OMG!! I bought my dream car and it was hassle-free! I live in Colorado and called RJ after seeing their listing on a 2020 Shelby GT350 that I have wanted for years. I told him what I could do and he and the team worked to make it happen. We flew in on a Thursday and were picked up at the airport by Dan, a great guy who is a Vietnam Veteran, very personable, and went out of his way to make sure my daughter and I were comfortable from the airport to the Dealership.Josie was great as well! She had all of the paperwork ready to go so we were able to come in, sign the remaining delivery document and we were ready to go!RJ was very thorough with the delivery and to ensure everything was perfect on my dream car and my daughter and I took off on a great road trip back home!Could not have been happier or more impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership, how friendly and how easy everyone was to work with.Great experience, Great People, and I only wish everyone has the same buying experience as we did!

Please read before going to their service department!!!! They had my wife’s car for 24 days just to replace the heater fan blower motor. Every week I would call and talk to Pam and get the same answers that they are short of technical help and they don’t have the time to do it!! On the 20th day I talked to Mgr. Chris and only got more excuses but he said he would check in to it and get back with me, needless to say he never called back. This is a company that I would stay away from go to Raabe Ford or Findlay Ford. They want the sales but when it comes to service they are terrible!!! In all they had the car for 24 days. WOW!!!!!
Had a bit of a drive to get there. Bought a truck 3 hrs later. Brett was great no hassle, no b.s. just straight arrow when it comes to cars. Traded in my old car and got the newer truck. Great service all around no issues. True to their word hard to find that in a dealership. Would highly recommend Brett as a salesman.

I stopped buying vehicles here years ago after a terrible experience in sales, but continued to have my vehicles serviced here and have been very happy. In 2019, I tried again to purchase a vehicle and while the two salesmen I dealt with were great to talk to, they had zero authority to make any decisions. We special ordered a Ford Flex as there were none to be found and had an agreement on a trade in value for my current vehicle. Fast forward 2 months, and with just about 450 miles driven, the trade in value suddenly decreased by over $5000. It took 3 hours and a rage of anger to even buy the car I ordered. Next spring when I had a Mustang delivered there, I was explicit about what I wanted done during PDI and prep, and yet they drilled holes right through the front bumper of the vehicle.I had some body work done and needed some service work at the same time on the Mustang later in 2020, but found that the two groups couldn’t communicate with each other. It was like they were two completely different companies, and I had to actually drive the car from one shop to the other to get the next bit of work done.Lately, the service department has been much less friendly or helpful that what I’ve experienced in the past, even with the same service advisors. I know there’s been some staffing churn lately, but I’m led to believe there is a bigger problem at the top with greedy leadership. I generally trust the dealership to provide good parts and quality service, but the cost of the most recent oil change was ludicrous.I’m certain I’ve now made my last trip to this dealership, and that’s disappointing to me as part of the Ford Family. My recommendation is to think twice, ensure you are satisfied with quotes and cost, and to shop around.

I recently bought a used car at Reineke Ford. Most of you know that the used cars have been marked up considerably, to make up for the lack of new ones to sell. I paid the price.. knowingly. Thats fine. However, some how I lost a key.. not an ordinary key, one of the smart newer ones that dont plug into the ignition, they just have to be near or in the car to make it work. It took an hour to reprogram the keys (1 new one and 1 that I already had, and $359.00 to replace the lost key. If I happen to find the lost key, it will not work. If tried, it could cause serious damage. Note to self, and anyone who frequently loses your car key, Dont lose your smart keys! 😉
We are very, very happy with their service and the experience! I didnt expect to be driving out with a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium, but they made it happen. Everyone is super friendly and laid back. I felt very comfotable and welcomed while I was in there the entire time.Thank you to Marc Crowder who showed us a few SUVs and got us the best one for our budget. Awesome place to shop. We went there on a Saturday just to look, was not pressured one bit. Jim Harrod was our salesman (I am glad we got him), he let us do our thing and look and test drive. He worked up different deals for us and we bought one. Simple day except I spent 8 hours there deciding, lol. All around great experience. Jim let me have my space when I needed it and was there when I had questions. Great job!!

