Worked with the salesman (Erich) to come up with a final price on a 2021 GMC Sierra. I was told Id get the military discount, but when the it came down to paying they wouldnt give it to me as they hadnt properly looked up the discount rules. In the end, they wouldnt honor the agreed upon price (that we signed on), so I left over $500. This is either an issue of the salesmen throwing in every discount at the beginning to get you to sign papers and hoping you wont back out, or lack of training. Either way they lost a customer.

We have been customers since 2013 when we ordered our 2014 ML350 BlueTec and found the sales team to be very welcoming and professional when compared to the dealership in Omaha.We have also had the same experience with the Service Depatment. Amanda in the service department is always very courteous, friendly and provides a detailed explanation of any additional service needs found during inspection.We find the professionalism of the entire team makes it well worth the drive from Omaha to Lincoln for servicing our Mercedes.

Im updating a 1 star review. I would like to say that the Husker Auto Group went above and beyond in fixing an issue we had with a vehicle purchase. Be sure to read all documents you are signing so that you, the salesman, and finance people are all on the same page and there isnt any miscommunication. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a great vehicle at a fair price!

I will never recommend the used car lot. Cameron Ludlow was my sales person and he acted like he wanted to take care of you but once the sale was complete, he did not follow up on what he said he was going to do. He was supposed to order the spare key fob and an owners manual. After dealing with him for over 2 months, I went and talked with the new car manager and told him about my experience. It turns out that Cameron never ordered the items he was supposed to and appears that he was hoping I would just give up. I told Larry that I would never recommend the used car lot but I had no problems with the new car sales because they always fulfilled on their promises

This is by far the best place to purchase OEM parts at a discount. I live in Massachusetts and no dealers in my area can match the prices of Husker Auto Groups parts center. I exclusively conduct my business when in need of parts as this dealer has extremely friendly staff and prices that dont break the bank.

Clean and professional. Two gentlemen helped us. The first one was new and a rookie. The second one was very kind, nice, helpful and informative. but he still snuck in items we specified we did not want. He spent 30 mins trying to sell us on services we did not need and at the end still snuck it in. The auto group does use high pressure sales tactics which is so 2000s. Do not go here if you are a first time buyer. If you do bring someone along that can deal with it. Very disappointing to say the least. Update: Never got a call back.

Typical car buying experience which I am not a fan of. Every decision was shuffled to a manager or a different department. Would prefer not to do business that way, but had a car that died and had to move now and they had a vehicle we needed. Like most dealers, tried to push the warranty through.

We had a very pleasant experience buying a certified preowned Mercedes. John Hayek helped us with the decision making process and we took quite some time. John patiently showed us multiple vehicles, explained the different options in great detail, and joined for a guided test drive. Hector handled the financial side. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry from Husker BMW on September 22nd. The camry started having issues and the manager, Ron, worked with me to pinpoint the issue. After taking the car to a couple of local shops it turned out that the car would cost at least $5,000 to repair, due to a manufacturer defect that was no longer covered. I brought the car back on November 11th and explained the issue to Ron. He was very kind and said he wanted to help me out and put me in another vehicle. I was able to select another car at similar cost and do an even trade on the vehicles or had the option of paying the difference for something in a different price range. I worked with Andrew and Ron to trade the Camry for a 2015 VW Passat. Both Andrew and his manager, Ron, have called to make sure Im happy with the trade and that Im not having any issues. I would highly recommend them. I was extremely stressed trying to figured out how Id be able to pay for the repairs on the Camry and they took all my stress and worry away.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from here. I decided to trust what I was told, that the vehicle had finished its inspection and there were no known issues. Tre was who helped me and was very dishonest. The vehicle ended up having several issues and after speaking with a manager about this, they didnt seem to care.

