2nd car we have bought threw this dealership. People need to understand they need to do there home work before buying. Find out what cars are good and which ones might have problems. For the price we walked out of there with we are pleased. If you dont do your home work, you are going to get something with problems. Just wish someone would update website with what is available and what the prices are.

A&B AUTO WILL SCAM YOU!!! I purchased a vehicle from their lot, later found out the odometer posted at 125,000 miles had been rolled back from 200,000 miles. Soon after the vehicles engine carriage rusted through, totaling it. I voiced these issues to the dealership and it fell on deaf ears. I also noticed the vehicles on A&Bs lots have vines growing up into the engines. A one star rating is generous for this scrap yard of a dealership, the customer service is as unreliable as the cars.*Edit* After finally reaching A&B they admitted to knowingly selling the vehicle with incorrectly posted miles and offered to exchange the vehicle. (As I previously said, the car lot is disturbing) With almost an additional 100k miles on the car I was charged thousands more than the car was worth, I asked for a partial refund which wouldve still allowed for A&B to walk away well over what KBB recommend. I was told I needed to speak with manager about that, but that they were not in and they could not tell me when theyd be back. I called for weeks and was never put into contact with the manager. If the manager is gone as much as they claim it is clear why the lot is in such a disarray. I wish this dealership returned calls as quickly as they replied to negative reviews.

Just purchased a truck off their lot, for considerably below book value. I took it to three mechanics to have everything checked out. Knowing that something had to be wrong with it. Everything came back clean, and in great shape. Ended up they just gave us a really good deal on the truck. They made it easy to buy the truck we wanted within our budget.

Bought crv battery was dead the next morning. They came and jumped me took it there put another battery in it which tested bad by advanced auto. I bought a new battery as I consider that regular maintenance. Crv was missing passenger seat headrest which the owner told me he would get me one. Going on 3 weeks now so called them and told them that I found one at a salvage lot that they can order it there and could be here by Thursday. I was told they had to check with owner and get back to me. Still waiting.******Getting the run around. Everytime I call they tell me they will take care of it and call me back and seems like thats as far as it goes. Guess they dont care about there reputation or their customers. Cant believe they would put their reputation on the line for a $62. Part that I got on ebay. Losers...Beware....

NEVER buy from here go anywhere else. The add for the car I was looking at said clean title vehicle. The title I signed said original but when I went to register it at the DMV it came back as salvaged. They did absolutely nothing to help correct this problem. I would have never bought the car or paid as much as I did knowing it had a salvaged title. This has to be illegal.

I went to look at a car advertised on their website. Motor was inopperable. The shop had part of it torn apart. Bad business handling

Test drove a vehicle and they had to jump start it. The vehicle smelled as if someone had smoked 30 packs of cigarettes. The brakes of the vehicle were going out. The gentleman stated that they just had got it in but had been on their cite and on Facebook for at least a week..also was stated as clean title and not salvage but that was also found as a lie. *2002 FORD EXPLORER SPORT TRAC VALUE- no vehicle should need to be jumped in order to be started.

Worst place ever to buy a car, sold a car to my daughter who has 3 kids under 4, barely had the vehicle and died on way to our house, had to put in new battery which they said they did. This weekend she was coming over and was by Crete exit on interstate and it died again, had it towed to our mechanic. He went through it and said there are so many issues that only way to fix is to replace engine and transmission and that is just a start of the issues and is not safe to drive. Stopped to talk to them to see if they would be reasonable and maybe buy back. Person there said needed to talk to owner and would call us back, didnt call so had to call them and they will do nothing. Said to sell it on facebook, why would we even sell this awful vehicle to someone else. That is just plain wrong.Dont ever buy a vehicle from them

Went to test drive a car there with my husband and 3 kids. They had to put gas in it first which was fine and air up the tire, and jump the car. Once we finally were able to test drive it, the guy said, dont shut the car off, the battery is no good. That is why the check engine lights on. We test drove it and every shift the car made a bang and there was a vibration in the front end. Plus the car was sluggish. They should have told us this and not even let us test drive it. It was a very scary test drive. I should have listened to the reviews. Dont go here!!! Please listen to the reviews.

