Went to Firestone on Chenal my car was perfectly fine nothing was wrong with it but I needed my annual oil change and tires rotated. So my brother and I went in they said it was only going to take an hour tops three hours later car was FINALLY done. They did an inspection and still told me everything was fine. And a few hours of me going back home my car breaks down outside my friends house luckily her dad had a jumper.

Very happy that I changed locations. Needed oil change and some brake work to be checked out from a previous Firestone location. Jerry was great about touching base on time and cost, and even corrected the previous locations work. He was fair and honest, which I always appreciate especially with car work.

I moved here in 2007 with a huge distrust from a Florida Firestone franchisee. They completely rebuilt my trust in Firestone I have 5 vehicles regularly serviced with them. I credit them for keeping my very high milage vehicles operational way past the life of other vehicles on the road.. they do let you know any issues with your vehicle but Ive never experienced any upsetting. They are way to busy to try to sell you something you dont need.yes there is always a wait and there is good reason for that..they do good work..be scared of the garage with no wait, not the one with customers out the door. Yes, plan to drop your car off for the day for any serious work..this isnt a 10 minute oil change..they are comprehensive.

If I could give less than one star, I would. My friend and I took our cars in for oils changes on the same day to this location. Within a week of each other, both our cars’ transmissions went out. No prior transmission issues at all. They also failed to properly top off a few of my fluids when I checked under the hood. They took 6 hours to get around to my car. Save yourself the ache and go to Take 5.

Firestone has been good to me. I have gone there three times and they have always done a great job. And I love how if the issue cant be fixed for the moment, they wont charge you. They would ask to check in again or give you some recommendations!

Was told 3 hours if I dropped it off, I called at 4 hours, went back to the store at 4.5 hours, at 4 1/2 hours they finally pulled my truck into the shop…. Then was told 45 min to patch a tire… service is very slow….

I went there three different times to get a new tire and they put the wrong one on there twice. The first time they said they needed to order the tire and come back. The second time they told me that the tire was ready, I waited a little over an hour and then when the time came to check out I discovered they put a more expensive tire on there that was $100 more and that they did not ever order the tire that they said they had ordered for my car. I had to come back the next day, wait over an hour only to discover that they put the wrong tire on there again. How difficult is it to get matching tires at a Tire Store? One has to wonder. At this point I am just going to go to a different location to see if I can get a refund and the tire I actually asked for three different times.

Until now I’ve had great experiences here.I made an appointment on Wednesday for a 10am oil change. Dropped my car off at 9:45 Friday. I was not contacted for 48 hours as of 9:45 Sunday. They dropped the ball twice to ask if they could perform additional maintenance in a timely manner (I had to call them after 28 hours) and to let me know my maintenance was complete so I could pick up my car before they closed on Saturday.

I called Firestone on Chenal Parkway yesterday to inquire about the cost of repairing the wheel bearings on my 2015 Toyota Avalon touring. Looking to get the replacement done for both of the front wheel bearings. i called numerous other locations for the information needed for the pricing on repair.I settled on going to Firestone, i called Firestone again today to verify the pricing. $705.98, so i took my car in to Firestone. I arrive this morning at 8:30 a.m and told the representative that my phone number was 510.XXX.1251, this was after asking if i had been there before with the car and so that was the phone number on the acct, we will circle back around to that later.They took my transmitter and keys and 8 hours later no car. I decide to call and get status. the person that answered says, sir we have been trying to call you all day. I said what does that mean, he says my employee didnt take down your information correctly and so the pricing was incorrect and we need to now charge you $850.00. I said and no work has been done to my car, he said no we can get on it and it can be ready in the morning if we start now.So this person tells me that they have been calling 501.XXX.5993, which is a number that i had back in 2005. Now you are advising me that you are increasing the price of my repair. Most importantly, you have had my car all day, and now i have to get on the road to Conway in a car that has issues with the wheel bearings because of the incompetence of your employees.I call the corporate line and the lady taking my call communicated with the store and came back and tried to blame me for possibly not giving all of the information that was needed on the car. I said maam i didnt call and say i have a Toyota and need to get repairs done. She says that she will send the complaint up to an area manager. All i want is to be treated fairly. The fact that this somehow is my fault, all of these incompetent errors on the part of the Firestone store on Chenal Parkway would be the reason for these issues.PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES.If i could give a rating lower than a 1 star I would.

