They have very nice and helpful staff. One of the workers(I didnt get his name) helped me to find the right helmet and the right oil for my moped. All in all 10/10

I lost 2 and a half days on a 10 day trip because a part was lost during a tire swap and then they were closed for the long weekend. (Thats a good thing in my mind, that they took the long weekend. But explains why the two and a half days.)The response when it was rectified was, That just changed your holiday, didnt it.Rough. Not only for me, but for all the small businesses I now wasnt able to patronize as I was flying to make up the lost time.I expect better on a tire swap with a wheel brought in, which costs over $60 with tax. 😳Call them first. See if their customer service can convince you that Im off.The reason they dont get 1 star is because they did get the job done and it was speedy service, for which Im grateful.

From my experience. they have fair pricing, quality work and all around good people, professional and do a great job fast and efficient quality service.

Recently I was looking for a new motorcycle, I called and found they had the one I was looking for but I live out of state and couldnt be there in person to buy it. They made it very easy and pain free to take care of my purchase online and over the phone. The sales staff were very nice and knowledgeable. And the sales manager was great in dealing with my tight time schedule. Overall a very pleasant experience and will refer them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

I dont ask for much. I didnt walk into this place expecting to be treated like a king. I just never thought I would be ignored and driven out like a leper. Hopefully who ever was working there, when I visited, was just having a bad day. I Wish you the best and that things get better for you. Unfortunately I will never be returning here again. I hate to leave such a negative review and know that its not the fault of the other people who work there. I just cant stand by and let others walk into the same experience I had.

Picked up a new UTV from Ohio Cycleworx and the entire experience was very pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly and very personable. They were honest and upfront about everything with no hidden tricks or gimmicks that some dealers play. Overall very positive experience and I would definitely recommend you stop by and give them a chance to earn your business if youre in the market!

Friendly but they are expensive

Very expensive, rude customer service, first time caller and will be the last, just called in today looking for a starter relay for my Honda four wheeler was going to be $50 and about payed it because they could actually get me one Un-like all the other places I’ve tried before. Asked if it could be shipped to me because I live an hour and a half away he said I would have to pay shipping which is $15 And he told me he would be losing money if he paid for it. I can get a starter relay for my Dodge 3500 for 20 bucks at AutoZone no reason for a tiny four wheeler relay to be $50 went online and got one for $15 with free shipping. Not only did was he out on the $15 shipping but the $50 part as well in my business for life! Very rude overall and kept making unnecessary comments and statements! I would highly suggest doing your research and trying to order your part off-line before you call these guys up and empty your bank account!

I needed a helmet, and I drive by this place on my route. I decided to check it out. They have a huge selection of everything, just not the size of helmet I need. The guy spent 15 minutes looking for an option, but couldnt find anything. I looked for a jacket, but they didnt have that either.A lot of bikes, a lot of stuff, a lot of helpful people, but if youre a normal sized guy like me, 64, 255lbs, you wont find anything to fit you.

Bikes are overpriced, but good quality. Bought my bike there and I love it, but way overpaid. Took another bike of mine in for an oil change and chain service, got told 40 bucks over the phone. When the work was done they charged me 65 😐 work was done right and my bike is awesome, but due to pricing and poor customer service from the service dept, they lost me as a customer. (not to mention the salesmen told me my Vance Hines pipes were 900 dollar pipes in the sale, but they retail at 300-450 and they failed to mention that my bike had previously been laid down)

Went to buy a helmet. If I hadnt needed a helmet that day, I would have left. The sales guy asked what color helmet I wanted. Nothing else. I asked about the difference between 2 helmets and was told the brand name nothing else! I cant believe that would be the one and only difference. I asked about venting for warm days and was told yes it has it. No other information. If it wasnt for the fact that he did help a little with the sizing to make sure it fit correctly, I would have given them one star instead of 2.

Staff are friendly, however prices are just outrageous! Theyre your best friend when making a deal. I used to come to this place regularly, until I brought my bike in for repair. The engine had blown. Service charged me over $700 just for taking the engine apart! Its a single cylinder, I should have taken it apart myself and saved near a grand. I stay away from this money pit! Unless youre filthy rich and can afford the arm and leg they charge. Follow my lead.

Christ almighty, i have never, in the last 6 years of dealing with these guys, have i ever been able to get sales or parts on the phone. 20 minutes is about the longest i stayed on hold before i lost my mind and hung up. I just end up ordering my parts online or buying a motorcycle from a competeting dealer.

