Got a fridge delivered two days ago, was awakened by the sound of it today as a sound of a tank rolling through a village! Miraculously they couldn’t be reached meanwhile the motor which sounds like the motor of a tank is cycling on every five minutes off barely cooling anything getting warmer about to lose all the groceries I mean hey it was $300 bucks worth of food right…..🤬 they took out the old fridge when they brought this one damage my screen door or a hole in my wall I would say if I could give them a -10 stars that’s what they have earned, oh did I mention when I looked inside today I found the manufacturer tag on the side didn’t realize it was a 20 year old fridge.

HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE business. Dont waste your money-go elsewhere! Bought a refrigerator 6 months ago. It died within weeks. We called to get it repaired numerous times and nobody would come out to fix it. We paid other companies to come look at it before finally, the appliance center came out to look at it. It was beyond repair so they replaced it. The one they replaced it with was much older and much less nice. Weeks later, the replacement fridge stopped working so we called and called and called. Every time they said they would call back to schedule an appointment and then they just wouldnt call back. They finally (months later) came to try to fix it but what they did didnt work and now they refuse to come back out and repair it, saying its not under warranty. The only reason its not under warranty is because they ignored us for months!!!!! The guy yelled at me on the phone and clearly dont care about their customers. I paid over $400 for a fridge and never had a reliable working fridge yet they wont have the decency to come fix it. I am following up in court but want to warn others!!

My neighbor purchased a refrigerator from this place. 2 guys hauled her old one out to the yard & placed between a tree & the curb. I went outside & asked them if they planned on leaving it there. They said yes, i asked them to place it over by the approach. I told them they were blocking us getting in & out of our car. They refused to move it. Said they would have their scrap guy come get it. That was friday, at this point it is sunday & still havent came to get it. My daughter had her boyfriend move the fridge by himself to where i asked the two guys to move it to. Who blocks neighbors from getting in their car, when all they had to do was move it over. Jerks, thats who.they should have had some consideration especially after i came out & asked them if they were leving it there, telling them they were blocking us from getting in & out of the car.we shouldnt have to move a fridge to get in our car! thanks for nothing, the neighbors !

Bad service! Talked to the guy Moe several times yesterday nd he could never give me a time when he was coming to fix my fridge, just said he would call me 30-40 mins before, never heard from him nor did he come to my house! Still no response from him today! Do not recommend going here