In all business organizations but by looking at his own business how to make more profit. But Firestone is an organization that always tries to take extra advantage. It always means you have a lot of problems. Those who talk about these things are completely ignorant of this. Have common sense. But there is no knowledge on many complex issues. And especially in the case of wheels, there may be many problems in a year, but every time it is said that it is not a factory guarantee, it is not. So you have to replace it again. They are always striving for their extra profit no matter what kind of person you are. They never see regular customer care, they are busy trying to figure out how to make more profit by dealing with them completely in the eyes of the customer. Sometimes it is difficult to believe them.

I went to Firestone on Chenal Pkwy in Little Rock, AR this morning. Bought 2 tires and an oil change. Took 3 hours. I was told 3 times it wont take long, your cars the next one in, and it will only take another 45 minutes by service advisor Ronnie. Also Ronnie didnt wear a mask the whole time. I wont be going there again. I dont like liars.

Firestone has worst service, there technicians are not trained. I gave my car for battery and alternator check and they charged me $32 and said no wrong whereas it was still giving me issue. Finally i made the alternator replaced at Nissan.

Yesterday I went to this location to get my tire repaired. My Valve stem was leaking air rapidly. I was told it would be an hour and a half before I would even been seen. Went to work I had to call 2 hours later to make sure it was even being worked on... got up there was told there was a nail in my tire wouldn’t explain to me why it was so pricy and then he proceeded to tell me they BROKE my hubcap. The only thing the could offer for that was “if you get new ones we will install them for free”

I set an appointment at 11 then I was told it is going to be a a long wait because of recent furloughs and technicians calling in... After waiting an hour and a half, he further told me it is going to be another hour and a half and when I explained I cant do it, he said he will talk to the service advisor working the next day to work me in at 11. I called to make sure and he did not tell him a thing but he said he will work me in after explaining the situation.I dropped my car and it was ready within 1 hour and the service advisor told me they re-did the alignment but I had to pay to have the tie rods replaced ($500). I did not see any mention of the alignment in the paperwork and he declined to give me the alignment report. Upon pressing him, he changed his story that they did not do the alignment because of the bad tie rod ins. It is funny how the first time I paid them $200 for the alignment or $350 for the tires just a week ago, there was no mention of the tie rod in issue.Just the fact that they lie to you that they did the work when they didnt is enough to avoid this place.It was also ironic, they have all these signs at the door asking customers to wear face covering and not a single employee had one on. The two people at the front counter did not have one the two days I went there.

This is unsatisfactory service!!! Want to talk about horrible service and put me into an unsafe situation. Went to Firestone in Little Rock Arkansas for an alignment check since I have lifetime service and had a low humming driving. Turns out it was due to a wheel bearing which they said they couldnt do an alignment without it being fixed and had them replace for $246.42.I get a call several hours before they close indicating they couldnt get my ABS light to go off. Wasnt an issue when I brought the vehicle in for service! Well all the warning lights are on. So Ive paid a bill for service they havent completed and told me I can get it fixed once I get back to Shreveport for free which is 177 miles away!