We had an appointment and were met at the entrance by an employee who assisted us in the signing in process and escorted me to the waiting area where there are light refreshments, soft drinks and coffee. No charge. After the work was completed the same employee came and escorted us out to the departure desk. Our vehicle was driven up, washed and shiny and cleaned on the inside. He talked to my husband and I about what we were looking for and we were test driving a 2018 CT6 within 10 minutes. Learned my lesson after purchasing a used Mercedes from this dealership not too long ago. Salesman and all ads (Autotrader, etc) stated CarFax report was clear, no wrecks. Found out, after purchase, that the car was purchased from an auction with SubFrame damage. Again, lesson learned!! Check the CarFax report yourself and don’t trust anything a salesman tells you, without doing your own research first.

This is the second car that I have purchased from Husker Auto because Kevin Mitchell was fantastic the first time and he did not disappoint the second time either. He went out of his way to make sure that I got what I asked for. However, that Riley was despicable. He was friendly when he was trying to get me to buy an extended warranty and other extras, but when I came in to make the cash down payment later, no more smiles, no friendliness; not even a hello. He just looked at me as I was completing the transaction with the finance office. Whatever.Now, the clincher is that there was a discrepancy in the pay off amount for the the first car I bought and traded in. It was a matter of $107 and the paperwork was already signed. Riley started blowing up my moms phone when she had just gotten out of the hospital (the loan was in her name). I called him and asked him why he was bothering her. I told him that she had just had a mass removed from her colon and that she was recovering from surgery. He told me that the bank was wrong and that I owed an extra $107 on the payoff. I told him that I didnt owe him anything and that the contract was signed and that they had made thousands off of my car purchase and to leave my sick mother alone. He said that it was fine and that he would just turn her into collections. We consulted an attorney friend of ours and it turns out old Riley was bluffing. If he is still working there when any of us need another car, we will go elsewhere.

I was driving a new (to me) Mercedes AMG GLC63 from Maryland to Utah. At a gas station in Lincoln, NE I managed to break the rear wiper while cleaning the rear window. With winter storms in my path I decided that I needed to get it fixed before continuing. Fortunately, Husker Mercedes was only 4 miles away. As I pulled up to the the service department I was greeted by Amanda. She quickly determined that the clip on the wiper had separated and took the wiper to a technician to see if it was repairable. She returned shortly with the reassembled wiper arm and installed it for me. I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. And no charge! The next morning I drove through a blizzard in Wyoming, and I was very glad I had stopped at Husker.

Great service, showed up as they were closing and they took care of me. So grateful was headed on the highway. I would recommend there services to anyone that comes my direction, and have. Thanks Husker Auto Group.

Fiance and I bought a car there in fall of 2010, an 09 with 40000 miles. We went in because we found a great internet price. The Salesman was nice. We also had a trade. It was on a Tuesday night and we were the only ones there buying a car. Since we were they only ones there the sales manager took over the negotiations. The sales manager was rude and testy, he didnt want to talk with us about any of the concerns we had with the car. They gave us a fair trade price for our trade. When we settled on everything he then sprang the doc fee on us, we felt he should have been upfront about this. The deal was still pretty good so we went with everything. With in 3 days driving off the lot the engine light came on and the car started running bad. They fixed for us at no cost but they had it for a day and a half just to change a spark plug. So in the end Price good, Customer Service questionable, but so frustrating I doubt wed do business there again.

I had a bad experience at first with my car having some damage and they paid for the work to be fixed and put me in a brand new truck until my car is fixed. Cant express enough how happy and pleasant my recent experience was with him. If you buy a car from here they will take care of you if youre reasonable and talk to the right people. Very happy about how things are ending.

Not at all amused with this place. If I could give zero stars I would. Called them on Thursday to check on a vehicle for my brother who lives in eastern Iowa. Didnt leave my name or number because I didnt want the normal dealer B.S. of blowing my phone up since I wasnt the one buying anything. Called again Saturday morning and vehicle was still there. Cool. Drive the hour from my house to Lincoln to check it out. As soon as I pull on the lot it was like Relese the jackals! Another victim dares set foot in our territory! When I finally get through to them that Im looking for a particular truck Im told it was sold the Thursday before but we have all kinds of trucks for you to look at. Needless to say Im a bit peeved for having had my time wasted. Top it all off the sales lady I talked to Thursday night that I didnt give my name or number to had the gall to pull my number off called id and call me Monday asking if I was still interested in the vehicle that I wasted my time to see on Saturday and one of her cohorts sold two days prior! Will not set foot in one of their dealerships again.

