Burgers on menu August beef, have tried 3 so far and all were very good. Onion rings are great. Prices $13, service quick and pleasant. Worth a try.

No issues with the place, found the espresso machine I was interested at what I think is supposedly a good price. Didnt get anything though. I just wouldnt say I loved it. But its got stuff that I would use for sure.

This place had TERRIBLE customer service. I went in to do a price match from the manufacturers website. I went in, found the exact item and then asked a employee on the sales floor who confirmed it was the same and guided me to where I should go to get a price match. He was very kind and helpful. If I remember correctly His name was Rooney. I then went up to the customer service desk and showed a lady with short blonde wavy hair the website, the item I wanted to perchance, and told her that Rooney helped me out to find the exact one and he said it should be good to go. She then commented “he doesn’t know what he is talking about he is never on the sales floor”. Working in retail myself my jaw about DROPPED to the floor after she told that to a customer. She then told me that there were no more in stock when I could clearly see 3 of them on the floor behind the counter. She also told me that she could not price match because it’s from the manufacturer. ITS FROM THE DIRECT WEBSITE FOR GODS SAKE. Got it matched at a different one. Won’t be returning again soon.

Not much customer service in this over priced store. Not much variety either. Unfortunately I did not find what I needed. I had to order it from bed bath & beyond online and pay the enormous shipping and handling. Will not visit this store in the future online or otherwise.

One of my favorite place to shop - although I definitely spend too much when I do!

I recently had to buy some home goods as well as a gift for a co-workers birthday, and was in a major rush. My sales associate was very patient and helpful and made what could have been a nightmare very manageable. She even gave me a coupon without me asking..Ive been to other BBB locations and this 1 was by far a great experience..rare for a big box store these days..Amazon has nothing on them!

My receipt was supposed to be emailed. Just left store...no receipt emailed.

Today 8/15 2020 I took a a friend to sign up for a credit card. She was told is was only done online, I find it hard to believe that was the process in place. Most retailers do it at the first purchase. Very unsatisfied with this experience. I usually find the store very pleasant to shop at.

I love everything about this store except the fact that they have some of the worst restroom ever. You think for a store that specializes in these products they would take a little more pride in their bathrooms.

REALLY roomy even compared to how it looks from the outside. I was amazed with the selection of crazy various things. I ended up coming here for a mattress cover and pad combo, after I found out ((the hard way)) that a certain store down the street resells used bedding without washing it. Yuck. An middle age to older woman was extremely helpful and let me take my time figuring out what was the best for both my budget and comfort. Ive never had this kind of customer service before and I will definitely be back.

Bed Bath and Beyond has a great selection of bedding, bath and housewares. I came to this location to look for a Christmas present. I also come to this location for the Soda Stream items that I need use. I dont go as often as I would like, but it is one of the stores that I like to go to too for bedding, pillows and housewares.

Can find just about anything with an easy layout. Most stuff is right in eye view and if not there are so many employees to help you find what your looking for!

I found what I needed and more. The cashier was very friendly asking whether I had coupons or gift cards to reduce my total. It is always fun to see what the feature items are when you first enter the store.

Great service! The item I wanted showed available on the app but wasnt on the shelf. I was approached by a store representative who asked if I needed help. She checked and found the item was available but upstairs. She told me that someone would meet me there with the item. 3-4 minutes later I had the product. It was nice to be approached and not have to search to find help. Wish I could remember her name!

Other than having all kinds of junk you dont need, they never have things that actually are useful, like a garlic vault. Oh, they can order one in, but so could I. I mean come on ITS A GARLIC VAULT!!! PEOPLE NEED THEM!

I like looking through the kitchen section. I know the sell a lot of household items, but Im mostly interested in what happens in the kitchen. The selection is decent for a large chain but you wont find any high-priced knives or for unique one-of-a-kind items here.

They didnt have exactly what I wanted but they ordered it online for me and received it the next week at my doorstep. Nice little hand waxer I got. Thanks!

My coffee maker didnt work.

I bought the cutest softest stuff animals there!!!! And all the kids loved them!!! The employee was happy to help me get the stuffed dog from the top. Great great place!!

Worked at this store for almost 3 years now. Love the people I work with! Some days are better then others. As for the bathroom situation we cant really help the over stall problem thats just the way the store was built and if we dont wash in the restroom we go upstairs to our break room and wash up! The allowing you to bring your coupon back up to 14 days after you purchase stuff is better then many businesses who basically say You dont have the coupon then tough luck should of remembered it. Not to mention our return and or exchange policy is better then the majority of businesses.

They seem to always have what my wife wants. And I enjoy walking around looking for things that I really dont need.

Good selection of a variety of home products. I love the app for searching items to add to your registry without actually having to be in store. Also the app has a barcode scanner to add items to said registry super easy from your phone.The store sales floor is usually clean, the sales staff is always approachable and visible.Prices are a tad high on some items you can find cheaper at local retailers or amazon.The bathrooms are a bit awful. If you are in a stall and get ready to leave it you basically have to step beside and usually brush against the toilet and open the door because there is no room to open the door inward if you were to stand in front of the toilet like anywhere else. The bathrooms are dingy, dirty, and usually out of soap, which makes me questions how employees wash their hands.

Great staff. They stand behind their products. If a product becomes faulty, they replace it.

The point of a coupon is to encourage patronage. Forcing me to come back later just makes me hate you. Products are overpriced and available for less on the internet.The point of a brick and mortar store is convenience. This is now inconvenient. I will not support your brand in the future.