Internal scams are knowingly taking place & are costly to innocent customers. Very rude customer service to begin with as the staff are purposefully altering your vehicle to make it unsafe so that you must return for more repairs due to what they have done to your vehicle. We took our vehicle in for preventive front brake maintenace as it is our work vehicle that we depend on. They kept our vehicle for over a week then when we called to see if we could pick it up, we did and it pulled to the right, was leaking fluid, had problems starting, the A/C didnt work... It was not safe to operate! Manager Jerry had it towed back to shop and after another week of our vehicle sitting in their lot unlocked, we called again and were literally told our vehicle doesnt work. Our vehicle now (after losing 2 weeks of work which we cannot afford-- which was why we were being preventive with our vehicle maintenance to begin with!) would now not start, had no A/C, has steering issues, etc. No joke. We were told rudely by Firestone that our vehicle now doesnt work at all. It was now immobile, had no air, had steering issues, etc. To get our vehicle back, we were forced to pay $1,296!!! Shame on them! We had to get a Firestone credit card on the spot, so we took a credit hit for a card we will NEVER EVER USE AGAIN! THE CHARGES ON THE RECEIPT MADE NO SENSE!! THE PROMOTIONS AND NEW CARDHOLDER DISCOUNTS WERE NOT APPLIED AND THIS IS ALL AFTER WE DISCUSSED EACH PROMOTION, DISCOUNT, & COUPON WITH JERRY WHO JUST SHRUGGED AND WAVED US OFF!!THERE ARE MANY THINGS THAT OCCURRED THAT I AM SKIPPING OVER AS [THERE SIMPLY IS NOT ENOUGH ALLOWED SPACE HERE TO LIST EVERY HORRIBLE INSTANCE WE ENDURED AT THE HANDS OF THIS SCAM OF A LOCATION!!]We had to hire a mechanic to come to this location to help get our car out of the Firestone lot, and he immediately found that the staff had purposefully unplugged wires related to the A/C system and they had purposefully dismantled our fuse box and rigged a piece of metal on a wire and jammed it into our fuse box, causing much damage to our vehicle. We showed this to them and told them we were aware of what they purposefully did to our vehicle and we were highly upset and the mechanic we hired was in utter disbelief.We immediately made a claim as we most definitely are disputing all false charges we incurred to regain possession of our vehicle so they would stop causing harm to it and further endangering our safety as well as the safety of all drivers around us. We received a claim number and were told someone would contact us in 48 hours. No contact was made. We called several times to follow up and were told 48 hours again.A long while later, we received a call from the regional manager who simply said she will talk with the store staff and that is all she can do and the claims dept (1 person) we initially contacted who gave us our claim number and agreed to reimburse us for the mechanic charges we incurred, the nonsense charges we were forced to pay to Firestone, and lost wages caused solely and intentionally by the staff at this location: Jerry, Ronnie, TJ ? ( or whatever the mechanics name is). It has been nearly 6 months and noone will address our claim.Also, DO NOT COMPLETE A SURVEY YOU RECIEVE after you find they have intentionally endangered your safety! Your response goes directly to the staff that inflicted the harm. The survey itself is a scam also! We have taken every avenue possible to get reimbursed for the nonsense and totally avoidable, purposefully inflicted false charges so that we can get our work vehicle repaired after the damage the staff at this Firestone location inflicted on our vehicle and we have completely been ignored. Most fearful is seeing the many other reviews that expose this location for the same reasons - staff purposefully inflicting harm to vehicles and negligently endangering our safety!

Took 3 hours to plug a tire. 3 hours. It was free bc I had road hazard but 3 hours?? Really. I was sitting in the waiting room and the guy called me at 2 h 30m mark. On my phone even though I was sitting 20 feet away. Did my phone ring? No. No idea who he called, wasn’t me. And when he finally asked me my name and, oh yeah, you’ve been done, did I get an apology? Nope. Dude acted like I was an idiot bc he had already called me. Will never return.

This has got to be the worst experience Ive ever had at a car repair place... I went in for a simple tire patch. A patch that costs an average of 10 dollars! Fire stone charges me 47 dollars... the tire itself cost me 60 dollars... how in the world does that seem like a fair price?? I had no choice but to pay it tho because I did not have an air pump so I barely made it to Firestone... how you can take advantage of somebody in that kind of situation is beyond me. Last time I ever go back to that garbage place. If I could I would give it a no star. Ive legit been downloading review apps just to share this experience... anybody know more review places I can share this review with?

These people do not care about you or customer service. They gave me a quote on tires on a Friday. I realized that I get a discount through my company, so went and got another quote for the same tires on Monday. I show up Wednesday to get the tires, and the Manager says the quote is incorrect and tries to charge me $100 more. I told him that the quote I received on Friday was still cheaper. He said if I bring that quote, he would honor it. I drove all the way home, came back with my original quote, and he refused to honor it because he said it was incorrect as well. How about you train your people better on giving customers quotes. They have zero integrity. I will never do business here again.

Disappointed beyond words. Their lifts could not handle a Ford F250. No tech could handle an ABS ALERT that occurred. They were considerate enough to call other FIRESTONE facilities. None could handle the problem. FIRESTONE Nation wide, I will never visit you again.