What can I say positive about this place? Not much. I will say the parts guy & Justin in service are pleasant to deal with. Otherwise that is about all the nice things I can stomach when thinking about cycle worx.They have mounted I cant tell you HOW MANY tires for us an every time, it never fails they are mounted backwards. Motorcycle tires are DIRECTIONAL, then the last time they didnt even put in new valve stems so we have a great tire with and old valve stem that leaks.They mounted a tire on my buddies bike and bent his rotor.They were doing the occasional fluids a few years ago on one of our sport bikes and were so lazy as to take the plastics off that they put STRESS on them and cracked them.... they wouldnt fix them. The owner wanted us to come out again for him to look at it only for him to tell us to practically get lost! We have learned how to do MOST of our stuff just so we dont have deal with these people. They are as crooked as they come!If you need work done, dont do it here!

Came here the other day to look at side by sides. Spent probably half an hour looking at them outside, came inside to use the bathroom then came back outside and looked a little more. Not one person talked to me the entire time I was there to see if they could help me, they were all sitting inside talking about where to hang posters. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Give them another chance by wanting to buy another bike and they still tried pulling one under the rug on me. Asking MSRP retail on a bike thats 3 years old. Bunch of thiefs. Not to mention rude staff. Will never have any of my business again.

I have taken my Honda Goldwing Trike to Cycleworx several times in the past 2 years for everything from Service, minor Kuryakyn add ons, to major upgrades like adding E-Z steer and an Aqua-shield. They are a Honda dealer who specializes in trikes and always have 20-30 new and used trikes on their showroom floor at all times. I have received nothing short than excellent work and friendly service done in a very professional, prompt manner. Everyone from the manager, Tim, to the service and parts department are very easy to work with and go above and beyond to do it right. They even have a nice waiting room lounge complete with plushy furniture, TV, drinks and refreshments for customers who are waiting while work is being completed. I ride 2 hours one way to have my work performed on my Trike. I cant say enough about this outstanding dealer. I highly recommend Cycleworx. They have always treated me right !!!

I told them my atv needed the swingarm bearings replaced, they told me 150 dollars labor. when i dropped it off, they called me and said it would be 650 dollars to labor to replace the swingarm bearings. its a 2 to 3 hour job to replace the bearings, 600 dollars? are they doing surgery?

Terrible place to do business. Bought two brand new quads in the past and they are your best friend until after the sale. Arrogant staff. After not dealing with them since around 2010 I figured Id give them another shot since staff and businesses can change in six years but nope still the same old hole with rude employees (some of the same faces I dealt with in the past) Ill drive a little further and deal with American Powersports they are friendly before, during, and after the sale.

Been here only once boyfriend was looking at a motorcycle. There are alot of different kinds to choose from.

Called order the tire for my bike said it would take a week. So I call back in a week and a half. Asked how much it would cost to bring the bike in and have it put on. Ladie says Ill call you back with info. Never called back I guess guy was on lunch that would have priced for service. Called back 2 days later got my appointment time. Could not do it for a week. Came in said it would take about 45 mins. So before they took it back I rode the bike there. Front brake lever was working just fine. My chain guide was on. So I had my wife come pick me up run some errands came back 2 hrs latter my bike was coming out of the shop guy( looked )like he was going for a joy ride till I pulled up. Went in paid. Took it almost all the way home notice my chain was banging on thr swing arm. (Had my helmet on when I flipped open the visor I herd the slapping noise. Notice when I tried to slow down my front brake lever was stiff. Rode it back guy swears up and down he didnt do any thing with brakes or touch my chain guide. I wanted to buy a chain guide when I went in to talk to them so I can take it home and fix there mistake. They cant order it and they said they didnt have one in for any bike bs.. so I go in the my friends but never buy anything there I try to get them to support me but they have not got there bikes fixed there so they will see. All they would have had done is a bring it out like it was or fix what they have messed up. I even wanted to buy the damn part dmanit.

I dont like much about the store. They are rude. Disrepecrful. They completely took advantage of us. Sold me beating when ottowa warranted them. I have several issues with the lima store. Bought a plow an they didnt put it together right. Got it home pushes a 6 inch pile of snow an they said I was abusing the plow. No all the bolts were lose. Ive tried getting in touch with the real owner to get something done about it. Go ottowa honda

This used to be my only bike one stop shop but after yesterday im now going to american powersports. i ordered a part for my 2006 gsxr 600 and when i called to confirm the part was in, i accidentally gave the wrong invoice number. (instead of 3838 i said 3836) after i corrected myself the guy said whatever dude, ur parts in, but remember were a honda and kaw dealership, take urs to a suzuki place. i must have caught him on a bad day, but thats not my problem, dont bring your troubles to work. he just took away my business and anyone i talk to.
