Drive Fast USA has been by far the BEST Dealership I have ever bought a car from. I have had terrible luck with car buying and cars in the past. Previously I had a $12,000.00 car that I drove less than 300 miles, motor blow and I was so scared to buy a car from a dealership again. I heard about Drive fast USA and called and Stephan answered the phone at the Lincoln, NE location. I told him about all my experiences and from the get go he made me feel comfortable and not under any pressure. When I finally came to the dealership, I was leery because I had past credit problems but Stephan and Sara both assured me that my credit score would be no problem. I got to test drive any car I felt like I wanted and was able to pick the car that felt right for me. When I did FINALLY did buy the car I loved, I drove away feeling happy and satisfied! A week later there was an unexpected snow storm and my car ended up needing to to go into the shop to be checked out. Stephan answered the phone right away and all the problems were easily taken care of and I was on the road again after they were all fixed. Tim the Manager of both Nebraska stores even knew me by name and I have never had such a great experience. I will buy my next car with them with out a doubt!!!!!! So ill save some time to those that work as delivery drivers. According to this place us delivery drivers like grub hub and door dash cant get a car from them. I gave 3 stars because the guy tanner was pretty nice great customer service. But i dont even know what to call this. I have a 2021 toyota camry xse 35,000 loan with baxter, i make over 4k a month been with grub hub and door dash full time for about 2 years and these people make it seem like is not a job i just find that very unfair to be honest.

I spent 2 days going slowly and taking my time to try to choose the car I really wanted and they seemed really nice and really helpful and very professional up until I had picked the car went 3/4 of the way adding it to my insurance with my insurance agent I was just getting ready to sign the paperwork and then they came back and told me no you cant have that car we made a mistake its not this much down its this much down and it was a lot more than what I had so then they said but we have all these other cars out here like it this one like this and that one like that and were sure youll still be able to find something nice why dont you pick something else out so my heartfelt I got disgusted and at the last minute I had to re-pick so I looked at a few cars and I finally picked the one that was the closest to the one that I had liked which still was far away from it and when I went in to do the paperwork I was so annoyed aggravated anxious let down and sad that I just I didnt care how much it costed I just signed the paperwork and got the car and left and now that Ive had a few minutes to think about it and how much is going to cost me with the interest and everything else if I had twice that much money I could buy a whole house and this car is stocked and it has none of the features that the other one that I actually wanted had so overall theyre nice enough people but theyre merchandise is kind of overpriced and when they make a mistake they dont own up to it and try to make it right they basically just tell you sorry about that deal with it old chap.

I was amazed at how easy the whole process was. I was in a bind to get a vehicle because my vehicle had died on me a week before starting a new job. I live in Lincoln & work in Omaha. The whole staff was awesome! Once everything was done, they even helped me get my fiancé’s car back to her at work & met me there with my new car, so that I could right from there to go to work. I just got my ‘11 Chevrolet HHR yesterday & it has made my commute to work so much better!! As of right now, I will definitely recommend DriveFast Lincoln & will be back when it’s time to trade up!