Not my go-to engine mechanic, but when I suddenly needed 4 tires and a couple headlamps replaced last week, starting at about 1 pm that day with a sudden flat..(is there any other kind?) I was at their mercy for a quick save, but they got it all done and at a very fair price. Katie saved the day for me, and Im grateful.

When I wanted to spend $1000 on tires and brakes, they were able to work me right in. Now that I need a simple rotation, they are always too busy. Suggested I leave my car at 7:00 a.m. and they can promise it will be done sometime that day. Great sales but little service.

I had an appointment at 7am this morning (right when they opened) for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The turn around took over 2 hrs with an appointment! What is the purpose of an appointment? When i received my car back, I noticed they forgot to do my tire rotation! I notified them of the issue. I waited an additional 30 min to get that done. I received no apology. 2 hr 30 min.Also a few months ago they recommended a new compressor for my a/c issue which was quoted for hundreds of dollars. After some internet research, I found out that Honda had issues with a bad a/c relay which cost 6 dollars from Advanced Auto Parts to replace. After the replacement, my a/c has been running fine.I highly do not recommend them. Go somewhere honest like Austin Brothers or Christian Brothers for your tire and auto service in Little Rock. If you do go to Firestone, good luck! They are incompetent.

I have always had good service from these guys, have never had to return my cars/trucks after they fixed them because they did it right the first time.They let me know if something needs to be fixed at some point in the future or if it is a real safety issue that needs attention ASAP. I appreciate them for that. I take all of our vehicles there and will continue to do so.

The mechanics are extremely condescending towards those who dont know what they know. They take advantage of this situation and try to over charge you for simple work that can be done at other mechanics for much cheaper. The customer service is horrible and that is something that should be practiced even if they are just there to fix vehicles.

The rear calipers quoted to me were 550 plus installation each while the exact oem part is $200, and they said it would take a week to get them. I give 3 stars because their diagnostic was accurate. Best avoid this place unless all you need is some break pads or tires.

If you dont know much about cars then dont go here. They will try to rip you off by telling you they found something wrong with your car. The most recent time I went here they told me my rack and pinion was damaged and it would take $1200 to repair. Knowing better, I told them not to fix anything. Got a second opinion and was told everything looked fine. Dont fall victim to their schemes! Pathetic excuse for a business.

I dont trust them for oil changes brake changes or anything else. Do these things yourself, and if you cannot then you need to find a reliable privately-owned shop. They have screwed over a number of things anytime I have taken a vehicle in for brakes or oil by leaving important components either completely off or partially attached.

Wow. From reading all the reviews this may be the worst Firestone location in the country. My family was traveling home to Louisiana from a vacation in NW Arkansas. We had a tire that was leaking air. I stopped in to see if they could look at it and patch it. This was at 2 pm and they closed at 5 pm. A business focused on customer service would have said we are busy but since you are on the road and trying to get home, we will work you in if you can wait around a little while. Instead, their response was we are busy and wont be able to look at it today. Maybe tomorrow. So much for service or hospitality. I found an independent shop that worked me in. Steer clear of this place!

Avoid lending your vehicle to them for maintenance. They damaged my lug nut covers and did not mention it until I noticed that they were missing and came back to ask about them. A few days later, I came back to pick the new covers up, a customer was there that had to bring their vehicle back because they improperly replaced their brake pads. I usually dont like to give such low ratings but this is worthy of a 1 star. I feel as if they were more concerned with meeting corporate numbers than they were with customer service.

