Well we spent $300 today how is that possible at five below. they must have a team of people who come up with impulse buys... They are very talented you think you need it and its going to work right at your house at a very low price. Only to get home and realize youve got six bags of worthless junk

This was my first time in on of their stores, and I was quite impressed. Everything was stocked, and organized. The layout was a bit odd but the t-shirt wall made up for it. That thing was amazing! They had some harder to find stuff too so that was cool. The staff was extremely nice and helpful too. If you havent been, definitely stop in.

The worst Five Below I have ever been to hands down. Upon Entry instead of being greeted nicely the Manger was very rude. It was 7:30pm and Manger yelled at my family we about to close in 15 mins ( basically like hurry up like she was mad we came in the store)when the store hours clearly says closing is at 8pm. When I corrected her about the store hours saying they close at 8pm. She said in front of the whole store well im locking the doors in 15mins. Her attitude was horrible in every way. Completely bad for business. I recommend traveling elsewhere to another store or another Five Below location before spending money here at place where you dont fell welcome.

I absolutely love 5 below. It is my go-to store on payday! Especially this one on Chenal in WLR. The people are so friendly and the store is well kept.

I have fallen in love with this store!!!The variety of products and customer focused service is excellent!!! I get a new deal everytime I enter this great store called Five Below!!!Its sometimes shocking how much of a great of a deal your actually walking away with end up being when you are finally checking out.

Not too bad except every electronic toy I have bought has not worked despite new batteries.

Has Almost Absolutely Everything, Great little deals

I always like this store compared to the five below in NLR. But the visit we made wasnt too long after the holiday so they were very bare on product. But ill wait a little while longer and I will go back. Its always a pleasant trip.. ALTHOUGH Id like for them to have better customer service skills aNd to interact with the customers more. They were a little DRY!

I absolutely love this place. Having so many nieces and nephews, this is the perfect place to grab a gift and go. (Although I find a way to buy more than I tried) Nevertheless, its a great place.

Love shopping in 5 and below but the check out process is super slow they only ad one cashier checking out and Im assuming the manager kept walking by and coming behind the counter and didnt help until she was ready and the line was longer.

The kind of inconsiderate people this place attracts, is enough to go spend $5 Above! I’ve seen people purposely walk out and block traffic, not only in their POV but just walking/crawling so damn slow, just to irritate everyone trying to drive through the parking lot trying to go about their day.

This store is super nice, very clean and organized. I didnt see a single product out of place or broken/obviously mishandled. They had a huge selection and a lot of stuff that is very clearly useful. I felt like a big kid in here. Has so much great stuff and its all 5$. The employees are actually nice. The perfect place to buy gifts when youre low on money especially for kids gifts. They sell clothes, electronics, giant candy, toys, and a bunch of other things.

I was dissatisfied I thought it would have more clothes but it has alot of candy and sweets and cheap toys. There was a cpl things I could have bought but the quality was bad and I could get it at Walmart for the same price. The checkout line went half way down the store and they had 3 checkers. I put my things I did want back and left. Just wasnt worth the drive out there to me.

I always get a deal here. I accomplish bday gift shopping and other special occasion gift shopping here.

Absolutely an amazing store!!

I love this store. I take my grandbaby to go shopping almost ever month. She is only 3 yrs old. The price it perfect and it has alot of toys for her to choose from with out me spending tones of money. I hated going into Toys Are Us because everthing was over priced. But 5 Below its perfect price. My grandbaby has so much fun shopping here ever time.
