The service dept. at this location is almost impossible to work with. It is very difficult to get an appt.,I have spent literally hours on hold, and once your car is there, you have to call them to get a status on the car because they don’t follow-up, they forget to order parts, and it’s always a surprise of what the price will be, because they don’t quote their work. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location, but they treat you like they just don’t care.

It was very unprofessional!!! I had an appointment for a simple routine oil change at 7:30am( I am a valued customer of 3 yrs.), I arrived at 7:15 am, I was waiting at Honda Thornton Rd. Dealership while service was being render. After a long period of waiting, I looked at my watched and it was 9:00am!!! So I went to the representative (which just so happened to be theasst. Mgr.- Amber,) and inquired about my vehicle and Why was it taking SOOOOO long to do a simple routine oil change? She replied, Let me go check, when she arrived back to the counter where I was waiting, she said, Once guy put it in our system then he will bring it around and I can check you out. I replied, Its been 2 hrs and he hasnt done a simple oil change!!!!! Go get my vehicle and keys and bring them to me so I can leave because it dont take 2 hrs to do a simply oil change!!! But Amber didnt!! Even if the tech a 17 point system check, it still shouldnt took 2 1/2 hrs for service to be done!!! I didnt get my vehicle back until 9:50am!!! Really!!!! I WILL NOT RETURN TO THORNTON RD. for Any service!! Amber Doesnt give great customer service!! So I STRONGLY suggest to All customers DONT go there for service due to unprofessional and unexceptionable service!! A 2 1/2 hrs. Wait time for a Simple Oil Change. Wow!! Wal_Mart, Express Oil, Precision Tune Up would be a better place to go!! It only takes 15-20 for an inspection and oil change not 2 1/2 hrs!!! So I rate their Service Time and Customer Satisfaction àn 0. Theyre new system SUCKS!!! They need to revert to the old system in order to have great customer service!!😤😡🤚👎👎👎👎👎👎

I had an 11:00 am appointment. I arrived 30 minutes early. The service person told me it would take 2.5 hours or more for my oil change. I asked why the oil change was going to take so long, he said, pointing at 10 or so cars ahead of mine had to be done first. It appears AutoNation in general over books appointments as the Nissan AutoNation in Marietta wont tell me how long it takes to get an oil change. Dont buy the oil change package when you buy a car from AutoNation. An 11AM appointment is that 11AM, not 1:30-2:00PM appointment.

Brought my car in to be serviced, which is an older car. 2008 to be exact. The car was stuttering while driving. They said it would be almost $500 to fix the issue. Not happy about that price but fine I paid it because this is Honda and they know about their own cars right? Not even two weeks later and the car is back in the shop and they want another $400 to fix a part that they say is a different part. The car is doing the same stutter. I could understand if it was doing something different or making a sound or something. This feels like a hustle to get over on someone.

Brought van in because several warning lights came on the day before but they had gone back off. This worried me so I took it in to see why they came on. They inspected it, and found nothing wrong, and they didnt charge me because they didnt find anything. I was very pleasantly surprised because some dealers will find something just to be able to charge. Thank you for being honest!

2 Incidents: (1) I purchased a brand new Honda Accord which quickly started to have issues with the weather stripping. They attempted to fix it multiple times. Once was such a horrible job that it looked like they just tried to glue it back on. They finally reordered new parts for the repair but the installation was still trash. I finally took my car to another dealership and they finally fixed the issue - on the first try. (2) I got into a minor accident and brought my car in for repair. My car was there for over a month for repair. The worse part is that they DAMAGED my car while on the lot and tried to pass the damage on to the insurance company as part of the accident. This was of course denied! Then they claimed the damage was present before I brought the car in but NEVER produced the pictures of my car that they take when you bring a car in for service. My car is still scratched and dented. I will never purchase or get my car maintenance / repair at this location again.

WORST experience ever!!! We drop my 2020 pilot off there on Thursday they called us Thursday same day and said can we keep your car over night because we didnt a chance to get to it.... well we didnt hear anything about the car Friday. We called up there Saturday morning asking about the car and they said they could not find it and the would call in 3 mins with an answer..... well 30 mins later I showed up looking for my car and they were laughing and like I dont know how we dont know where your car is..... well they finally found it and they said we didnt get to do anything to your car cause they lost it.... but if you decide to bring it back we can make sure youhave a car to drive..... I can assure you I will NOT be leaving my car with a place that will lose a whole car!!!

I had the worst experience of dealing with Honda service, they dont know nothing about dealing with customers and they have the worst mechanic and trying to charge you a lot of money more than what your car worth.

I began my car search over 3 months ago, and I appreciate that neither the sales manager, Ms. Jena, nor the salesman, Walter, were pushy. Both were kind. They gave me the space I needed to figure things out and make a decision. Whenever I asked a question, I always got a quick response.I didnt have a problem until Saturday. Afterthe salesperson accepted my out the door offer by saying, Yes I can do $[insert amount] TODAY. What time are you able to make it in? We are open until 8pm, I asked if his sales manager had already approved the amount because I was not trying to waste my time going to the dealership nor did I want to continue this negotiation process. I was ready to purchase. It had been approved.I asked if they would be able to get the color I wanted. They were willing as long as I paid a deposit, so I went to the dealership the same day. I felt relieved that this car journey was almost over, and after paying the deposit, all I would have to do is wait a few days for the car to arrive and complete the paperwork. Thats how it goes, right? I walked into the dealership with great joy, ready to pay the deposit with my card; Ive never been that excited to pay for anything.After exchanging greetings, Ms. Jena begins speaking about a Sport which is the 2nd trim of the Civic. I was there for a higher trim, an EX (3rd trim of the Civic), so I kindly tell her I asked about an EX in the email, not the sport. She expresses that she provided pricing for a sport. I made it clear in my email I was not interested in the Sport and was looking at the EX.She shares the best pricing shes able to do for the EX. All feeling of great joy vanished; I was devastated. I drove over an hour to get there, and it was a waste of both my time and resources despite all my efforts to avoid this. The ride back home seems to be 3 times longer.Part of me says Show grace; people make genuine mistakes. Another part of me thinks about the mistakes Ive made in life and how I had to honor my word.If it wasnt for this, I most likely would be posting a 5 star review and encouraging you to do business with them. Because they will not honor the out the door pricing we agreed on, Im not able to do that.

2.5 hr appointment turned into 5.5 hrs. Wish I would have known. I would have made other plans / arrangements. They need to accurately plan / staff the workload. I would have been ok with a 5 hr turnaround time if I would have known up front vs standing around this place all day.

I have had the worst experiences there. When I tried to get my key fixed they all had a attitude especially this pink haired lady. Different prices for the same service.I don t recommend this location.I have owned several hondas however will never buy a car there.

Piss poor customer service, hung up several times. The receptionist, servoce department and even the Managers are extremely rude!! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go to Ed Voyles on Cobb Pkwy instead of here!!

I called today and was quoted around $300 to change a headlight bulb that is out. I was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours of labor to change the bulb. This is ridiculous!
