The entire Rainwood Interiors team was phenomenal to work with. I had a sprung floor put in which posed some challenges and Kelly and his team did the research to give me options. They were great about explaining how everything would work and answered all my questions. Amy helped with the design and picking out colors both for the flooring as well as what colors the walls would be. I have an absolutely beautiful space with extra added touches. They also hung in with me and the changing timelines that COVID caused.Everyone was professional and reliable. I cant recommend them enough!

When we decided to update our home I was overwhelmed until I sat down and talked to Amy. She listened to what style we liked and found options to pick from that have made our home everything we wanted and more. The tile and backsplash we picked out at Rainwood Interior was something I haven’t seen anywhere else. Amy’s service didn’t just include tile, she also helped pick out wall colors that look amazing with all of our new tile.

Rainwood interiors did an outstanding job replacing our floors after our dishwasher flooded our kitchen and dining room. They sent in a team to remove and replace the old ruined flooring and I cannot say enough good about the flooring team. This was a horrible messy job and they were prompt every day, very neat considering the circumstances and worked very hard to get our floors laid. The flooring looks excellent and we are very pleased. Kelly and his team of designers were all very helpful and I recommend them to anyone that needs flooring, tile work, etc. I give them a five star rating!

Tiled showers and floors with beautiful results. Very helpful from the start with the process of picking out tile. Helped to match with cabinets and paint. Great suggestions for finishing touches.

All you need to know is that we would NOT use them again and would NOT recommend them. Reviews by employees and employees relatives should not count as 5 star (especially when they live in MN). These guys have a response/reason (but really just an argument) for every valid complaint, so there is really no use in sharing specifics because your opinion means nothing to them ...just read how they have responded to the negative reviews. Again, ALL you need to know is we would not do business with them if we had it to do over.

We especially love the beautiful glass backsplash that we purchased from Rainwood. Wonderful friendly staff as well :)

We had a great overall experience with Rainwood Interiors & couldn’t be happier with the finished projects! Everything looks beautiful! (We had new counters/sinks/faucets/backsplashes in 3 bathrooms, new carpeting installed in the living room and a bedroom, and replaced an old fireplace surround & mantel with a 12 ft wall of stacked stone). The staff at Rainwood were all wonderful to work with, but in particular—Amy in the showroom, and Josiah, who did a lot of the tile work in our home, consistently went above and beyond in customer service! (As did Kelly Krueger, the owner, who called and stopped by several times to see how things were progressing). All the work was done exactly on the timeline that we were told it would be (in fact it was completed a few days ahead of schedule!) and everyone was so reliable! They gave me a clear plan of what days/times they would be doing the work and then showed up precisely when they said they would! It was wonderful! The owner and staff at Rainwood are just genuinely good people and it is evident in every facet of how they do business. We will definitely use Rainwood Interiors again & highly recommend them!

Amy did a great job of putting together different tiles and options...so much so that I did not need to visit anywhere else and my husband immediately said he loved her choices.

Our first choice for tile was discontinued and they found an alternative that is so close that I can’t tell the difference-helped pick just the right shade of grout too. The finishing details for our kitchen were stressing me out and they helped it all come together-thanks again!

Very pleasant. We really liked working with both ladies in the store. We had a mistake with our cabinets and the countertops ended needing to be more than we first told Rainwood and they were able to adjust to that with ease. I appreciated all the communication I received from them to keep me update and check on my schedule too. The countertops look amazing too. Thanks Kelly and Rainwood we are glad we chose you. I highly recommend using them they are very professional and attentive to your needs/wants/questions.

Amy Vahle took all of the stress out of making decisions and made the process enjoyable and exciting! I appreciated her willingness to share her time and her gifts as she patiently learned our style and preferences, then somehow pulled it all gorgeously together.