Lesson and thought provoking experiences..While out of town I wanted my vehicle worked on. Firestone was recommended from another state so I called Firestone in Arkansa and spoke with Ronnie. He was AMAZINGLY awesome. Told me what the price would be and what all he needed from me. Got it started, got the car there and started the work. However, Ronnie was off a few days and TJ OR PJ and some other manager made the experience HORRIBLE, consistent phone calls about what I needed which is expected, however I already knew that I needed 4 tires, a Front end alignment, 15 Lug nuts, and TPMS monitor changed. What I did not know is that the sway bar on my vehicle was loose for those who dont know what sway bar is it affects the suspension. Got the work done paid $1,000, car picked up and thought that I would come home on Tuesday to a fixed vehicle. Go to pick up my vehicle and its drifting to the right I call and let them know manager says come up and Ill have a look at it I pull up the technician already knows what Im here for take the keys. Immediately they look at the car and technician shows me that the sway bar is loose which is what the manager was supposed to have called me about and neglected to call me. The manager agreed to fix it and not charge me because they shouldnt have let my vehicle leave the premises with the sway bar loose and you didnt alignment with a sway bar loose which means I would have needed another alignment immediately. K I come back the next day to take the vehicle fixed Im told its going to be two and a half hours why should I leave my vehicle for two and a half hours when its supposed to be fixed I understand you have people ahead of me but unfortunately you have my money you should work this out and get me completed quickly especially since the manager already knew I was coming in and did not tell me it would be two and a half hours I want my car fixed now I got upset and I explained how upset I was TJ or PJ whatever-his-name-is proceeded to mock me saying well its going to take as long as its going to take you want it fixed or not instead of losing my cool I say yes and he walk to the back saying we have a mad one, therefore Im upset and now being mocked by this jughead jerk of a want to be man, once again instead of cold cocking him and losing my whole cool fully because now Im late for work I walked outside to call a ride. As I walked back II eventually ended up talking to Ronnie who apologized for the trouble I was having and vowed to help me get it fixed. After leaving the second time it was still drifting to the right. I call and go BACK again. This time Im shown how the other work I had done is causing the problem and that has to be worked to be fixed. Im not sure how this will turn out but I do know one thing of you havent been to a Firestone investigate other options and be sure your getting a good value for your money. EVERY SHOP MESSES UP so nothing is a guarantee.

Came in to get my tire fixed, instead I received a headache. First off the associates were discussing who they should hire and mentioned they should go with a certain individual because he was “white”. I was extremely offended and they didn’t know I heard them say that.Secondly, the associate I was speaking with didn’t want to help me at all and seemed annoyed that I was in the building. He told me he couldn’t fix my tire and I had to buy another one but the damage wasn’t that bad I thought...Stay away from this Firestone!!! Go to any other one. Poor management

No concern for customers. Called at 0930 to ask estimated time for putting on 4 new tires I ordered online that I’d bring in my truck bed. Over phone worker said only two ahead of me currently and would be a great day to get this done. I arrived just after 10 and said I’d wait/study in the store. 1.5 hr later I walked to nearby stores to eat and shop. Returned at 13:00 to find my truck still in the lot. I asked the desk worker for an eta, he reported, I had 3 people in front of me and another 2 hours. Needless to say I left after thanking them for wasting my morning. Yes, I failed to ask an eta upon initially dropping off my keys but this is a business and if it hopes to be a successful business it should care for its customers. That care could be shown by informing a customer that if they choose to wait in the store it will be over 5 hours before your car is even rolled into the shop.

Very poor professional service. I had a whole service from them lasr November, 2018. That cost me nearly $2000. The parts has warranty. Just this morning one of the part went out very likely because they used shoddy part. Its the lower ball joint boot. I took the car to them early this morning right when the shop opens at 7.00am and he could tell me is to leave the car with them for a day ot two. Who does this?...Even when I have shown him pictures of the exact problem so I wanted him just to get out there for a minutes and confirm and tell me whether or not the warranty covers that, he still insisted to leave the car with them for a day or two. Something I cleary see and know for sure thats its a 30 minutes fix. Very scum professional shop. Dont take your car to them. They will charge you very huge for any small service and tell you it has warranty but when the time comes to check on it again they may trow you off.

I was there when they first opened at 7am for a oil change and didnt leave until 9am. They didnt take my truck into the bay until 8am and I watched the mechanic take a coffee break in the middle of servicing my vehicle. Very poor service from beginning to end. They tried to get me to pay for more services after I told them I just wanted a oil change and thats all.

Charged me over $500 to fix a part for the AC that was dripping inside the car. After 2 weeks it was doing the same exact thing. Took my car back and they told me it was actually 3 different parts of the AC that needed repair, not the part they replaced, and would cost another $1200. I told them that was unacceptable because I had JUST paid $500 2 weeks prior, and the employee I was speaking to HUNG UP the phone on me. I told them to keep looking until they found the problem of why it was dripping. And every time they would call me back, they would make up a new problem on some new part saying it was just clogged and thats why it was dripping until I finally just said okay and picked it up. They kept going back and forth on which part they told me was wrong about 5 times. My check engine light is still on and its still dripping. Im out $500 and the problem still isnt fixed. Needless to say I will not be going back here.

