find someone to help us, as I was having trouble finding some stuff that I needed. I just left without getting some of the items I needed.

This store has horrible customer service it is a franchise store so the owner has his family Who lacks good customer service working I went and bought two balloons the $10 number balloons an before I got out of the parking lot one of them bust I went right back in the there and the Lady Manager on duty Emily or whatever her name is automatically blames me for busing the balloon and tells me that there’s nothing they can do about it with an attitude I tried to explain to her that it was just laying in my backseat and I hadn’t even touch the balloon besides putting in the backseat so I asked her if she can give me a discount on another balloon she said no she just had the worse attitude ever wasn’t willing to accommodate me as a customer at all so yes I got very upset an gave her a nice choice of words long story short she end up locking me out the store and calling the police on me just before bragging on how her uncle Tom or Tim Owned store and nothing would happen to her she wouldn’t give me a refund on the other balloon The whole store needs to get shut down or get new employees who care about their job and don’t treat people any kinda way because their family owns the store I wouldn’t recommend anybody to shop at the store go to the one that’s in North Little Rock they are much more better
