Today I picked up my car after getting my all my brakes and brake master cylinder done after I excellent diagnosis by the mechanic Jerome. After the diagnosis of my issue Justin and Corry were able to get me the parts in a timely manner and was affordable and didnt break the bank. It may have taken a couple days to fully complete due to the availability of the parts but my vehicle feels safer to drive in.

Patrick has been very helpful when trying to get my car all ready to pass Ethel inspection. Him and his team are amazing and do everything they can to make sure their customers are satisfied. I deftly 1000% would be back here

Yes, so Ive been to this place before everyone has always been professional. Got everything done in a timely manner. However, on 08/27/21 at approximately 910am. I spoke to a man named Cory and im sorry to say he was very unprofessional and not welcoming at all. I never write bad reviews ever...but I had to make this known. One person represents a whole company and mavis dropped the ball on this one. My main concern was that the oil change, wipers and my air filter needed to be change, he even wrote the concern on my receipt. However, when I went to go pick my car and asked about it I was told that the wipers and air filter werent changed. I know we all have bad days but this was so unprofessional. Well not be coming back.

They tried to get over. Wanted to charge extra. Tried to convince me to get a tire I didnt need. Then after told, everything would be quick, waited extra long just for a single new tire.....Today is the 1/20/21. I came 4 days ago to get 4 new tires. The Initial experience was fine. He( Kris) worked with me in acquiring the tires I wanted. After that, it went down hill. Was told to come in at 8, which I did. Said it would take about an hour. Yes to change 4 tires. Came back at 8:40 and my car was on the lift, no tires, and they were in the corner sitting and talking until they saw me. At 9:10 still no tires on my vehicle. At 9:30, I was told about 20-30 minutes. So all in all, I was done at 9:58. At least I got an alignment out of it.

The manager Vinnie was very helpful and made sure the tires I requested were right for my work truck due to the weight that is carried in my truck. Had an appointment for 12, asked for the 99.99$ special for breaks, Call 2 & a half hours later to find out the car wasnt even looked at yet, They called me about an hour and a half later to tell me the rotors needed to be replaced & Priced me at 325 all said & done which seemed like alot to me. After that they never called when it was ready, we went there 15 minutes before closing and saw the car parked. Not happy at all with my experience

Ozzy the manager was very helpful I bought my truck with these aftermarket wheels on it and it needed a special spline lug nut adapter. Ozzy happen to have the same adapter that I needed out of his own personal vehicle he lent it to me and sent me to a different Mavis location because of the weight of my truck I cant thank him enough for him trusting in my honesty to return his own personal property he has helped me out of Norma SLI

It to awhile to get to my car, but once they got it in, the repair was quick.

Went in for a nail in my tire came out with scratched rim. They scratched my new rims I just put on and then had the nerve to down play it. Oh its not that bad . The tech left my steering wheel dirty with what appeared to be some sort of grease and left glue all over the rim and parts of the car . I will never return not even for them to try to fix it. Rather pay a location that cares for the car professionally. I always give the young and growing generation a chance as when I was a young man I too was given chances but not with the responses and nonchalant attitude after scratching my new rims and making me feel like Im making a big deal over them damaging my new rims.

Was charged a price well above what I was quoted a day earlier. Apparently it’s common practice as the gentleman in front of me had the same exact issue. Other than that the employees were very nice and the facility is very clean.

They deserve zero stars.I came there to fix flat tire and they blame bended rim as a reason. They didnt fix problem but they charged me double. So I went to Firestone and they found nail in tire. I came back to mavis for my money back but they definitely refused. If they cant fix your tire what can they fix? KEEP AWAY.

Went to Pep Boys. Was done in a half hour.May 8th around 5:48pm I walked into the Mavis located at110 East Sunrise Hwy, Lindenhurst, NY 11757.The manager on that shift greeted me and I asked if there was time for an inspection. He told me they were closing in 10 minutes and it was an hour long process. So I told him its no problem and that I understood they are closing. I walked out and the manager followed. I did not get his name but he is a white male with long hair and tattoos. He asked me why I thought it shouldnt take an hour so I responded with you are closing and I am not trying to be a dick I was just leaving. He proceeded to tell me I was being a dick and I came there thinking Im cool and acting tough. I laughed and said excuse me are you a manager? He replied yes and I told him he was really professional. I am not sure if this person has medical issues but I was angry at this point and noticed him being very figgity and irate so I asked him if he was on drugs. What a joke

You cant never get the prices for brakes they adverised.

Popped my tire on a pothole, called bunch of places, since its a 235/40 r19 low profile it was expensive, all the places including the dealership estimated roughly 350 with tax and installation- Mavis charged 238$Thats a quite a bit less money you know?Left my rim and picked up after work, installed in less than 10 minsWould recommend
