One particular representative almost always get the wrong part leaving us to make a trip back to exchange it. Always good to take the part you need to replace to ensure the new one is correct.

I love coming here when I need to get parts or car supplies. The staff is always courteous and helpful and the stock is well organized. I would recommend this location to anyone needing to shop for their vehicles.

My preferred auto parts store. I drove past OReillys and auto zone to shop here. I needed bulbs for taillights on my truck. Magid (Magic) is always nice to deal with and knows what hes doing.

If I could give them nothing I would for treating customers so poorly and disrespectful. I bought an item from them and told them if I didn’t need it, can I return it? They said as long as it’s not put on the car you can. Two days later I came in to return the item, the manager that was there said that he will return it even though his employee told me it’s return able. He called the police because I demanded that he return the item. People, if you wanna buy car parts go to Auto Zone next door. And if you shop here don’t believe what the employees say to you they’re liars.

They mostly help you out, not sure why they need to know if car has A/C when all I want is a lug nut.....

When calling to check for a battery, I was treated poorly, I was receiving alot of sarcasm. I then go in to the 31st Cornhusker location in Lincoln, Nebraska to order a battery and pay for it. I was told it would for sure be there the next day, by 3 different employees. I go in the next day, and of course it wasnt there. No big deal, I called the next day to check and was called a sir on the phone, when I kindly corrected and said maam, the employee stated yeah, whatever its here. I go in to get it Installed, and its an older man, possibly Greg. He was rude and made weird comments the whole time. I took out my old battery, then he starts installing the new one. He installed one side, then appeared to have gotten lazy or tired and didnt want to finish with the same tools as he used for the first side. He just tried hammering it on, which it appeared to me to not have a very good connection, and I could still turn the terminals over the battery post with my hands. I hope he didnt damaged my brand new battery with the hammering. He tells me to try it, I did and it wouldnt start. Im assuming its the connection as I tell him that, he states its fine. I keep trying, doesnt start due to the connection, and I didnt have my tools with me. He tried to open my door without permission and get out my old battery, which was still mine. I told him Im trying to figure out my car starting situation, not a $14 core charge. I asked for a jump on their jump starter, since he wouldnt tighten my connections. He rudely stated, if its charged, it usually isnt. Well here is a tip, you should probably keep it charged, since youre an auto shop and deal with batteries daily. He finally brought it out, and hooked it up, only let me try twice with no luck and said, ok, I got to get back in here. They had no other customers and 4-5 other employees already slumped over ther counter inside. He left me to figure it out myself, which I did an hour later, so he could go inside and lean against a counter. Lazy and unprofessional. I went in after I got it started, due to the fact he took my receipt inside accidentally and was too busy to bring it back out to me, and yeah, they had no other customers for that whole hour I was outside in their parking lot. I will not be back anytime soon. All of the employees were very unprofessional. They were even eating on the counter, when I was ordering my battery the first day I went in.

Always got the best prices and like many others if you can find it cheaper somewhere where else they will match it. Always helpful in person and over the phone. Usually knowledgeable and dont treat you like a moron just for asking a question. They are my favorite auto parts store!

In my opinion the most knowlegable out of all the chains, they care many think the competition does not. Most of the times i have to go to advanced auto parts to get codes read. Not sure why but they probably have better scanners. I recommend stoping in to your local advanced auto parts and they are very knowledgeable! So stop in ask some questions and your vehicle will be running better then ever and looking sleek.

My daughter needed a battery. There is a sign stating free installation is available. The employee asked her questions that she could not answer. She offered to go out and let him look. It must have been too cold for him because he flat refused. He got angry because she did not know the answers and told her he could not help her. She will uber before she spends any money there.

Totally unprofessional. Two employees in front, one just cleaning there phone. Had to announce myself to get someone to come to front. I was only one in store! Sold me wrong part and could care less. Didnt even suggest a replacement. Bad bad customer service.

Havent been to many auto stores, but advance seems pretty pricey. Ive received more Im not sure let me check on that, there at advance than other places. They are qood at making sure that orders are done correctly and delivered quickly though.

Always have my order ready, and have a more knowledgeable staff than the average store. Staff is always friendly polite and as fast as they can go given the customer load.

Has close to the same products as the other parts stores.. Customer service was ok but couldve been better at check-out.. I had to ask if the register was open and others were waiting as well.

Online ordering is easy and they will help you install a battery if purchased there. Best battery prices w/online coupons and it isnt even close.

Extremely helpful service. My check engine light came on while driving across the country. Stopped here, was provided a free OBD scan and discount for nearby local garage to resolve the issue with my vehicle.

Guys running this store yanked my chain for 3) minutes about an online order not being able to pick up when apperantly they just didnt know how to work the system. Never coming back here.

Staff was ver friendly and helpful. Had new wiper blades put on and back on the road in less than 15 minutes.