Had my vehicle serviced here for a recall on a air bag. First red flag before ever even discussing the problem with the recall, they offered to buy my car right out the gate as trade in value. Then I schedule my appointment, and take my car to the dealership to be serviced and let it sit there for about a day so I decided to check on my vehicle. The lady says that they dont have the parts in and Id have to reschedule, and when theyre available theyd call me. So about a week and a half goes by and I call them to check up, they have the parts so I schedule my appointment. I then drop my car off for a second time on a Thursday night and was told my car would be done by noon Friday. Friday morning I call around like 1130am just to check the progress and see if itll be done on time. And Im hung up on when I call the first time. So the second time I call I talk to the lady and she seems to be agitated about me checking on my car. Then they finish up around like 3pm and I ask were there any issues with servicing my vehicle and the guy responds Im not sure the woman who scheduled you will be able to tell you that. I leave and go home and later that night I realized that my ambient lighting isnt working anymore. I called reineke and asked them were there any issues and the woman responds, well it wasnt but what I can do is see if its related to the recall and if its not then you would have to pay 110 dollars we cant give any freebies. Horrible service and allot of unkept standards!!!! I will never do business here again!!!! And to insult me when my lights were working prior to being serviced at your business.
They have wonderful like a lady called Pam was nice and another young who was arrogant and act like she dont wanna talk or just busy.
Every single time we take our truck here, they keep it for days just to diagnose a problem. They dont call you to update you, either, you have to call them multiple times for info. So after having our vehicle for two days, they will hopefully look at it tomorrow to diagnose the problems. Each time this happens, they give the reason (excuse) that theyre down to 1 technician and running behind. I cannot tell you how many times Ive heard that; I dont believe them anymore. We only come back bc we need warranty work done and the dealership in Delphos isnt great, either. Weve been lucky and havent had to take the truck in for almost two years, but two years later and its the same issues with them as before. Absolutely frustrated and annoyed with the service department here.
They are committed to customer service and very kind. They went out all the way and was patient while helping us. They worked hard and over the top to make us a happy customer. They have a great selection of vehicles for all different budgets. They respond quickly and are respectful. Austin sales cunsultant and Josie the finance manager went way out there way to help us. Oil change itself was smooth. They couldnt get lugnuts off to rotate tires and wanted $150 to break them off and replace. Its a 1/3 of that price at Discount Tire.
Let me tell you something here folks, took my truck in there for some front end noise. Before they told me anything about my truck they was trying to sell me a newer one. Next they told me that both front iwes were bad and the transfer case had eternal damage. They said it was on back order and it woukd take a month to get. I called back after a month, and they informed me that it would be another month. I brought my truck to krieger ford in Columbus. The only thing that was wrong with my truck was, one bad iwe, front right axel. The transfer case was absolutely fine.....Rieneke Ford gives mechanics and the automobile buisness a horrible name for trying to make money off of hard working people. They quoted me 2750 dollars to fix every when it should of only cost 1200 dollars which I spent at krieger Ford!!!!
This Service/Repair center is an absolute joke and rip-off. I took my 2014 Lincoln MKZ in for a warranty repair and to have the FCIM firmware updated. Again no diagnostics and an issue I had diagnosed. (I have Bi-Directional scan tools) and this update is a known issue with temperature controls. They charged me $200 dollars and that did not include an update on all modules. I’m not sure how this is remotely justified. Your tech hooked up a computer and then worked on another project. Furthermore, my Aunt took her 02 Thunderbird in for an oil change. They told her she needed front, and rear sway bar links, rear tie rod and front inner tie rod and gave her an estimate for $3000. Ford OEM parts were under $400 and the labor I had in it was under 6. Where are they coming up with these numbers. Highly consider another dealership and it mechanic if it’s non-warranty related.

Lies! We were only told what they wanted us to know. Then when questioned they talked in circles. They insisted we sign on a certain date and then we’re told the vehicle we were purchasing was not ready and is still not ready three days later. They keep telling us it will be ready the next day and then find out otherwise after we call.
They replace my battery. Now my Windows do not work . they said they did not work when they go it. They rolled up the day I dropped it off for repair. This places is a rip off dealership

Took my Ford Explorer in for a 7:30 am oil change appointment. At 4pm the oil change had yet to be done . This service department says forgot about it! Then they said they got behind they were short handed. Never, never depend on this Fords Service department! I will never used this Ford Dealership or Service department again

Went to buy a car and had a an appointment! First someone was driving the car I wanted to drive thats fine Im patient! But then I said Id drive another car till the other was available, well in the meantime I see something else I liked! Wouldnt you know they couldnt find the keys! Wow really great experience! Oh the car that someone else was driving was sitting in the front parking lot the whole time!! I wonder how many people you guys try and make buy a more expensive car then what they originally wanted!
Total ripoffs. Took my car there for an oil change and they came up with several different things that needed done. Didn’t tell me that they charge $150 for labor for spark plugs. and didn’t tell me what the “small” things they were doing would cost. Ended up paying over $400.

