I had the first time of the day for and oil change and all the fluids were checked.I had another appointment at 9 am the same morning. I told this to the individual who set up my appointment. I told the person I would just wait out in their lounge. True to their word they had my service work done in about 40 minutes and I was off to my next appointment and on time. Everyone was courteous and professional!

Not professional at all.Called in to get mirror fixed/replaced. Person on phone seemed to not care at all, I had to drive the conversation.Said mirror would come in in a few days, then they would paint it.After 14 days of not hearing anything, person on phone stated Oh yes that part came in...Said they were busy that week, which is fine, so we scheduled the next week.Dropped the car off early in the morning, get a call around 3 hours later stating that the part hadnt been painted yet. Said they might need to keep the vehicle over night.Ended getting it done that day, but that is the only pleasant part of the experience that we had.

Great car buying experience for us! We arrived at 08:10 AM on a Saturday morning. We left by 11 with a date to pick up our 2018 Subaru Forester after it was detailed and certified.Eric, Tim, Jake and Bobby were very helpful. Pick up was delayed but they made that right as well. I was impressed from the beginning when I first called to see if any 2021 silverado 2500s were in stock, I spoke with Danice who let me know none were available currently, but if I didnt mind waiting for a moment she would check the database to see if any more were on there way. It turns out one truck was still being built and it was exactly what we wanted down to the color. She emailed me the truck specs and all I had to do was sign and put down $500 deposit to secure the truck. We are located 4 hours away from the dealership and she made everything very simple and was not once pushy. Being a female myself, it was very refreshing to not have to speak to a man and listen to him man-splain vehicle details to me. Anyways, everything from the deposit, to the estimated trade value, to the financing was easy. By far the best car purchase experience Ive ever had. I will be returning to work with Danice in the future.

Oil changed. After, my check engine light, brake assist, and other lights lit up on my dash. Went back to have them fix it. They knew about this issue. Why then dont they check that before releasing the vehicle? Wasted tons of gas trying to get this figured out. Had to drive to fremont with no cruise control (stopped working on my way there) then drove to omaha to get it checked out, since my whole dash was lit up and that was closer than driving back to lincoln. Went to a certified chevy mechanic. They said theres no reason why that should happen after an oil change.

Ive not had as good as a service experience as I recently had at DuTeaus Service Department. I had to have my 2017 Duramax DEF system worked on with several parts replaced. Service advisor Dave Soriente made my experience very, very good through his professional and caring attitude during the difficult time I was having with my truck. I cant thank Dave and his team enough. Well done in every regard!! Ill be back and recommend DuTeaus to anyone.

Well... I had a screw in my tire and I was not near the dealership so I had another tire service look at it, they said they could not fix. I put on my spare and the next day went to Duteau Chevrolet. Talked with one of the service technicians and asked me to bring it back in the morning (it was a little late in the day). The next day brought my truck in and in a couple of hours he called me and said it was fixed. So in short that was another great experience at one of your dealership!! 👍Thank you!

Stay away from this place if you dont want to be scammed! Just bought a car three days ago and last night the check engine light came on. They reset it so when I was looking at the car there was no check engine light on. I just spent 6500 on a car that I now have to take to my mechanic.

The service on our Tahoe was completed on time, and David, the service manager, was courteous and friendly. I was met immediately in the aisle when I arrived. When the service was completed, David explained what all had been done. I appreciate the way Duteau operates its service department.
The gentleman who helped me was very polite and provided me with added information I asked him for while I was there. It went very quickly so I had a very short wait time. I like the friendly secretary who I visited with while in the waiting area and the kind lady where I paid my bill. The whole area is very clean. Everything was to be praised.
I brought in my Equinox for an oil change and to see if they could hear a strange sound in my engine. It was sort of heard but Ill be bringing it back for further checking out what it could be. My actual oil change was much quicker than expected. Was told it could take about 45 minutes. Felt more like 20 to 30.

