Amazingly knowledgeable & honest mechanics! They get the repair you need done fairly quick, they wont try to talk you into getting more done than what you came for & they also wont charge you an arm & a leg!!! You can bring your own part & only pay for labor if youd like & they are just all around awesome! Id say they are the best in all of downriver & I highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with Global Car Care and would definitely return in the future as well as recommend them to friends and family. I had out of state tags, but they were still upfront and honest with me and didnt try to take advantage of me. They charged me a fair price, that wasnt a penny over what they quoted me. Its rare to find this kind of honesty and customer service. I decided to wait for the repairs to be completed, but they drove another woman home instead of making her sit there and wait. Kudos to these guys! I belove Ollie is the Owner and John is the Manager who I dealt with. Great experience! I will certainly update this post if I have any issues with the muffler repairs they made, but I have a feeling that wont be necessary 🙂

Global has always tried to help me in a prompt courteous manner.while I didnt agree with the price I thought it was a little high but what do I know I do know that theyre honest and do good work sometimes you just have to come out your pocket ouch not their fault though. A good, honest, fair and reputable company! This is where we always take our cars and have for about the past 10 years. We have a car that is 19 years old and one as new as 2 years old but has too many miles to still be under warranty. Ali and Dave are always honest and fair and we never have to worry about being cheated. We trust them so much that I even referred my niece to them with her vehicle. Ive also referred several friends to them who are more than happy with their service, too. What other car care place can you take your vehicle only to be told its not major and come away spending $100s less than you thought? If I moved away, I would drive back to them to have my car repaired. I was even told once the car was not worth fixing. Good company, GREAT people.

Honest work at reasonable prices. Its always stressful dropping off your vehicle and trusting strangers to repair it. Not so here, Ive witnessed and experienced nothing but ethics and integrity. If you dont need something repaired, they wont repair it. When you do need something repaired you can bet it will be hard to beat their prices. Shop does get busy but they are pretty quick to turn things around.

About a month and a half or so ago I took my car up to Global Car Care, my oxygen sensor was changed out in a timely manner and the service was reasonably pried. However, during my wait, one of the mechanics struck up a conversation with me. He asked if I was 18, when I told him no he expressed his disappointment and then proceeded to give me his phone number despite my answer and told me give him a call as soon as I was legal. He did this from across the room in a non discreet manner.

Fair pricing for labor

Good mechanics. They know what there way around a car or truck. Only thing is I always have to leave my car for at least a day to get it fixed here. Prices are reasonable.

Not very helpful or honest as other reviewers say, went in for front pads and rotors. they called me and told me i needed a whole bunch of front end work totaling 1230.00. i refused all work and went and picked up my vehicle, and was charged a 45.00 inspection fee, which is fine. But after taking my car down the street to another repair facility, they told me that i only needed front pads and rotors and it would be a total of 225.00. A compliant with the State has been filed. CONSUMER BEWARE!!! NOT HONEST!!!

My fiancée took her vehicle here for them to fix an issue it was having..They told her it was sensors and charged her 200$ just for the problem to occur the next day...to top it off they told her that the car had no other issues after they fixed the sensors, that “everything was perfect”. Garbage they scammed me, I brought in my old jeep and they charged us for parts that were blatently not installed, I cannot Express how bad this place is. But they were happy telling us how considerate they were when we were paying. Do not get scammed stay AWAY FEOM GLOBAL CAR CARE THEY ARE GARBAGE.