The service department is the worse. My new 2020 Lincoln Cosair had an engine light on after my 2nd week of having it took it in for service, they kept my car for a whole day and when I came to pick it up at the end of the day the light was still on. Also, experienced issue with random knock under floorboard while driving, took car back again, they kept it for a week and I still have no explanation, paperwork describing what was found and what was inspected. Have been getting my cars from this dealership before it was Reinke it was Mike Pruitt back then however this will be my last. Horrible service.

Absolutely a horrible place to go if you’re from out of town they are liars and they do not keep their promises to their customers in the service side I was from out of town and drop my truck off for a simple diagnostics test after I replace the battery just to double check before I leave to go back to my home state of Virginia. They had my truck all day and their excuse was things came up and we were not able to get to it but we could do it tomorrow morning which they already knew that from the jump we told them we are from out of town and we will need it tomorrow they told us to don’t worry about it they will take care of it but they did not this has been one of the most worst experience with Ford I have ever had and it’s definitely starting to look like my next purchase will be dodger Chevrolet it’s crazy how horrible their customer service is on their service side do yourself a favor and don’t take it here if you need it back quickly they’re not the shop or the place to go.

I had a couple of good experiences where they were helpful with recalls on my vehicles, however after taking my truck there for a brake change, they tried to charge me $1500! I know that business made money but they tried to rip me off. I took it to them to save time of not having to do it myself however did it myself and learned what TERRIBLE ethics they have in the repair shop.They said both brakes and calipers were bad so 1) I asked which side was worse- my brakes weren’t hanging so I was curious to what they’d say to which they responded they were equally bad. That evening took it home- the passenger tire was seized- they never took it off & after testing the calipers with a c clamp- they were fine!! 2)Come checkout when I told them no way- they tried to charge me 2 hours ($180) for telling me the brakes were bad when I was there for a littler over one hour. Once I asked why they said it was per “diagnostic” in which they were reluctant to change to $90.Needless to say I’ve never had so much distrust in a business until this day.

I was trying to get me a new car but my credit isnt that great I guess I got to come up with some money and a cosigner. Who knows maybe things will work for the better. I know if I was to get a car from there I would truly keep my payments up to establish some credit.
The new young salesman was great! They miss represented the offer that I heard on the radio!! On the 2019 Fusion $99 down $269.00 a month with the fresh start credit. I have no credit and they wouldnt do it.

We needed a vehicle quickly and our options were limited because we are a 7 person family. I called Scott at Reineke and was told he had a vehicle that fit our needs. We test drove the car and it was better than we expected. Perfect fit for our family. From there, we worked with both Scott (manager) and Dan. Both were great to work with. Open to questions, moved at our pace, and worked with us to get the financing that would fit our tight budget.Vehicles are vehicles and there are things that are out a dealers control. Very happy with the service. People seemed to very knowledgeable and were willing to spend time explaining what was going on and how to take care of the problems I was having. They got me in on a very busy day and seemed to do whatever possible to get my truck finished up when I wanted it back with full diagnostics done. I am most pleased with the service department. My van started having problems while in the area ( I live an hour away). To make a long story short, I was helped by a kind man named Roger. He was helpful and calm as I was frazzled. My van was fixed within 24hrs, communication was great, and Roger gave FANTASTIC customer service! Thank you Reineke Ford Service Department!

Im very disappointed in this dealership especially my wifes supposed salesman Chuch Norris. He showed her one car, and offed her a very very bad deal. She asked to look at other vehicles. He didnt have time that day so she left. He was supposed to call her with other vehicle choices but never did. Now we have previously purchased 2 vehicles from Reineke, but I can promise that I will never again purchase another one from them. I honestly believe that the salesman was trying to take advantage of a woman shopping alone hoping to get a big commission off a bad deal.Thanks for your response almost 5 months later. I had fantastic service with picking out my car! I picked a white Focus with black rims in mind and the car was in Findlay. So, Rick Michael had it brought here to the Lima dealership and let me test drive it. I knew when I saw it that it was the car for me. Rick set me all up and helped me figure out how much I needed to put down as a down payment to go with the monthly budget I had for the car. Now I have the car and I’m very impressed with it and the service by Rick Michael. Highly recommend his service!
Where do we begin with this place. Bought a used car here they acted like they were doing my wife and I a favor by buying a vehicle. Sales man Shaun told us the car came from another lot and that the second key and fob were there and he would have them sent over . He informed us that he would call as soon as the second set came over. Now almost two weeks later still no second set and we are being told that we will have to pay to get a second set. Not how you do business !

