Naomi,Is AMAZING!! I was from out of town and had totaled my car July 19, 2021. It was towed to caliber collision And I had the privilege of meeting Naomi.She was professional caring and patient.She made sure that I understood ALL my options.She provided me advice that EMPOWERED me.She educated me about insurance and my rights.This proved to be more beneficial than I ever could’ve imagined.I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND if you go there ASK TO SPEAK WITH NAOMI!!!So grateful for her service!!Andrea Green

I am dissatisfied. There was an area of paint/clear coat after car was deeemed complete with repairs. My truck was not in this condition when dropped off at the shop. Instead the shop provided many differrent reasons on what couldve happen. They were not taking responsibility of this happening while in their care. I do not reccommend this shop.

This location has such good reviews and that’s the reason I chose but I’m NOT IMPRESSED!!!!I’m very disappointed to say that I will not be using Caliber ever again based of the experience I’ve had with this location. I’ve used Caliber several times in the past, granted it was not this location, but should it matter?I dropped my car off (2017 Chevy Impala) on June 21st and didn’t receive any updates for at least two weeks. I called and spoke with Juan, whom told me what had been done and that the car needed a few things such as paint to dry and wheels to be resurfaced. He advised it be done by the end of the week. 1 week later I still hadn’t heard anything back. I called again, this time nobody answered the phone for 3 days straight. I actually decided to drive to the shop, only to find my vehicle still sitting in the same shape I left it. It looked as if it hadn’t been touched. The lady at the desk said she was on vacation so she didn’t know why they were not answering the phone. She spoke with the manager and came back and told me that the mount that holds up the bumper was damaged and that it should be ready the following Monday. I still didn’t get a call back for another week. At this point I called in and I was transferred to Scott who told me that the bumper sensors had been out of stock and they are waiting. He advised they looked everywhere. I immediately hung up the phone and called Jim Ellis Chevrolet who told me they had all 3 sensors in stock.I called Scott back and he then advised he would go get them and have them installed. Here I am today calling to make sure all is good because my rental coverage expires in two days. We are at 30 days now. I never received one update that I didn’t initiate myself and he tells me now the car has to be towed to another shop in Fayetteville to be collaborated and we are looking at sometime next week, maybe! I asked him to cover my rental and he agreed but this entire experience has been terrible. No senses of urgency and definitely not living up the the Companies standards of service. Had they not already started my repair I would have pulled my vehicle and took it elsewhere!!!

Caliber restored bumper on my 2004 BMW Z4 to perfect condition after I had encounter with pot hole. A bit expensive, but work was excellent, as shown in pics. Naomi kept me informed throughout process and they were a pleasure to work with

I had been calling 5x a day for the last 3 days and had been unable to speak to anyone..no one was answering the phones and the phone would just ring. I called corporate and waited 20minutes for the agent to tell me all she could do was send a message with my information. She tried calling herself and no one answered. I called my insurance provider and they couldnt get ahold of the shop either.Finally and unfortunately, my boyfriend was in an accident and I told him to schedule his there too.. since my insurance was doing the same. When he called, they answered. Wow. And had no explanation for why no one answered my 15 calls and message from corporate.We decided to take our cars elsewhere. Very disappointed after all of the other positive reviews.

Service and Quality. From the first day I contacted Caliber in Lithia Springs, I was giving the best service. Whitney, who was my main point of contact was great, helpful, and kept me up-to-date with the status of my car and parts whether it was through text message (as she said she would) or via email. When she was not available to General Manager (Steven) contacted me to give me an update. Overall I would definitely recommend Caliber. Great Job! Thank you

They did a great job, found the best price and got my car back to me early. They also provided additional information that I could use to take back to my car’s warranty holder. I also was very appreciative that they dropped me off and picked me up at home because I did not have transportation and lived close-by.

I had a very negative experience with this location! I took my car for repairs after a car accident. Whitney was my service advisor & she kept me informed about that status of my vehicle. My car was to be completed on 09/30 & Whitney let me know that after she inspected the repairs, she was not happy with the work & told me that the completion date would be delayed which, I sincerely appreciated! She even let me know later that day that she still wasnt satisfied with the work & that she was leaving on vacation so, the GM (Scott) would keep me up to date on the status but, that I should be able to pick up later in the day on 10/01.I didnt hear from Scott so, I called on 10/01. The person that answered the phone was very dry but, placed me on hold. Scott came on the line & told me that my car would be done by EOD 10/01 & that he would contact me one hour prior to completion so that I could be en route. He never called! I contacted my insurance provider to let them know what was going on. They contacted the shop the following day (10/02) & I finally received notification an hour later to let me know that my vehicle was ready for pick up.I had only dealt with the staff over the phone & they were not very friendly. Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle, their demeanor was no better! The Receptionist advised me of the payment amount due &I pulled out my wallet to write a check. Mind you, I was told that my deductible could be paid with check or card but, no cash. As I was writing the check, a female nearly broke her neck to come to the front to tell me that they dont like taking personal checks due to the fear of stop payments. I advised her that I was told that I could pay with my debit card or a check. I also let her know that I didnt want to swipe my card for such a large amount to which she responded, Call your bank & they will let the transaction go through because we dont like personal checks. I was offended - not so much by what she said but, her delivery. When she disappeared, the Receptionist advised me that I was ok to write the check. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the check reader so, I ultimately ended up using my debit card anyway.Once they received their payment, I was basically presented with my keys & sent on my way. No one bothered to inspect the vehicle with me or explain the repairs that took place. I have never been treated with such disregard from a professional company. The staff made me feel as if they didnt care whether I allowed them to repair my vehicle or took it somewhere else. They were very unpleasant, short, & at times rude. Anytime that I called to inquire about the status, the person that answered the line made me feel as though my phone call was an inconvenience to them.I cannot speak to whether the repairs were done correctly because, again, NOT A SOUL offered walk around the vehicle with me to point out the repairs that took place. However, I can say that customer service goes a long way and the staff could use some training. In all honestly, I couldve dealt with the delays had the staff treated me like my business was important and not like I was a hinderance to them. Due to my experience, I would never recommend this business/location to any of my friends and/or family.

I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional shop in my life! I would highly recommend you take your car to another location. I dropped my car off on July 11 and was given an estimated completion date of July 19, 2019. That date was pushed back three times. When I go to the shop on July 24, there’s scratches that were not previously on my car and I did not get an apology or any communication explaining why the car was not checked properly before I wasted two hours picking it up. In conclusion, do NOT waste your money or your insurance company’s money at a shop that doesn’t have the decency to do quality checks, communicate, or apologize for their faults.

I was in a car accident on June 17th. My car was the placed in the shop June 19th. With all the damage done, it would have been feasible to just recommend the car a total loss. I have been calling on a daily basis about the status of my vehicle, but the employees are very vague and uninterested. It is July 29th, and I still do not have my vehicle, and they refuse to tell me the condition that its in currently. One day its ready to go, the next day a problem happens under the hood and it now takes another week of waiting. This place is BS and i would not recommend wasting the time.So I got my car back on July 30th of this year, and TODAY, THANKSGIVING DAY, My alternator or starter suddenly goes out and my car wont start, 3 months after these people worked under my hood by taking out all of the components of my engine in order to repair. The day I got the car back they told me that I would have lifetime warrenty if anything happened, AND NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO REVIEW OR WORK ON ANYTHING THAT COULD POTENTIALLY BE WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE! IM GO SO FAR AS TO CONSIDERING LEGAL ADVISE BECAUSE THIS IS NOT PROFFESSIONAL BUSINESS!