These guys saved us! My fiancé and I were on a 14 hour road trip, but still 7 hours from home, when we found a screw in our tire while in Little Rock. It was already 6:45 PM when we called this shop, asking for help. The two men who were still there kept the place open to patch up my tire, and my fiancé, pup, and I were able to finish our trip to our home in Texas. Thank you for being such compassionate, kind people, and for the great work!

Stay far far away from their tire protection packages. its worthless! go to walmart who will treat you like a regular customer. they act like they are doing you a favor to rotate your tires when you paid for the lifetime of the tire. its a hassle and not worth the time. plenty of other retailers out there, stay away from this joke!

My starter went out so I had it towed here. Jesse was very friendly and got my car in right away. It took less than an hour after the diagnosis and I could not be happier! Everyone was so nice and i was estatic to be out in such a short time. This was my second time there for a repair and I will definetly be back in the future!

Cant follow basic instructions, poor customer service. Would rate lower than One Star if there was a choice. Took in my vehicle, requested several items, including ROTATE and balance tires. They balanced (and charged for it) but did not rotate. So, take it back a second time to get the rotation, arrived at 7:00 AM, waited TWO HOURS. At the end of the process, there was no apology, no recognition of my inconvenience, no offer to extend a partial credit, not even an offer of a coupon for discounted future service. In the meantime, Ive found Christian Brothers in West Little Rock and been very pleased with them. Ill never go back to this Firestone location.

I had my battery replaced on Feb 20 and was, at the time, pleased with the service. Today my car wouldnt start so I returned to have it checked. Apparently the positive battery post needed replacing. The part was 8 bucks but they charged me 39.99 for labor to replace it. I asked them how was this not addressed when I had the battery replaced 2 months and only 400 miles ago and her response was anything can happen. Seriously? I told her that it didnt just randomly go bad within 2 months of supposedly being inspected and she said that at the time they either didnt inspect it or it wasnt needing replaced. It was stripped and wouldnt tighten which is why it needed replacing. And of course, not part of the warranty since it wasnt the battery. Had to pay $56 to have an $8 part put on that clearly should have been replaced 2 months ago. Not to mention on the inspection report they gave me this today shows things that good when on the last report 2 months ago showed needed attention or replacing such as the brake fluid showing 30 copper today and 200 in Feb and serpentine belt having cracks and today visually ok. Either they dont know what they are doing or trying to get more money out of me. I wont be returning.

They said they opened at 9 when I came in the day prior. I arrived 10 minutes before 9 am. I knew that there would be people ahead of me, but I didnt imagine 10 people ahead of me the doors where open for business. I also witnessed a man wearing a paramedics shirt arrive 30 mins or so after me and get his car in before mine. I would never come back here!

Showed up when the store opens (7AM) for an oil change and was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait. Absolutely ridiculous.Addendum 11/27:This location also quotes and ensures products are in stock, when in fact theyre not. If you HAVE to use Firestone in LR use the Cantrell location.

I got new front tires from Firestone and one of them blew out. It wasnt my fault and Firestone did a thorough inspection. They determined it was not my fault and replaced the tire with no charge. They put new tires on the back for a good price and then they insured all 4 tires with minimal cost for road hazards. Needless to say, I will definitely be coming here for all my auto needs.

The staff was friendly. I went to get one headlight bulb changed and they charged me $80. My other bulb went out and I had to drive from Fayetteville back home with a bulb that might have reached 20 feet. I feel like I was overcharged for a bulb that was barely usable. This was my first time at firestone and also my last.

Got here at 8:30 am for oil change. Said be 1 hour wait. Which would be 9:30 when get car started. At 11:04 they brought it in to bay to start oil change. These mechanics do WORK BY THE HOUR. First time here for oil change here. Usually go to dealer for oil change. Well dealer is ALOT faster and dont walk around day dreaming. They have lost alot of business since i have been here. Walk ins and phone calls because of major slowness. Wait time is 3 hours they are telling everyone now. Some folks can not leave their car they have to wait. Or they have to go burn time waiting on these folks to get to them. Now they tell me 45 more minutes. It is 11:45. I bought my tires here. Supppose to rotate for free. Figured out now that needs to be done. My thoughts on today. If you come here for service, plan to spend the entire day!!!