Tried calling for a tire. I have a MPP club membership that works with dealers for repairs. Service person I talked to said to call the dealership I originally got the car from cause they don’t always work with other dealerships, I explained how I have already used this membership with other dealerships. Guy was very rude stating I would need to leave it there for a few days cause there is a process where they have to have the vehicle and take pictures send it to the warranty place and takes awhile. Told the guy that I have used it already and that they just have to call and submit it and can be done in the same day. Horrible service STAY AWAY.

I purchased by vehicle at a different dealership approximately 1 year prior. With 9k on the vehicle it stalled out, made a grinding noise, and was leaking fluids.I called our dealership for assistance and was basically told to call somewhere else for help.I thankfully called Duteau and explained the issue. I spoke with James in service- he listened to my concerns and understood we were on the side of the highway, with a vehicle we couldn’t drive. He first asked if we were safe, and then explained the GM factory warranty to me. He helped me arrange for a tow, and was up front and honest with me on the timeline he expected for our vehicle. We discussed no loaners available at that time but that when one became available they would let me know.Once my vehicle arrived at Duteau he called me to confirm it arrived, and apologized for not having a full size SUV available for me to drive but he did have a smaller one he could get for us. Duteau really went above and beyond to help (after having a not so positive interaction with the dealership we purchased the vehicle from).Excellent customer service, honesty, and communication.
Ron Gleason assisted us in getting me a new truck last month as well as my wife a new vehicle back in June of this year. His service is unmatched...when we have a question or issue he gets it taken care. During our negotiations he was open and honest with us. Not once did we feel like he was trying to sell us just to make a sale for him. We wont go anywhere else or use anyone else besides Ron.

Friendly and helpful people and good service. Only thing that bothers me is that they do nothing but address the complaint items. I have had a number of vehicles over the years that I purchased from dealerships and had serviced by them. It is “normal” for these other dealers to return the vehicle washed and in some instances vacuumed, and minor service items like washer fluid topped off. This may seem nit-pickey, but to me customer satisfaction can be enhanced greatly by this type of service and should have minor cost impact on the dealer. A quick in and out fix is one thing - all day or multi-day visits are another.

We took one of our fleet vehicles to the dealership for a recall and a quote on a new windshield wiper pump. When dropping our vehicle off the dealership talked our field worker into agreeing to an inspection which is not something that is authorized in the field. typical inspections are between $50 and $100 every other place we have gone in Lincoln NE. We were invoiced over $250.00 for an inspection and quote on the pump change out which seems extremely excessive. On top of that we took our vehicle to another mechanic to take a look at the pump and was quoted 1/3 the price for the same work and parts for the pump. The other mechanic also disagreed with the assessment of the AC that was given by Duteau as well as the rest of the inspection items listed on our 4 year old vehicle with 60,000 miles on it. Our impression in all of this is that Duteau is not very transparent in their invoicing, inaccurate when it comes to inspection results and overpriced with regard to repair work.
I didnt spend as much time at the dealership as my vehicle, but everyone we encountered was friendly, and the maintenance on the vehicle was clearly delineated.

My 14 chevy camaro ss is the first Chevy Ive ever got. And absolutely will be the last one as soon I fix it. The worst car Ive ever have, only 35k miles and already in stopped on highway because of rack and pinion, wheel steering electric power. Dealer asked about 7 hundred to fix it. And just for check it 150.They know how to steal our money. 👎👎👎👎

Typical dealership lots of talk and promise no service.As a Chevy owner you may interested you know that when your vehicle’s Engine Control Module (ecm) the computer that runs the car. Goes bad Chevy doesn’t manufacture or rebuild that module. So your car is now a parts car at a salvage yard. Buy Ford.
I made an appointment for 3pm for oil change and tire rotation, I arrived at 2:45pm they got me right in and were done in 15min. I was so shocked it was so fast I asked the service guy if they forgot to rotate the tires he said no we are slow so there were 4 guys working on it. Great first time service experience.
My car was on a recall and the work was completed on time.
The service department and their managers really surprised me with their integrity. Ive been to many mechanics where they do an ok job or did a make a quick buck job. With this place, they were open and honest about any issues I had and put all their effort to make things right. All my mechanic needs will be from here now on; finding an honest mechanic and crew is a rare thing.
