Ive waited weeks without a call back and gave plenty of opportunity for landers to make this right before writing a negative review. I picked my 2017 ram 2500 up after hours on a Friday. I could not believe Steven would let my truck leave looking like this. There was a lady that works there that was still there when I picked up my truck and she was in just as much disbelief as I was. The paint had orange peel really bad. The 4x4 sticker was bubbled, the taillight did not line up or go all the way in. There still was a dent under the tail light. I called Steven multiple times. I spoke with a new guy named Joe who never returned my call. I ended up trading my truck in and taking a loss because the damage that was never fixed. Please be aware of the quality control and care this place has. You would think having a big name like Steve landers they would actually care about there craftsmanship.

Chad quoted me a fair price to repair the door and bumper of our Camry. The work was perfect. Our car looks brand new as if there was never any damage. I’ve looked from every angle and there is no sign of a repair or that there was ever any damage. I had a great experience from the front desk employees to the quality of work.

We had our windshield replaced and then calibrated on our 2020 Toyota Corolla and everything was done as expected. They were helpful to us when setting everything up, and communicated well with the insurance company and with us. Everything was done in a timely manner, and when we picked up our car, we noticed the lane assist and various functions affected by the windshield were all working back to their original settings from when we purchased the car new. I say that because a few months ago we had to have a windshield replaced (bad luck with stones on the highway I guess), and when it was done by a local company, our calibration was not complete and the lane departure was not working. We had to take the car back to be re-calibrated and it still wasnt on par. So we had to take it to Landers to be calibrated once again.... this time we cut out all the extra steps and just went to Landers in the first place. It was all done properly!

Landers group is always amazing....,Rebecca is A class and spot on!! That is to say the customer service is great.Now lets take a minute to go over there quality of work......,the absolutely worse paint work!!! I took my car back 3x and I still have TRASH in my paint. Buffer scratches in it and the panel adjustments wont stay. Ive been back a total of 4x and I wont go back no matter how good the front end service is. The end product is what is important too me. Dont go there till they change the paint box filters and hire someone who can work a buffer!!!!!!

Top notch service. What could have been a really difficult situation was made very manageable by Rebecca and the staff at the collision center. My car repair took longer than expected, which is completely understandable in the parts industry. I was going to have to miss a family members funeral, but Rebecca made sure that I had a courtesy car so that I would not, and even met me on Saturday afternoon so that I could pick my car back up. Not only will I never shop anywhere other than Steve Landers Toyota, I will also never go anywhere else than their collision center. Thank you all for the hard work!!!!

Steve Landers Service has superb customer service skills. This associated business could learn a lot from them. Additionally, implying that that there were two separate damages that I was trying to hide is unprofessional. I told them and State Farm there were 2 separate damages. Not great with women either. The manager said I needed to go where I was comfortable so I did. Went up the road to McClartys. This is my 2nd go round with Steve Landers Collision. Will never go back.
They did not put my door panel back on properly. I am in the process of trying to get them to fix it. We will see how it goes.

Had my car repaired after an accident. The repair work was stellar, and my vehicle was returned to me in better condition than it was before the accident. The customer service was even better. I dealt with Keith, who did an amazing job of keeping me informed on what was happening with my vehicle, and even went out of his way to help me understand the entire process of what happens on the insurance side. I can honestly say that I cant recall a better service experience. They made a stressful, tedious experience a breeze. My only regret is not having the opportunity to work with them earlier. TL;DR Review: I dont know what the other reviews are talking about. My experience was stellar.I spoke with Robert Beard, who took ownership of my situation and worked with me to get my car fixed. He went above and beyond expectations. I had an issue with my front left fender liner, which had been unbuttoned by GoodYear Auto Service on Broadway in Little Rock and not re-fastened. Because they let me drive away without the slightest inkling they had even unfastened it, much less not re-fastened it, I got on the interstate. It made an awful sound I couldnt identify, and by the time I was able to pull off the interstate to inspect the problem, the liner had been ripped to shreds by my front left tire. I took my Toyota to Steve Landers Collision Center and in the space of one afternoon, Robert had my fender liner replaced with new pins keeping it there. Not only this, but a plastic piece in the engine compartment was also loose, and Id duct taped it back in place. Robert (or someone at his direction) had removed the duct tape and put fasteners back where they belonged. I didnt even mention this to him! When I picked my car up, it had been vacuumed and dusted, inside and out. Even cleaned the engine compartment. I was completely blown away. I would take any car I have to them with high expectations and the utmost of faith.
My truck got totaled and taken there pretty quickly which got back nearly all I paid for it and they always had answers toy questions or concerns and were very polite and easy to deal with.
Worst place ever. Gives you the run around. You get a different story from each person you talk too. Didnt care to take the time to properly diagnose problems and made the vehicle worse off then when we dropped it off. They did give us a courtesy vehicle which we appreciated but after having our truck for almost 6 weeks when promised it would only take 2-3 weeks is ridiculous. I Will NEVER use any Steve landers in any capacity. I’m not one to give negative reviews but I have never felt so ripped off before. Did not take care of us at all. They really just don’t care. *you are entitled to defend your company but left out the fact that the truck has 145,000 miles so we were surprised it wasn’t totaled but did not necessarily want it to be totaled and have to buy a new vehicle. We only wanted it fixed properly. He left it a few extra days because it was not and you refused to fix it and we took it elsewhere. It is what it is but with many 1 star reviews we are obviously not your only customer less than satisfied.

There were issues. The Team responded and corrected them with professional and immediate attention. I had my doubts about Landers but I can say now that they are a crack team that really cares about your issues. All the way to the top managment.
Slow.... been 2 months for just the front bumper & hood. Said 4 days, then they calld a month later said it was done, get there bumper cracked, hood not flushed with front cap. Took a week to figure out the hood was damaged also. Then took another week to get a hood. Called & said it will be done that Friday, here it is Tuesday & not a call. Ain’t gotta worry about me bringing nothin else.

Horrible service. Gives you a run around. Have your vehicle for days/weeks at a time, than have you come get your vehicle and tells you everything is good to go. Unwilling to communicate or give a straight answer. 2 week job has turned into a 4week job. I was told today my car would be ready at 530 pm waited a hour and since I didnt want to carry around my deductible around for 2 weeks they wont even work with me. the only reason I went to this shop is because State Farm recommended them. Their unwillingness to work with their customers is astounding. I wish I could give 0 stars. Steve landers needs to look in on there collision some kind of bad...

Nice people, but they had my car for 3 and a half weeks when it was quoted to take 8 days. They kept telling me a date a few days out that my car would be done. When I did get it back the carpet floor was filthy.

Our three day simple fix went from a three day job to a nine job. They also found 25% more damage. Worst service I have experienced. They would not call back for days. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

USAA refered me to them. It took them 33 days to repair my Passenger front and rear doors. They failed to keep me updated through out the process and at one point the rental company called me asking me to call USAA to ask for an extension due to Steve Landers CS taking to long to repair the damage. Additionally, the original quote was short $2000.00. The work was perfect, and should have been after taking an extra 2 weeks to complete it.