Not a huge fan. Very typical car dealership with all the games that entails. But I did manage to buy a vehicle from them after three days of relatively unpleasant haggling. But, have used their service department and they successfully repaired the vehicle on time as promised.

My experience with Husker Auto Group is only with Lincoln Mercedes. Husker Auto Group includes Mercedes, BMW, and possibly Volvo, but Im not sure about Volvo. Ive had excellent experience with the service department with charges for parts and labor being reasonable for things like oil changes and free installation of wiper blades and the same estimate for an upcoming job I need to have done as my regular mechanics estimate is. Similarly, the parts departments got me a replacement for my spare tire at the same price as my regular mechanic quoted but got it faster. So I would have rated Husker Auto Group five stars if I hadnt had problems on several occasions just getting through to someone in service and then, after leaving a voicemail, on two occasions, my call not being returned. I have the impression that managent there is trying to get by on too small a staff and crew. In the case of my purchase of the new spare tire, it took several days just to have the tire mounted on the rim, and I was told that they only had one technician working there for several days. Theres always just one person working in parts and one in service, so as I said, theyre trying to get by on a skeleton crew which can lead to a wait that shouldnt be necessary. Its really too bad, because otherwise theyve got a great thing going there.

DO NO BUY A CAR HERE! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a car. I dealt with Andrew Schwan on a used car for over a week emailing back and forth with Andrew and his manager. We had agreed on a car and a the price for the car. The day before we were going to buy the car they had informed me the car had got hail damage the day before. They had already taking a down payment on the car and ran my credit for the loan. At this point I was not going to buy a car that had hail damage that was not disclosed to me before hand. Ryan Mathis the GM was unwilling to work with me on taking care of the hail damage that was done to the vehicle a day ago. He told me it wasnt worth his time to help me get the car and the deal was off. They keep the down payment and hit my credit score 6 times for the loan Which can not be undone. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever had in my life, I would not buy a car from such rotten people. They do not care about you all they want is the money! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

I took my car here for collision repair and they did a great job. You could never tell I had damage to my car and their detailing crew did a great job too. Collision repair staff is really nice, their receptionist Amber was really personable and helpful too. Only thing that could be a bit better is communication if your car isnt done on the day that they expect to have it done; if thats the case dont be afraid to call in and ask. Proactivity in that area would be stellar, but they were very easy to get ahold of for an update too.

I just bought my new pickup through Huskey Auto about a week ago. I can easily say that this was the best personal service and experience with a dealership that I have ever had. I highly recommend these guys. I personally worked with Travis and Chris and these two gentlemen made sure I got want I wanted and didnt try to hastle me like a salesman can be know to do. After seeing a few great internet prices on used cars, I made my way over to Husker Auto BMW/Mercedes Benz of Lincoln to check them out. I was actually dreading the car buying experience as I had been looking the past few months in Omaha and was turned off by all of the pushy, high pressured sales people I had encountered at various dealerships. My experience here was completely different. I was greeted by Eset who is a great sales person and a very down to earth kind of guy in general. His priority was to help me find a car that I was going to be happy with and we started with the cars I had come to see. What I noticed to be particularly helpful was the test drive that we took. He told me he wanted me to experience driving these vehicles at different speeds/different types of roadway curves, etc. Since I was unfamiliar with the area, I really appreciated that and I was able to get a very good feel for the vehicles I was test driving. One of the vehicles clearly stood out for me as the one I wanted to purchase. At no time during my visit did I feel pressured to purchase a car or feel that I was being led towards cars I could not afford. I felt very respected as a buyer and it was an enjoyable day with lots of laughs along the way which is unusual experience when buying a car. As far as my financing, I worked with Rog who did a great job of checking around in order to beat the loan rate that I had come in with from another bank, which I didnt think would be possible because it was already pretty low. I walked out the owner of a used car that I am thrilled with and I would highly recommend this dealership to others.
