I had a pretty significant mixup in my cost of service/authorized services compared to what I was quoted. After bringing it up to the manager, we sat down and walked through everything and I had a very favorable outcome after he recognized a mistake. I appreciated his time to sit down with me and make sure my needs were met when they could have just dismissed me. Though it was frustrating at first, they showed integrity by righting the wrong and making sure I was valued as a customer. I’ll be back!
I’m not impressed by the service I’ve received during my most recent visit. I took my vehicle in to have a few things looked at — all concerns were addressed (but not fixed) that day.A part I needed to be replaced (gear shift module) was on back order and I was informed that there “is no ETA for the part until COVID is over”. I was not really bothered by this, except for the fact they had no solution for me other than wait an indefinite amount of time. — $140There was a clicking noise coming from my wheel well. They “verified the noise” and simply rotated the tires and reported the noise to be gone — not the repair I expect from a technician — $70 to rotate 2 wheels. After driving, I can still hear the clicking sound coming from the other side….I reported a harsh shift and they recommended a $140 update, but they did not inform me that they couldn’t verify the concern - I thought my friendly dealership would advise me as to whether or not they thought it was necessary if they didn’t notice a concern. After driving, I notice no difference. What bothered me the most was the fact that my service advisor was gone the following two days after I took my car in and there seemed to be no hand-off communication about my vehicle. Had I not called 2/3 times, I’m not sure I wouldnt have gotten my car back until the service advisor was back, which I had no idea when that would be.When I called the first time (the following day) to see if I could pick up my car, I was told that my center console was still taken apart because they were waiting on…wait for it…. The back ordered part that they had no ETA for….. why they did that, I’m not sure. The update didn’t get done until yet the next day. So, I waited 36 hours to have 2 wheels rotated and a small module update. I paid $390 and I feel like I got practically no results other than I know I need my gear shift module replaced — which will cost me $300 more.I have to say that the customer service is excellent, the facilities are great, and I trust the technicians that work here, and so it’s difficult to write a less than positive review, but I don’t feel like I was truly taken care of for what I paid for.
Ryan and his staff was awesome to deal with. Bought three sets of tires from them and had to come back for a road hazard replacement. Quick service with zero hassle! I drive from Omaha for this type of service!!
Friendly service. Touch point sanitation. Its a little crazy with the construction. Instructions for the quick lane werent exactly clear, however they did service us based on first come first serve. If you are here for quick lane lube, line up by the white trailer by the signs for service check in and service parking and drive up facing the building.
Where else can you go and get your oil changed, fluids checked, tires rotated and you get a free car wash? Nowhere!!! Plus they have a $10 coupon online and they are nice and quick. Why do you think they are called Quick Lane. 🙂
Ryan and Garrett are top-notch employees
The front guys are rude and seem not interested in helping out thier customers. I have been a longtime Quick Lane customer in New Mexico and always liked to take my car there. Definitely will not come back to this place.
My daughter asked me to drop her car off for an overdue oil change on her Camry. I had never been to this location, but she has used it for tires and oil changes in the past. I didnt call ahead as I said I had time to just use the no appointment needed offer as stated on their website. I was greeted by a shuttle driver around 9am (dont know his name) who as I entered the service area was very friendly. The service advisor (Elmer) greeted me with a smile and was very helpful with scheduling. In the end the oil change and an obviously needed front brake job was quickly performed and price-wise was very reasonable. I was so impressed with the staff, prompt service and the unexpected low cost. Great job to all involved and thank you!
Every once in awhile you come across a guy who will go above and beyond the call of duty for you. Torin and Kyle were those guys today. I brought in two 9 inch riding mower tires that needed to be swapped out for new tires. They werent sure they could do it, and I watched these two guys steer wrestle the old tires off in the new ones on for the better part of half an hour. Best money I spent this month. Thank you, guys. You saved my entire Saturday.
Great service and staff. Garrett was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions!!
This place is a total scam. They fixed my car and i drove like two blocks away from there shop and there and my wheel baring just broke and fell. They saif it was out of there control and they cant do anything about it.
