This is the best shop ever! I moved away from the area but still only trust Rick and his crew with my cars. Nobody does better and nobody is more honest in my opinion.

Being a woman I’m concerned about taking my car into repair shops for fear of being taken advantage of. But that is not the case with RNR (R & R). The owner was kind, considerate, and gave me various options of how I could get my automobile repaired reasonably and I truly appreciated that. My son referred me to this auto repair shop and I was extremely grateful.

These guys are awesome! Firestone quoted me for stuff that I didnt even need done and almost double the price. Took it to these guys and they fixed what was wrong and had my van back to me pretty fast. Also needed transmission work done and he found me a great shop to do that also! They really care about their customers and look out for you.

We have been taking our cars here for years. Rick has always been honest and he and his mechanics do good work.

Rick and Ron have taken care of my vehicles since 2004. My two cars are 17 and 14 years old and they are in like new running condition thanks to Rick. I take these cars on 1,000 mile trips without any problems. Rick makes sure they are safe for me as they have known me for fifteen years.If you take your car to a dealership, the mechanic doesnt know you or care about you like Rick and the guys that work there. Hes honest and I fully trust him. I moved to Pennsylvania in 2018. I still drive back there to take care of the car if something is needed.The people that didnt rate the business 4 or 5 stars have a different problem, but the problem was NOT R&R Auto Clinic.Thank you for everything.Jim M. in New Castle, PA

Best place ever! This is the only place we take our cars. Rick is now are only mechanic. He has fixed our Saturn multiple times with no issues after. The prices are fair. And he is a HONEST mechanic. Love that we can trust his shop. Just for that alone I would pay higher prices if we had to. I refer him to everyone. He does take a while to fix a car usually a week. But its worth it to have a job done right! Just know that if you put your car in his shop, it will take him a while. But thats bc he is extremely busy and its a small shop. This place is the best, so trusty worthy, they care of their customers, and they have great prices. This place is a 30 mile drive from where I live and its well worth the extra effort to get my car repaired here. When you find a good garage that you can totally trust it gives you a piece of mind. I would recommend them to anyone who needs auto repairs.

On the day of 01/ 27/18, Called R&R Auto Service, in Lincoln Park Michigan, I was having a problem with my steering wheel would not move, I did not have to wait very long but about 15 minutes, and they were there at 5 p.m. the guys were really great, they made me feel everything was under control, and they even help me with the groceries, out of my vehicle to put into their truck, then after reaching my destination, they asked if there was anything else that they could help me with, they were very courteous, and I appreciate getting help, from people that are very caring Thanks R&R..❤

The owner, Rick, is honest and knows how to fix cars at reasonable prices. Very thorough and will explain everything he did and why.

While the place doesnt look like much from the outside. If you blink you might miss it.They were honest and reasonable. I took my 2012 Ford Fusion to have the surpintin belt replaced and a brake job. The belt was replaced within 40 mins. Best money spent for a repair.The following week I took the car back for brakes. When they did the inspection I was told I didnt need brakes. The pads would last for another 10k miles. For me that meant 3-4 months. The problem I was having was a mushy peddle and if I had to brake hard the car would go to the right. Like from the left lane to the right lane. I thought it might be a bad front caliper. Turned out the last repair shop stripped the bold holding the caliper in place.I decided that since the car was on the hoist to go ahead and replace the rotors and pads. The caliper couldnt be tapped. It was replaced.We all know how scary it can be when dealing with brake repairs or replacing. I personally felt the price was fair and s week later I have had no issues. I highly recommend R&R Auto Clinic.

My grandpa used to go to these guys many years ago. They do whats right rather than what will work for the time being. They always consult you before making any changes to your vehicle. If something is changed out, the mechanics give you your old parts unless you say otherwise.
