I orderd a mopar water neck for my car from them thru e-bay I needed a big block felproGasket and sent me a small block gasketI returned there part and now they wount recredit my card im not happy there ripping me off dont do business with them

Place is awesome. They have everything in this store. Was not from around here and never seen a shop like this. Everything you need in this store to build any type of car and any part of it. Alot of stuff in stock. Very rare for me usually stuff like this you have to order online which I hate cause I like to look at it and see how its built what it really looks like size and all. I think they need more places like this in more states and cities. So nice to have a shop that you can walk into and get pretty much any part you need for race or daily cars. Staff there is also super smart and new alot about all the parts. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANY PERSON THAT IS INTO CARS AND PERFORMACE PARTS AND GONNA BE IN A TOWN THAT ONE OF THERE SHOPS ARE IN CO.E CHECK THEM OUT YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Horrible customer service they sent me the wrong $240 crossmember for my car I called them and the guy at the parts desk said there was an error on the website at the time I ordered it and I in fact had the wrong part. He told me to email the return dept so I emailed them explaining the situation and asked for a return shipping label. They emailed me back stating that I was welcome to send it back for a refund but no shipping label would be issued so I would have to pay to return it. I just paid $70 in shipping for their mistake. Buy elsewhere!!!

Went in for some exhaust tips that would fit the empty cutouts that are on the 2015 plus dodge chargers. Will who helped me out was very respectful, patient and helpful with choosing the right tips for my vehicle. Took the time out to go outside, measure dimensions and got down and dirty on the floor just so we could both be sure that the quad exhaust tips I wanted and chose would fit to where and how I wanted it too. Many different designs and sizes to choose from. They also sell a lot more different things. Place was very clean and has plenty of parking! Highly recommended!

Two of the employees REALLY know their stuff! Great stock, array of items, to and they even have a box with second-hand items.. nice if youre looking for a small or odd piece. The rest of the staff is quite clueless about their stock & cars in general..

If youre building a BBF or SBF just get your parts online. They never have what you need and always say they have to order it. Cheaper and efficient ordering it yourself.

I went into the store on Saturday October 3rd and not one employee had a mask on. Very disappointed. This is how virus spreads and people lose their lives. I thought it was mandatory.

It was a great place, But the store is no longer there. You can go to their other location in Lindenhurst on route 109. Its about a 20 min drive east.

Its a shame that you cant give less than 1 star. This place is the worst and its a miracle to me that with all the online options that have better quality parts and better service, that this place is still in business. The bozos working behind the counter are all a bunch of flunkies that dont have a clue and on top of that, they dont give a s**t. I called and was put on hold for 25 minutes without even a greeting. I called back and asked for POR15 Topcoat in Safety Red and was told by one of the flunkies that they had it, immediately without even checking. I asked if he was sure, and he said yes. I drove there, 22 miles, and guess what? They didnt have it and none of the resident flunkies admitted to talking to me.

Knowledgeable staff was able to help me out, they literally had everything I needed down to a bolt. If you need parts for your race car this is the only place on the island to go

Required an alarming amount of personal information to process a credit card purchase. Theres diligence and then theres questionable intent. After 10 years of retail management experience it raised a red flag with me.