Always great service, its why we keep coming back!
Said it was going to be a 2 hour wait on a Saturday. Even though they were short shuttle drivers, they managed to drop me off at wal-mart and pick up an hour later, when my car was done with the oil change. They even helped me with loading and unloading the vehicles. If I had extra cash, I would have tipped them. Impressed that they went the extra mile!!!!
I was driving to the east coast and needed a quick oil change and tire rotation. A couple other places were booked or closed but these guys got me in immediately. The staff was nice and friendly. Waiting room was nice and clean. WiFi, TV and free coffeeThe service only took an hour and cost $65. Much cheaper than I expected
Horrible experience, I will never be back. I brought my 2014 Ford Escape here in November of 2018 after the heat stopped working. After looking at my car, they called and told me there were air bubbles in the coolant system and they just needed to bleed them out. Seems like a fairly easy and straightforward fix. The next day I received another call (from an employee named Garrett who is extremely rude) saying they were able to bleed the air out, but my car was losing coolant was was due to either had a bad head gasket or a cracked cylinder. So my options were to replace the head gasket ($3000) or have a new engine put in ($6700). I told them I did not want to do either, and that I would monitor the coolant level and have someone else look at the vehicle. Well, 13 months later my car has not leaked an ounce of coolant and I have had no issues. This place flat out lied to me and tried to charge me thousands of dollars for something that wasnt even broken. Id be very careful about having work done here and strongly recommend getting a second opinion before allowing them to work on your vehicle.
Arrived shop was full no room to add anything to their day and these guys made an exception to get me in knowing I would be held over and not able to return home to my family until Monday. Everyone was super nice. Stella staff. 10 stars for these would be more accurate!
Great service! Very friendly
Bad said needed apointment for oil change first time. I heard of that.
Fantastic quick service!!!! Entrance location I was asked to provide ...off of Yankee Hill Road in between 27th and 40th street you will see the auto dealerships and are at 32nd street. Impossible to miss as its all residential on one side and a detail shop and gas station the entrance vay is located and attached to Anderson Mazda .They have a shuttle service and when it comes to inspecting a vehicle while havi g your oil changed or tire rotation you will get a professional diagnosis of you have a cracked head or anythi g that needs attention not for the purpose of up selling you but for the purpose of preservation of your vehicle. Complimentary gourmet coffees and teas, TV and magazines and comfortable couches or stools and an area to use your laptop if you choose to wait. Honestly Grahm tire at 2 locations (sorry but must be very lazy employees to turn down a full service on a fleet account vehicle) didnt have time to do a tire rotation with a full oil change etc... The vehicle was brought here and diagnosed and done in an hour and half.
Very put off by the advertisements for no appointments needed and the wait times for services and lack of customer service. If you call to inquire on wait times you get a vague answer about who may or may not show up before you make it in for first come first serve. It makes it very difficult to plan or allow time especially when you dont have a family member to be able to drop you off for longer wait times. I shouldnt have to take time off of work for routine maintenance especially when a maintenance package is purchased when you buy your vehicle.
Friendly Staff. Very honest and straight forward with fixes. I get all my car work done here.
So there I was, putting air in my tires, when the sprinklers turned on and soaked me. Lol Thanks guys. I appreciated the bath. Unfortunately I had to sit through it because my tire wasnt filled yet. Lol I did not walk through the sprinklers to hang the hose back up...so yeah you would have found it on the ground this morning. 😊
I had a flat tire right before my honeymoon and no one else could fit me in. They found time to squeeze me in, found a nail, and comped the tire repair. They were such a blessing, and I cant explain how awesome their customer service was!!
They forgot to do all the services
A little on the pricey side, but it is worth it! Nice and patient staff that isnt pushy about getting things done.
Great experience!
Quick, wonderful customer service, always happy. I have been their customer for 5 years.
Been waiting a week for them to call me back about a pair of tires I need!!
Always good service at a fair price
It is ok
