Service was great! However if you want a bag for the items you purchase, it will be .15. The products are expensive and should cover the price of the bag. Lol

I had a very bad experience at the store, It was a closing time, and the manager of the store kept saying it is closing in 15 mins, it closing in 12 mins kept on saying and I just could not shop properly..very rude to the customer..:((

Really bad experience at the store. I went to ask the Sales associate (Brandy) for help and she says “ it’s here, it’s here, it’s here” didn’t ask if I needed help finding a particular brand. Then goes to coworkers and says I usually look every where before asking for help, usually most of the time we will be able to find it before asking for help.

Some of these comments, maybe some of yall get treated nice because either they know you or you ugly because if you look nice beware there is one that is going to give you the side eye. Certain people get treated certain ways.

Staff is not friendly. My cashier was a little rude and sadly my receipt doesnt have her name but she was looking at me like she was grossed out. I smiled and I even say have a nice evening since she looked tired and annoyed.Im from El Paso Texas and I would always go to Sally. I dont think Ill be going to this Sally while I stay here for a year.

Walked in with my 3 year sister & my mom. We were purchasing hair products as well as a pink nail polish for her & the employee present was just following as & kept on yelling at us for her grabbing things that we were obviously purchasing. I immediately just left everything & while my mom & sister were leaving the nail polish were it went she was had a smart mouth & told them she ready to go like kicking us out. Horrible customer service.

Staff unaware of current promotions that are posted in the store...had to take a promotion sign from the shelf to the register in order to get the advertised deal. Staff also unfamiliar with the products sold in the store. Worst Sallys Ive been to.