Worst car buying experience ever. When we bought the car everything went fine. They sold us a salvage titled car without informing us, not to mention the vins didn’t match so it’s impossible to actually register the car and to top it off they gave us a bad title, and want us to pay in order to get a good title.

Bought a car with a lot of issue they lie saying it doesnt and now having pay 700$ as well as the tires were not right size tire shop said for the car also all the lug nuts where very loose Im lucky I didnt wreck.. I drove like that for a week only good thing is the prices are some what decent

Way overpriced . took a blue Chevy Avalanche for a test-drive they had to jump start it just to get it to go once it was going they had to add brake fluid because there was no brake fluid in the system turned off the car wouldnt start back up they had to come jump start it againthey said that they were going to take it to the mechanic and have it ready for tomorrow test drove it for the second time still no brake fluid had to push the brake pedal all the way down to the floor just to find out that the brake line was leaking everywhere

Lots of choices. The one I test drove had a trunk full of water. Decor really needs help, so dark in there. But the most important thing for me is the people were easy to deal with. I would give them another shot.

Bought a car on Saturday, drove it 45 mintues and it broke down. Called and called no one would answer. Finally 3 days later get ahold of someone and they tell me to bad. Not their problem. Horrible place to buy a vehicle. They just want their money. Now Im broke and still dont have a vehicle.

My wife and I found a first car here for our 16 year old daughter. The salesman, Nate, was very helpful pointing out which cars he thought would be best for us. I think something that helped us is that we first looked without intending to buy. Since that was well understood, there was no pressure.They have a large lot with many cars out in the back that must not be for sale. They have weeds and such growing all around them. In the front, they seem to have a fair selection to look at.We came back later after narrowing down a few cars. We checked them out as best we could and narrowed down to 1 that seems to have few issues. We took it to a trusted mechanic and it checked out. I would highly recommend you ALWAYS have a 3rd party check out a used car for you. Several of the cars here that were options would not have been a good buy. Fortunately, we found a gem that was fairly priced - a 2013 Chevy Cruze in good condition for 4700.Everything looked good on the way out, but a few days later we noticed a radiator fluid leak. It took us a week to track it down because it was intermittent. We took it to a few places and they couldnt track it down. We finally took it to a dealer (ugh), Chevy Deuteau. They wanted $1080 to fix the turbo cooler, so we decided to check back with A&B.I had heard A&B had a good reputation for sticking by cars theyve sold. We werent disappointed. We brought the car back to them and within a day they had it fixed. They charged us for the part, but they took care of the labor. They even stayed after closing hours on a Saturday evening for us to swing by and pick it up since they are closed on Sundays.I hate dealing with car problems and sales people, but these folks made it a good experience for us!

The salesmen were helpful and nice. The windshield was cracked, and they had no reservations about putting in a new one right away! The financing was quick and easy! I would buy from A&B again.

Only purchased my vehicle here because it was a good deal. Salesman didn’t even know it was a clean title. Ty (finance person) claimed to not know nor did he attempt to clear up the total pay off price for our trade in, wrote less, waited 3 weeks to attempt to pay it off and caused us to have to pay $300 more on our trade in vehicle AFTER everything to pay it off.. will tell you anything to cause you more $$. After asking if we wanted the loan together or just in one name and being told in one, ran both credits anyway. All around a pain to work with.

I purchased my car from here just over a month ago. Jesse Able was fantastic! Very patient, considerate, and looked out for my family & my best interest. Definitely cant say the same about the receptionist Allison & Gino. I came in with my 3 children and I quote by her what are we now a daycare? The other salesman Gino was very rude, he basically talked down on whoever he was talking to and used foul language the whole time as well as constantly being on his phone for the period of time we were there.

Bought my wifes car there over a year ago. We liked the place so much that we just bought my son a car from them today. Terrance was great, he made the car buying process easy and painless.

My car came with a report saying it had never been in an accident. Took to shop for a burnt out headlight. The car had been in an accident, brakes were rusted, headlight socket was burnt and ac condenser was jimmied in in such a way it cuts into serpentine belt. $500 later, it still needs $1500 to fix in order to have a working wreck. I know they knew this because they did fix non-working blinkers. Now they won’t get back to me. Worse used car experience ever.

