Have been a customer since 2013. Went in today to switch from an Samsung to an iPhone said I had to have everything transfered over, was told it might not be possible and kept trying to sell me this that and another instead of what I wanted. Only one other customer in the store. Left and went to Verizon and they say it is no problem to do what I want done and they are very busy. Guess everyone already knows where to go
After only a month and 3 days the phone I purchased quit working. Dropping calls. Lagged connectivity. They cant help me.

Not happy, charged me for the next month before it was do and will not give a refund. They like to steal!!!!! Took 3 1/2 hours to get a new phone. Said he would credit the next month and never did.

I wish I could give this store more praise! They are amazing, I was in desperate need of assistance after cracking my screen and having a blacked out screen and needing it for my job, I was so frustrated after calling the support line for US Cellular which I would give 0 stars, and 0 praise. A team member (Mario I believe) went above and beyond to satisfy this customer! I was so impressed with his understanding and kind attitude, he not only helped me but when he noticed my frustration he let me BORROW HIS OLD PHONE HE HAD ON HAND to connect to my Apple ID so I could drive to a repair store and repair my broken phone and he was so fast and efficient with the service. He did an amazing job helping me and ensuring everything was fixed and in order. With no fees and compete honesty I had my phone back up and running in a matter of hours- which could have taken a week if I would have done it any other way. I’m so thankful for the service I received here! If you ever need amazing service and customer appreciation please go here! Thank you Mario and US Cellular!

If you are thinking about switching to US Cellular I wouldn’t do it! Their referral program is a lie and you will have to waste a ton of your time fighting to get your credit! Everything they told me was a lie and they aren’t any cheaper than Sprint. At least Sprint gives you perks like free Hulu and AAA!! I wish I wouldn’t have taken my families six lines to USCellular. Now they have us in a contract!

Just trying to pay my prepaid phone bill and of course they only ever have 2 people working and as usual got to sit there for 30 min withy 2 kids while they chit chat with new customers. They really really really could use a kiosk machine.

Waiting for a rebate to get back to us, we to are getting the run around on this, whoever we keep talking to refuses to help and tells us we have to talk to the person who set us up on service, which we cant ever get should of or get a call back from. You people need to be more customers friendly and find out for your customers other wise u wont have any. P. S. Get a clue on what ur doing
On game day, it wouldnt hurt to have, at least, three to four CSRs. Was there right at 10am and had to wait 35 minutes. Once I was helped though, I was in and out.
