Great ice cream, chocolates, and caramels at the lovely shop. When you walk by, you cant help but to watch the workers making the homemade caramel in the window and dipping apples. Once we walked in, we were immersed with wonderful sweet smells. Since it was a hot summer day, we decided to try their ice cream.They have a variety of many unique flavors that tasted amazing. The two flavors that stood out was the berry ice cream and the cake batter ice cream. I also couldnt leave with some chocolates 😄. The turtle rod was a pretzel with chocolate, caramel, and pecans very good.

What a lovely shop, they have some many options, caramel apples, ice-cream, chocolate candy bars. You must try the caramel apple and the bukit.

If you dont want a sweet, you have to at least go inside. The sweet aroma fills the air and its delectable. Theres candy apples, chocolate dipped pretzels, bonbons and so many chocolate treats. Theres also several ice cream/sorbet flavors and waffle cones.

Love their ice cream almost all the flavor. Generally nice service and treatment. The reason I am giving 3 stars because first they keep raising the prices. Second a couple of times a lady that works there treated customers not in a nice way.

Great ice cream. There are a lot of fun flavors. Although they said the flavor I wanted was too cold to serve. It just means I’ll have to come back to try it! I definitely will. The staff was really hard to hear with their masks on. Overall, the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream was our favorite.

The two employees were very helpful and nice. Great selection on chocolates and other yummies.. a little on the pricey side with spending just short of 29 dollars a pound of candy. Would definitely recommend stopping though if in the area. Also a nice selection of ice cream.

A really great ice cream place! I tried the Coconut Milkshake and in my opinion, it was really good, if I ever pass by other Kilwins I may just get me another one of their special flavored milkshakes!

The service here is very good, and the workers are very attentive to customers needs.

We adopt retired guide dogs. Each time we do, first thing after signing the papers is to order a flat tag that fits over the one inch collar. Love them. dogs ears a very sensitive and the constant jangle of a hanging tag could drive them nuts. Why have them walk around constantly jingling.

This was the second time I’ve been here and there candy, ice cream and chocolate treats are great! The young teens working there was very knowledgeable about what is in the treats. The bad thing about this place is that there was a small selection on a Sunday afternoon. I also only bought 5 small things and a small ice cream cone and my total was over 50 dollars! I will go visit again next year when I come back to Little Rock for my yearly trip in the fall.

I cannot go to the river market without making a stop here. They have such a wide selection of sweets, from chocolate covered apples, to ice cream! The only reason i am giving this 4 stars is due to the price, which is high compared to the majority of sweet shops. Be prepared to drop 7$ for an ice cream cone. The ice cream is fantastic, and they have a large variety of flavors (I personally recommend the fudge brownie, it was fantastic!) but, I have found ice cream cheaper and just as tasty in other stores. They have a huge variety of chocolate truffles, and other chocolate treats which all taste amazing. I am definitely a repeat customer!

I see younger individuals working so I understand it could be difficult to give the best customer service such as greet, smile, and say have a good day. Great ice cream; Incredibly soft and full of flavor. While this place is a little pricey, it does offer gourmet ice cream and chocolate thats made in house. Anyone in the LR river market area would be crazy not to check it out.

Quaint little dessert shop right in the River Market. Pretty much any kind of dessert your heart could imagine. The Blue Moon ice cream (only one scoop is necessary, believe me) became my personal favorite, though I am a big fan of Fruity Pebbles!

This place never disappoints! Their flavors are beyond this worlds dreams and it actually tastes better than you expect. If you have a chance to visit this place, please do! Its not cheap ice cream so come prepared. A waffle come is within the range of $5-$6 but totally worth the portions and flavors they give you.

I stopped in on a Saturday and was impressed with how clean the store was but the fudge I purchased was awful. It was very dry except a small section on the bottom that had not been exposed. Even as I was making my selection, the employee pulled one of the flavors off the shelf and said, You dont want that one, I dont know how long its been sitting there. That was my red flag that I didnt heed. If I do return to this location I will make sure I inspect the fudge for freshness before making a purchase.

I love having place just right across the river from our home. It doesnt necessarily help my waist but who cares everyone needs to splurge now and then on calories. And they have apple specials that are during the week which is really nice. Super nice staff and great treat!! A must stop if you are in Little Rock area.

Went on Wednesday 1/2/2020 and the hours listed online and the storefront both say it closed at 9pm. We arrived at 8:20 and they were closed. There was no sign or anything explaining why they were closed. There were also a few people standing inside but the doors were locked and they offered no explanation they just looked at us with blank faces. Its really upsetting because our friends were here from out of town and they really wanted to have kilwins. Such a disappointment.

Average taste for $8 Chocolate milk shake and $6 for two scoops of sherbet, nothing special. Need to display menu of flavors & prices on wall. Only listed on paper at counter. There was a line and other patrons blocked the case and couldnt see choices. Customer service good. Store looks & smells good. But Wont Return. Too expensive.

My wife and I visited kilwins last night, let me say this even though we are on strict diets this place is heaven. The fudge is AMAZING! and the caramel apples are the best! The gentleman making the caramel was very polite and professional. Will definitely be back even tho my diet doesnt allow it. Great atmosphere as well!

OH WOW😁 got a dark chocolate hay stack and a dark chocolate covered marshmallow and was so impressed w how lovely it tasted. My husband said the milk chocolate was really good and he is not a sweets guy. I plan on getting more to bring home 😊 REVISION....next day...wanted more chocolate...there was a line to the door for ice cream..two employees and both were working the ice cream peeps..no one was helping if u wanted chocolate sooooo unfortunately i wasnt able to purchase chocolate 😣 kinda crazy seen as Kilwins is a CHOCOLATE SHOP 😝

This is a busy but efficient place to stop for cool sweets on a hot day. You will be hard presses to find something you do not like. Even standing in like feels good for a cool off.

Kilwins is mine and my husbands favorite place to get ice cream! If you ask family, friends and colleges I have tried so hard to make sure every person tries the best ice cream we have ever had! I should know, it’s my favorite snack!Our favorite flavors: New Orleans Praline Pecan (Probably the best), Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Chocolate Brownie all in their famous waffle coneThey of course have other delightful chocolate covered goodies and ice cream cakes as well as Carmel apples and more!My only complaint is it seems like they are always trying to close 10-30 minutes early. Also I think the google times are wrong. I believe they close at 9pm every night. Other than that staff is friendly! By the way, parking at the library behind Kilwans is a good spot—especially if you don’t plan on sticking around. Sometimes you won’t be charged!

Very popular local ice cream and chocolate shop. The line was all the way to the door when I arrived, but the staff did a good job keeping things moving. I didnt discover this place until the last day of my trip to Little Rock, which is probably a good thing for my waistline! I only had one scoop of ice cream, but if Id had more time, I probably would have tried some of their chocolates. Next time!

Downtown Little Rock - best ice cream place! Lots of flavors, floats, sundaes, fudge, caramel apples. They were sold out of toasted coconut, but the sea salt caramel is great! Rich and creamy. Dr. Pepper float was yummie with lots of ice cream. Very popular place. A little pricey but worth it. Friendly sraff. Ignore the calories. Strongly recommend.