Terrible customer service. I was treated like a second class citizen all because I wanted to pay cash for a car. They were upset that I was not going to get a loan and so they would not get their kick back from the bank.
I got by far the most terrible service I could’ve expected. I went in for an oil change and I spent an hour and a half waiting for it to get done. The multi-point service was done very poorly and the wheels did not get torqued until I confronted the mechanic. I was then informed that he under torqued my lugnuts. He then proceeded to give me a “discount” which came out to be the same price as it was before. I will never come back to this dealership and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Reineke is an awesome place to find a Ford vehicle. If you go, ask for Shaun! He will do his best to make sure you get the vehicle you want for as low a price as he can go.
Dale was my service advisor and he did a great job. In fact, he was 5 Xs better than any other service advisor Ive ever dealt with before. Ive had my car here for 5 oil changes so far and every time has been excellent. I will always being my cars here for service!
Where to start... service can’t answer the phone for the first 10 minutes of the call when I made the appointment and when I called to check on my car. Had the drivers door glass replaced on my mustang because it came off track and unglued from the clamps holding the window. Couldn’t do it myself so hey let a certifiable ford dealer do it. Wrong...they told me my brand new window regulator was bad... it’s not. “Just put the new $300 window on” well they did. But didn’t make any adjustments for the window tracks or bumpers so the window didn’t even sit on the weatherstripping correctly. Doesn’t go up 100% of the way when it gets into the triangle track on the side mirror. Ok adjust the front track.... nope. I make a whole new appointment for them to fix it just to tell me that “if it’s not our fault we have to charge you another 79.99” after already paying $600 + for a bad job to begin with. Worst customer care and service I ever paid for. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will tell everyone to never go there unless you want to waste your time and money. If you can’t do the job yourself find a god local mechanic shop because this place is a crooked business. I’ll never set a foot or tire on that wast of a space property again. -sincerely a very dissatisfied and disgruntled veteran

I took my vehicle in for an open recall on my 2013 Ford Focus. The matter was dealt with in a timely manner and I was happy with that part of my visit. Prior to my visit they had texted me and said that they had good news concerning my vehicle and that they needed pre-owned vehicles and would appraise it during my visit. This is where my problem arises. They offered me $3500 for a vehicle they will flip for $9999. There is even money to be made on the back end involving warranty items and such. I know theyre there to make money but wow!
When I was there I was looking for a different truck and I didnt have a salesman come out to see if they could help me out. Have found a truck since and happy with what I did buy

Needed a new battery for my control fob on my keychain. Quick service with a knowledge parts person. 10 minutes, in and out. No charge, just a wish of a good day.
I was looking into leasing a truck from them I sat there all day waiting for a answer to be the same thing oh they haven’t looked at yours yet and to mention it was me and 2 other people there but anyway I left because I couldn’t handle it anymore went back next day got told the same stuff this time they said they would call me by this time next week they never called me so I drove back over there and asked them they said Ford will do it but only with the full lease payment upfront I asked when did they get that info they said the day after they told me they would call me so I said no to that got my co-signer on the phone and they said they would call me with a answer mind you I have a perfect credit score so none of this was making sense anyways 2 weeks goes by I said he’ll with it I had put a 100$ deposit on the truck that’s the amount they asked for in order to hold it I went back to get that was told they have to mail a check to me said okay no big deal till it’s been 3 months and haven’t seen a single check I went back there and they denied they ever did service with me and I have a receipt for the deposit I made two copy’s because they took the first one when I went back up there to get it the first time ive tried contacting them to get my money back they give me a answer with we will call you right back and never have I would never recommend them to anyone
Ive got no problem with sales. My problem is with the manager Doug in the body shop. My husbands van was in their shop for repairs. The people in the office talked directly to the insurance company and was assured the money would be sent for payment due on the van. That van is how my husband supports us and has been down 3 weeks as of today, putting us in a financial strain, part of the blame for lenght of time is the insurance companys fault. But because Doug doesnt trust our insurance company, which is a very reputable company, know in other countries as well as our own, he would not wait for the portion from the insurance company to come to them, we had to pay the full balance by maxing out and actually going over the credit limit on our credit cards, plus almost all the cash funds we had left. Mind you my husband hasnt worked in 3 weeks and we needed money for fuel expenses for his work. Doug has left us financially crippled. Being commercial Insurance, our deductible is very high, the portion the insurance company is to pay is a bit over $2,200. But given a guarantee from the insurance company that the check would be sent just wasnt good enough. He had to have the full balance in hand. Others that work there also didnt see why he wouldnt let us get the van and wait for the check which when all was said and done would have been mailed directly to the dealership. So unless something is done about Doug, they will no longer get any business from us in any shape or form.