Have not heard good things about this place and they proved it. Dropped of a trle that had a piece of metal in it. They told me they would have it ready in a couple of hours. Called me about 3 hours later and said they couldnt fix it but wanted to sell me a tire. When I went to pick it up they hadnt even broken down the tire. Took the tire to Austin Bros. where I bought it and they patched it for no charge. Wont ever stop in at Firestone again for any reason.

Please dont give these people youre money. Ill add my negative review to the litany of negative reviews of this location. A couple months ago I bought new tires here. They seemed nice and helpful at the time. Unfortunately, when I asked for road hazard on the tires ($330 a tire... who wouldnt get road hazard on them?) the guy neglected to add it even though he said he did. My mistake here was trusting that he did what he said. After putting the tires on, they told me they couldnt do the alignment because their machine wasnt calibrated for my car. Fast forward 1 month: I needed an oil change so I brought my car in. I had a rotation done as well. When they took the wheels off they found a nail and repaired that. Great. But when I got home I found my tires had been aired up over 50psi for 35-33psi tires. A friend of mine a few weeks before that had his Mustang GT tires filled to 60 psi (rated for like 50 max) by them. Fast forward 1 more month: Somehow I got a puncture in the sidewall of one of my tires. It took me 2 days and I had to buy an impact driver to break the lug nuts loose because they over torqued them so much a friend and I couldnt get them off working together to try to break them loose. Then this morning I took the wheel and tire in to have the tire replaced. In line in front of me there was a mom with her kid needing an oil change. She found out it would be about 5 hours (probably more based on how slow they are here) and simply said, I wont be able to sit here for 5 hours and asked for her key back. The customer service rep said, well were the busiest Firestone in Arkansas. Ok, thats understandable. But the way he talks to people is as if theyre the lowest of the low. Not even on his radar as people. That kind of perked up my ears. So I asked if they could put on a new tire. He pulled up my information and I knew from prior experience this is a tire theyd have to order. He didnt mention it. I thought that was weird. So I asked some questions which he very curtly replied to as if I was wasting his time. Then I asked how much it would cost and he quoted me the full price of a new tire plus labor. This caught me completely off guard because I asked for hazard when I bought the tires. So I asked why it wasnt covered and he said as if talking to a child, because I dont make Michelin tires and you refused the road hazard. I told him how Id asked for the road hazard and that Id been told it was on there by the guy who sold me the tires. His response was something to the effect of, We make mistakes because were the busiest Firestone in Arkansas. After he said that, I said that thats not an excuse for poor workmanship and poor customer service. His response to this was to stand up, look at the person behind me in line, and ask if they needed help while I was still standing there trying to talk to him.tldr; Never. Go. Here. (Unless of course you like bad service and bad work.)

Told them my battery was dead and in warranty. Prorated cost of battery was priced at over 130 for a battery with a 5 year warrenty on year 3. I expected to pay some but not THAT much. Also they tested the battery on my dime even though it is quite obvious what is wrong. $50 later I just went to Interstate and did the work myself. Waste of time and money.

Well heads up if you intend to get oil change make sure to ask to make sure they have oil, because they evidently dont keep it around, makes no sense it a freaking garage that offers oil changes shouldnt they keep oil, omg ridiculous, I will be sure to ask that question next time, bet I get crazy look!! Found a coupon online that said 19.99 for an oil change up to 5 quarts. Got there and the dummy said it would be 42.00 after he apply the coupon. He told me my car uses Dextron oil. I said come again,my car uses whatever I put in it. If Im paying you you need to do what I ask. No oil change is worth 40.00 or more. This is a job that shouldnt take no more than 15 minutes to begin with. I went to Walmart where they did exactly what I asked. Ive had my car 9 years with over 240,000 miles. You cant tell me to use a oil Ive never used. Quaker state has been good to me and Im not changing. They will rip you off if you dont know anything about cars. Unfortunately Im in automotive school as we speak so you cant get over me.
