Nice people store is well stocked.

I am a frequent customer of this location and I was very offended the last time I purchased from this store. Although I had everything in my hand in plain sight and they have cameras everywhere. The husband took it upon himself to come and follow me. I advised that I was not stealing and he does not have to follow me. They dont even come from behind the counter to assist.

Helpful when I went into the store

Beauty Rock has a wide variety of hair and products like most stores. Their prices are much higher,in my opinion due to their location plus its the only one on Rodney Parham. The store can be easily missed,parking is limited due to the other business on each side. Only down side is that they arent opened on Sundays like most Beauty supply stores. But its convenient if you live on that side of town

Convenient location and prices. Small beauty supply store but convenient, not a lot of them in this area.

The customer service here sucks because they never want to come from behind the counter to help you, unless youre buying a wig. The store is constantly running iut if product and they are always the last in the city to get a new product. I honestly do not see how they have been open this long. The only reason they recieved any stars is because of convenience of the location. Its the only beauty store this far out west.

They have the same items as the larger stores. The staff is okay, not real friendly but not rude.
