I brought my car here to have the windshield washers replaced and to have clogged drain blown out. The service was fast. When I went to pick up my car, I found that one of the windshield washers was not working properly (likely a factory defect). I went right back in before leaving and let them know about this. They ordered the parts again and got me in the very next day and took care of it quickly while I waited. Fast and friendly service. And took care of the issue quickly and without question. Cant beat that! Much appreciated!!

Jeff and his team were VERY friendly and helpful. I asked them to look over my new (used) vehicle to look for recommended repairs & to fix my windshield wipers. I got a very reasonable price & did not feel as though they were trying to add unnecessary repairs. He even spent some time with me to give me an education on a few things which were unfamiliar to me. I was only passing through Ohio but will travel in the future to visit him as I consider him a trusted mechanic.

Great place!! Ive had work done here twice, and I havent had any issues. Jeff really knows his stuff. One of the only places around that I trust to work on German vehicles. The honesty within Ffejs is heart-warming. You dont have to worry about being lied to or screwed over when you bring your vehicles into the care of Ffejs. Keep up the great work!!