So, I take my 2013 ford escape to see if they can figure out a shuttering that is happening on a cold start. They have my vehicle for 30 days trying different things. They take the drive line out to see if it still happens if its just 2 wheel drive. It still does the same thing.They say it is the transmission and it would cost 5300.00 to put a rebuilt one in. I refused since the escape has 194,000 miles on it.After I pick it up I hear a clanking noise and smell something burning. My husband can hear a rubbing noise as well.I take it back in and they say the front of the drive line came loose and it will cost 410.00 to fix. I think they are responsible for the cost but they say no they are not.I refuse to pay this cost for their mistake. The service guy even said they thought it was a bit loose after they put it all back together.
Dropped my truck off at the end of the day to be worked on in the morning, but it turns out I didnt have to wait. The gentleman at the service counter looked at what I needed done and decided he could easily do it himself in a few minutes. Sure enough, he went back and found the part and replaced it on the spot in just a few minutes.Awesome service, thanks!
Two separate visits to Reineke Ford in Lima left me smiling and hopeful for my 2003 Ford Explorer. I love my car and just hope it will keep going for a bit longer...Each visit, one for an event I was not sure what was going on about a month ago. I was very happy to see it was fine and started like a champ after being towed in and a rest over night.The more recent was the back window bracket was missing but still holding. The part was ordered quickely, a huge relief as I was not sure the parts would still be available.Each visit I was met at the repair shop quickly and my concerns addressed professionally. Took my truck in for an issue with my 4 wheel drive not working. Pam Sturgill was very cordial on the phone and in person. While the cost was more than I liked the service was very good. Nice group working there.
We were on our way from Tennessee to Michigan to see our family for Thanksgiving, when our vehicle water pump started breaking down. The Ford Service department at Sidney, OH would not even attempt to even look at our vehicle so we headed towards Lima, OH. The service attendant, Chris Martinez, was very professional and understanding. We called Reineke Ford while on the road, Chris answered, he told us to bring in our vehicle, they were very busy on Thanksgiving Eve, but he would find a way to squeeze us in. We were there for a few hours, Chris offered us a shuttle to any restaurant, we were just so grateful that he was squeezing us in, three hours later we were on our way. Thanks to Reineke Ford, Chris Martinez and their Maintence crew, our Thanksgiving Day with all our family was saved. Thank you so very much! I might just buy my next vehicle from Reineke Ford!
This was an asinine trip. They kept calling me to bring my 2015 Ford Escape so they could put me in something newer than I had. I drove an hour to get there, just to say they couldnt do anything for me. So I had to drive another hour to get home. Terrible experience overall. They new what my situation was before, but refused to use the information that I had already given. Be careful if you go there, they may just be trying to screw you over.
I went in to see about trading in my car and a salesman asked if I had been helped really quickly since I hadnt been in the sales room for more than about a minute.
Our sales associate, Eli Staup was wonderful! He took us through the process step by step. We purchased a 2016 Ford Escape. He took the time to show us all the features of the vehicle and set up a service date for our new cars first oil change. He gave us a tour of the service area! He made sure that I had a full tank of gas and that the car was detailed to perfection. Jessica Dunlap was the finance associate and she was also very pleasant and efficient. She called our insurance company and switched over our vehicles. She went through the warranty information thoroughly and the finance options! This was our first purchase from Reineke Ford, but it definitely will not be our last!! Thank you so much!

Neill Allen did an amazing job.I honestly had the pleasure of working with this guy who could take a joke and understood my dry sense of humor. He knew exactly what I was looking for and came up with some man power to get me driving a brand new car off the lot with little money down. I’ve never seen anyone sweat as much as he did waiting on my approval lol. But all in all, he did a wonderful job and I’m glad I came today to see him today. Keep up the good work!
Dear parts &:service,Thank you for finding the problem and suggesting solutions to fix the airbag module in my pickup. When you told me the part was no longer available, I prayed and asked God for help. I was able to free the pinched wires that you found, remove the damaged sections, and splice them back together. Then I took the module to an electronics shop which found the blown fuse, and sold me a replacement. The airbag light works like it did when I first bought the truck, and is no longer flashing a code when the truck is running.Thank you. Parts department is extremely slow . Expect to wait all day on a call back about a simple hose for an 09 . If Jeremiah answers ask for someone else . Customer service doesnt exist anymore
