I was in an accident as I was passing through a small town nearby Lincoln, NE on I-80 on a road trip with my family. I cannot express how kind and helpful Morrow was for us. They arranged a car (one of their own personal SUVs) large enough for my whole family and all our luggage to come get us. They also sent a tow service to get our car.The tow truck driver helped me repair the sliding door of our van, which was knocked off its track and stuck ajar. This allowed us to continue to our destination without needing immediate service. I had to call Morrow and tell them we no longer needed their services, but it was thanks to them that we were able to get back on the road. Their customer support was amazing. This is the least I could do to return the favor.

Brought my vehicle in for repairs after an accident. The staff gave a very accurate quote in a timely manner, scheduled me for the earliest available time, and completed the repairs in exactly the timeframe that they had estimated. I received the car clean on the inside and outside with all repairs done perfectly. They even found other damage that they fixed while they were repairing the other items. Everything was handled very professionally and quickly.I highly recommend this shop for vehicle repairs.

Took our car in after a fender bender in the parking lot. They were great! Tried to find the most affordable route instead of just replacing the fender regardless. We ended up having to replace he fender in the end but knowing that they had my best interest in mind says a lot about the way they do business. Hope we dont need to much auto body work in the future but if we do this is where we will go.

Took my car in for a bumper fix, and pointed out the tailpipe was damaged as well. They scheduled me for two weeks out. I brought it in with an estimated repair time of one week. Two days later they called saying it was finished. I brought it home and realized it was making strange noises, so my grandfather took it to our local mechanic and he noticed the entire undercarriage of the car had shifted forward by 1/2 an inch and because of such, Morrow wasnt even able to fasten the bumper. He took it in to show them the locations it was still broken, and someone took notes. When I called to schedule to bring the car back in, the notes couldnt be found because the person was on vacation. Ultimately, they figured it out and fixed it, but it wouldve been nice if they hadnt rushed. Additional positives? They gave me a loaner so I didnt have to pay for another rental and dealt directly with the insurance company.

Had a collision with a deer while traveling through the state. Morrow Collision was extremely helpful through the entire process and did fantastic work on my vehicle. They also came in on Saturday when they are usually closed so that I could pick up my vehicle as that was the only time I was able to return. Very friendly and great service. Highly recommend.

I had an insurance claim and went to Morrow Collision because they are a select service provider for my insurance company. When I took my car in, I was greeted immediately and treated with courtesy and respect. The staff was very helpful and walked me through the damage and what would need to be done. They handled all the paperwork and communicated with my insurance company. When they began the work, they sent me updates of the progress. Dan called and told me my car was finished, but I told him I couldnt pick it up before they closed. Dan said he would wait, and I was able to get my car the same day. When I saw it I was very happy. The work is top notch! They polished my car and gave it a showroom shine. And to top it off, they detailed the inside as well. I couldnt be happier with the service I received at Morrow Collision. When all staffers greet you and walk you through the process, it says a lot about the team. Thanks again!!!

Tom Morrow and his team at Morrow Collision Center went above and beyond the call of duty in the work they did on my mother-in-laws car. They not only took care of her repair issue with excellent quality - but had the foresight to realize that my mother-in-law wouldnt be able to easily climb into a truck for the ride they were giving her home when she dropped off her car. They realized she would be better off served by a regular car. This may sound like a small thing to you, but I figure if someone is that aware then their going to have a similar focus on making sure the repair is done right. I was given 2 different body shop options by insurance......when I took it to Morrow, they immediately knew that I needed to have my rally stripes re-wrapped after painting, and they knew the people where I had it done initially. That settled it for me! They also did a great job of follow up with a window tint shop (with whom they also do business with.) Excellent work and follow-up, A++

The guys at Morrow Collision did a great job prepping, painting and installing a number of aftermarket body parts on my 02 Acura. The quality of the work was rewarded when my car was featured in an International Automotive Publication. I definitely recommend everyone at Morrow Collision Center!

Morrow Collision Center did an excellent job repairing the damage to the front end of our pick up. The repair included straightening the damaged hood and painting the entire front end of the pickup. The paint work was flawless, and matches the rest of the pickups paint perfectly. They also had to repair the frame cross-member that secures the radiator, condenser coil, and latching mechanism. The front bumper and grillwork had to be replaced, as did the air conditioner condenser coil. The fit of all the replacement parts is like factory new, and the mechanical repairs are trouble free. The Morrow folks also did an excellent job of coordinating with our insurance company to ensure that all of the work would be covered under our policy. We’re very pleased with the quality of their work.

Great Experience!I hit a Raccoon which did a lot of damage to the Front of my Optima... i had it checked out by a different place first, but my insurance agency recommended Morrow. So i had them check it out. First they figured out that my car was young enough to get original parts (the other body shop didnt see that), and so the estimate was a little higher, but only due to the original parts.It took them a little over 4 days to get everything done, but when i picked it up it looked like nothing ever happened.Over the weekend i noticed a few new scratches, which turned out to not be from them (i know from the pictures we took before and after). I also noticed a sound from the engine in special circumstances.I called them on Monday, and then stopped by the same day. A quick look and they knew what the sound was and fixed it. They also offered to take care of the scratches right away. Overall i was there for maybe 20 mins to fix those 3 things, and had no issues with them at all.Would totally recommend it!
