Once my stuff is paid off I will never ever return to Ace rent to own. I verified how much I needed to pay in the beginning only to receive harassing calls saying I still owed $$. Ok fine you want double payments so I did double payments. Secondly I have made to sure to pay every time it comes due. Today however I had to do some errands and didn’t get to make my payment immediately upon awakening and they felt the need to give a “courtesy” call as they call them to give a reminder! Are you serious right now?

Well let me say something about ur employees; so we walked in. Was greeted. Hello. We said just looking we were browsing, Looking at different couch, loveseat. End tables. An they asked to do an App. So we did. All of a sudden this employee says. All get this pressed. An get it out to you. COUCH AN LOVE SEATS AN A RUG AN END TABLES. WOW WHAT. NO I SAID. I TOLD THE GENTLEMAN. I WAS JUST LOOKING. ACE HAS A BUNCH OF PUSHY SALESMAN, CLOWNS WITH RED NOSES. HE CONTINUED TO ASK WHEN WETE COMING BACK. I SAID NEVER. YOU TWO SALESMAN ARE FRICKEN CLOWNS. NEVER GO TO ACE AGAIN. TOOOOOO PUSHY. RICH WOOD ABC ROOFING SUPPLY

Me being someone who has worked for ace rent to and as a customer i have no complaints if you pay your bill when it is due 😉 there should be no problem ace rent to own is a great place to get thing that some just cant go out and pay out of pocket. We make friends

Terrible place. Go here if you want to get ripped off. They dont allow people to buy out right. If you want to pay 1000$ more for everything than its actually worth, go here. They dont take brandsource credit at this place. I was treated like some worthless person with no money. Dont shop with ace rent to own. No matter the price, go to menards for your appliance and go to 7day furniture for your furniture. Dont shop with these low life individuals. They wont tell you how much your getting screwed.

Needed a couple of things lawnmower specifically and they were able to help us out really great they’ve been really nice and understanding. You can work it out so you can pay by the month if you want that’s been very helpful.

If you buy from here before doing the math YOUR GETTING SERIOUSLY RIPPED OFF! Save your money people for what you want instead of making payments or just buy it new else where or online youll save a lot of MONEY.. You cant be that desperate to buy from places like this...

I was late on a payment and they harrassed my 87 year old grandfather and my mother every day I was late and tried to get them to pay it for me which I think should be illegal. They even lied to my grandfather saying the manager was offering me a job but really they just wanted to get me on the phone. If I could give no stars I would.

Nice atmosphere friendly people although there is one person there that is a little paranoid. Other than that the deals are reasonable although you are renting Furniture, so Cash and Carry is the way for me to go in most cases.

Ive lived in Lincoln alp my life. Born and raised. I remember a story about these dolls getting so mad at a customer that they actually taped their house. Fast forward a few years and my mom freshness a few things from them. Most of which she had to return because it was either not what she chose at the store or it was a very used item. Nicks in the wood. Scratches and scuffs in the appliances. Crazy forward Sebago more to me renting from them. I found a can and carry for 100. I put down 50, kooks than enough arms was going to pay the remainder come 2 weeks. I missed it by 1 day and they start calling. While Im arty whirl and cant answer. I then get a message from one of my contacts, then my mom telex me they called her. Ok, no problem. I call them let them know whats up and go in go make my lady payment. Not. I break out with 60 thinking thats gonna be it. Lies. Plus the guy that called me said that I hear to soak to him because he was my account manager. Dude, wrong answer. When a customer asks to speak with your supervisor, its a done deal. Add it turned out, I still owed them 23 and some change. They call again on a Monday or Tuesday arms I let them know I will be there on Thursday and the guy tells me how much and is more than what they told me. Hold up now! Hes wont and Im right. Its now Wednesday and they are calling me again. At whisk so I dont pick up. Im talking with my mom later ands she tells me they called her. Ive had it! I call and they say it was a courtesy call and t by ebony reason they called my contacts was because they hadnt heard anything from me. But I just talked toy you on Tuesday and told you Thursday. You dont call contact as a courtesy reminder! Lying. Again. Bottom line, folks. Dont get anything from ace. They are BIG rip off artists. Try rent a center, maybe even Aaron`s.

Horrible rude. Rented from them for several years. Payed off 8 things. Rented from them last year had a bad roommate my finances went down I explained it and they first called everyday to demand a payment which I had payed. Then i decided to return items because of the constant harassing calls and they lost an item and sent me to collection for them losing it. Ridiculous. Rent anywhere else lest you have your whole contact list called daily.

Hats these people. Shady business practice. Double billed 3 times finally got tired of them doing it. My account was always paid on time I finally made them come pick up their items and wont do business with them again