Recently bought a car from them and Terry the salesman was awesome. They had the vehicle i was looking for and for the right price. Car had a tie rod end that needed fixed and he had his mechanic take care of it. Definitely will be going back in the future.

My husband and I went there just to look. Not even sure if we wanted to trade our vehicle. They gave us San estimate on what they would give us for trade and showed us a vechile we were super interested in. Next thing we knew..my husband walked out with our new family SUV. BIG thanks to Ty and Terrance for ALL their help and advice!!!

I bought a Mazda Tribute a couple weeks ago and we love it. The salesman Kef was great and so was the rest of the staff. We had it fully inspected and the only problem they could find was windshield wipers and the tye rod ends are showing some wear a$150.00 fix we will definitely go back in the future if we need another vehicle. Great place to buy a vehicle.

Very unprofessional. Salesmen had no clue about what cars they had on the lot. When we walked in my wife and I werent greeted at all to the point where it almost seemed like they were shocked they had customers. Will never visit this place again.

Had a very good experience, I was unsure about a vehicle I was interested in but, Terrance worked with us and made things right so I bought the vehicle. Please do not purchase from these guys. They are very dishonest and will do anything to make a sale. Spent my last dollar on a Honda Accord that they(salesclerk- Mo) overemphasized was running great. Within 3 weeks the engine failed and left me without any transportation. I went back to resolve this issue and they said that they couldn’t help me in any which way. There is a reason that this organization averages so low. Please don’t ignore the comments from the other individuals posting on here as well. They are not to be trusted and I would shop anywhere else.

I had nothing but a pleasant experience! My fiance and I went in expecting to just look and get some ideas and ended up walking out with a truck we never thought would be possible. Ty the sales rep that helped us was not pushy at all and was nothing but helpful and walked us through the entire process. I cant be thankful enough. Him and Alison were so nice and even stayed late to get everything set up for us. Wont be going anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Definitely recommend to everyone. They certainly went above and beyond great customer service.

Undoubtedly the worst place to put your money on. they handed me a car with full of problems, telling it has none. when I figured out the problems, they did very simple work to fix, enough to last for only a few days before it goes back to its original state. the service people lie constantly about the cars. Vehicles are not kept up, they are dirty! Sales team seems to be argumentative and unorganized. Advertisements show vehicles that are already sold and some that the sales team tells you are not a good idea or are being held for someone else. Two of the vehicles needed to be jump started, not great.

Always bring a code reader with you when you go buy a used vehicle. They cleared the codes and I brought my own and it showed cylinder 7 had misfired, but there wasn’t a check engine light until I put it in myself. Horrible they’d even attempt to sell a vehicle like this.

I asked twice and they told me it had a clean title. I thought it was strange at time of purchase I didn’t sign the title or see it. When I went to go register my car a month later, I finally saw previously salvaged on the registration form. I’m very upset about this, they straight up lied to my face! Currently in the process of filing a report with the board of dealerships against these guys. Awful place to go, and now my car has a check engine light on and drives funny- go figure!

Bought car 5-21-18 everything with the purches went great a we owe was writen up for a stereo and 4 used tires as tires curently on car are bad. Got the stereo and asked about tires and for 2 weeks i have herd the same thing still looking for some also lied to me about my cars title saying it was clean no salvage or any thing like that well it was an out of state car so i had to have it inspected found out it has a salvage title for hail damage

I recently bought a SUV from them. After I signed the papers and headed home the vehicle broke down on me. They came and jumped me then said it needed a battery and if I bought it they would put it in so I went to the auto parts store and bought the battery and they took my vehicle with the battery and said to call them the next day at 3p so we did and the gentleman was rude and told my husband he needed to wait even though we did what they asked. So we go to pick it up and when I was heading home the car shut down again so I had it towed to my mechanic and he told me that the battery was from 2016 and that it needed changed I told them that I just bought one 2 days ago and that A&B auto said they put my new one in but instead left the old one in and stole my new one I would not recommend this place they were very unprofessional, liars, and they will steal from you
