Well the fact that they do not have loaner cars is inexcusable. Went for my first service and had to wait a couple of hours in the waiting area. They are nice folks but I was told when bought the car it was a premium brand and loaners would be available. Not so, they sold them all when inventory got slim. Other dealers have loaner cars or will rent one for you. Even less expensive cars from the local GM shop.

The sales and service department at this store are both top notch. I work with Angie in service and out of all of the (many) service representatives that I have dealt with she is hands down the most helpful, kind, professional and conscientious of them all. She always has a kind word, a smile on her face and takes care of what needs to be taken care of. Even her coworkers brag about how wonderful it is to work along side someone who clearly has a passion for and commitment to her job.

Nice clean waiting area. Greeting by Angie as soon as I pulled up. Got my standard 20k mile service. Only Complaint is that I’d ordered a rear tow hook bumper cover that had fallen off. Time for check out and I was shocked that the cover was NOT under warranty. Angie seemed adamant that everything was covered under warrant EXCEPT tow hook covers. ???Seems odd as it just fell off, not been towed or had any damage. $88 for a 4”x2” piece of plastic. Also odd that as I looked around lot while waiting, I saw exact piece missing from lease but back vehicle that they had just gotten in. Seems a design flaw for them to fall off. Not cool that they are excluded form warranty.

Mechelle and the Volvo staff were amazing to work with. First time I’ve ever had fun buying a car. Also gave us extremely fair value on our trade in.

Not only did Little Rock jump through hoops to get me a last minute appointment after Tulsa canceled my service, they treated me like I was their only customer. The customer service here is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a dealership or service center. I drove 500 miles round trip to get my vehicle serviced here and I will continue to make the trip because of the tremendous service. Thank you all so very much.

Service was extremely good today. The car wash was done, however they didnt dry it off, which didnt matter this day because it rained. However if it would have been a sunny day I would have loved for a good wipe down too.

Wow the new XC 90 T6 is amazing. It’s a full-size third row seat SUV from Volvo. Always the best and safest car in the class it is a beautiful vehicle. Also love the new full-size sedan it is called the S 90 T5 all drive momentum. The one in the picture is silver with tan leather interior with a black wallet it is so beautiful. I highly recommend shopping and buying a Volvo here.

Normally we have gotten good service at McClarty Volvo Service Center but this last repair was VERY frustrating. Our car was there for over three weeks total. During the last two weeks, my husband called several times and always had to leave a message. No one would call him back to give an update on the repair. Also, although our car was there prior to a service coupon expiring, they would not honor it since it was past the expiry date when we picked it up. Side note: we picked it up the day we finally found out it was done. Customer Service is not important to them undoubtedly. I’m giving two stars however since the mechanics did their job well.

My husband and I have purchased 2 cars from Eric Shaw at McLarty Volvo in the last 2 years. Our 1st experience was top notch. Our 2nd was out of necessity due to us being in a bad accident that totaled the 1st car.The day after the accident we called Eric to ask him to be looking for the “twin” of the car we lost. Had my Volvo S60 in for 2 recalls. The customer service is great! Someone met me at the front door and kindly told me where I needed to go . They even offered me a ride to work if I needed one since there were no courtesy cars available.Along with the recall service they also washed off my car. Which was a huge brownie point for me.

Friendly staff clean place easy paperwork knowledgeable staff easy in out service. -4 stars for: dealership don’t have backup or extra parts for 2018 Volvo car and have to wait 3-4 weeks before I can have my leased vehicle back that too after paying rent on time every month for that vehicle. It’s like paying for Uber and your ride don’t show up 😡😤03-30-21 haven’t yet got my car . No communication from the dealership and when I call they say who’s working on your case ; will get back to you and they never call !!!! Finally got my car back with all my rims scratched!! From 03-13-21 to today 04-7-21. I wish I was able to attached pictures here ; to show the condition of my car they dropped off to me . But anywaysThanks for taking out your precious time to drop offMy vehicle.

First of all Sean was a wonderful guy. Nice man who worked with me on trying to purchase a vehicle. However, there was little to no effort from the sales Manager who never came out of his office to greet me or try and work out a deal with the salesman. I have excellent credit and was going to purchase the vehicle I was looking at. The problem I had was a low ball offer on my trade in that was absolutely absurd . All they could say was I needed new tires 😂. I was able to go to another dealership and get $2000 more for my trade in. They completely tried to take advantage of me. Other than Sean the entire staff was not friendly. I would NOT recommend this dealership. Go anywhere else and don’t let them screw you over. Just shop around and you will get a much better deal almost ANYWHERE in the LittleRock area. Complete sham. I was very disappointed as I thought I had finally found a place to do business. Sooo glad I took my business elsewhere.

Amazing, we was going through Little rock, I had the tire pressure light and sensors go off, was able to pull in and they were able to check it out and get us back on the road quickly. Cannot thank them enough.

Worst Service ever. TRY TO AVOID THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE. They do not understand the customer complaint. They make the customer wait for hours and hours giving false information and claiming false repairs.The issue with my car was is making grinding noise and vibration while applying brakes and they came back saying thats the tire issue and the tires needs to be replaced. Its a 2020 Volvo S60 with 9k miles. Initially they said only continental tires had this issue and they need to replaced. When I said my tires are not continentals they changed their statement saying every tire does the same. Another representative came back saying sorry it was another car and we got confused. We are checking your car now. Service technician will go for a test drive now( after waiting for 3 and half hours).WORST VOLVO EXPERIENCE EVER and THANKS FOR THE EXCEPTIONAL RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
