Everyone there is VERY friendly. I honestly was headed somewhere else when I just stopped to see what they had. Once I walked in the door, I was greeted VERY warmly. I had to wait a moment or two, but once I was served, I told them EXACTLY what I wanted and they did everything they could to find exactly what I wanted. Personally, I didnt have a whole lot of money to be spending, but found what I wanted in my price range. For me, this place has definitely earned earned my 5 star rating. I do admit the car is a little rough, but for $5000 I wasnt planning to get something brand new.

Taran was polite and vary helpful. He answered all my questions and explained the Nissan Frontier vary well. He answered all my questions. Jeff in finance was also helpful and had the paperwork ready when I came in and explained all paperwork to me. Friendly environment.

I went to Reineke Nissan, Lima OH to look at 2 new Rouges. My sales agent. Lauren Page was extremely knowledgeable. With all the new features, I really needed a lesson on how to work them all. I visited Reineke Nissan a couple weeks ago and I received my beautiful 2015 Chrysler 300. When I first walked in there I was sure that I wasn’t going to qualify for anything that nice but Lauren ( a sales associate) assured me that anything is possible and soon enough they all made it happen. From Lauren to Jeff to Shaun and everyone else there, they are truly some beasts. They’ve earned every single star.

He showed us our top pick, rode along and chatted during the test drive, and walked us through everything. We went back a couple days later and drove our new-to-us van home. The service department is so easy to work with! I came in for an oil change, they discovered that one of my tires was leaking air and they fixed that for me, for free. They then gave me suggestions on the best prices to fix my tires. They did not make me feel like they were trying to up sell me. I will definitely be back!

4 hour drive for excellent customer service and pricing. We found our Infiniti QX 60 online with the exact package we wanted. We had narrowed our search down to two different SUV’s at two different places. Called the dealership and spoke with Jeff the service manager who immediately asked Kaleb the sale specialist to send me a video of the car. Keep in mind they were very busy but made time. All correspondence was immediate and all questions asked were answered. They DID NOT require a non refundable deposit to hold the car until we could get there two days later due to work schedules. We were treated with respect and although they were swamped when we got there the finance manager stepped in to help us. Everyone worked as a team and it made car buying a great experience. We got a great deal based on all our research and would buy from them in the future. Great job Kaleb thanks for going above and beyond.

There is so many positive things I could say about this dealership and the service that I was given!1st things first I walked in and was treated like family my entire visit. Not a car sales man trying to nickel and dime me. I was in a sticky situation and ended up getting approved for something way better than I ever could have imagined. My sales man Taran went above and beyond to get me into everything that I asked for when I walked into the place. I walked in with no money to put down and wasn’t sure where I stood credit wise. He made sure I got a safe, reliable, and of course a little luxury. My biggest thing was a car with low miles and that fit my monthly budget. He spent hours finding me the best deal of course with the great help of Travis. I even ended up getting a warranty for my car under my budget! Nothing but good things from the guys there and if you’re hesitating on looking at this dealership you should at least stop by. Tarans customer service was enough for me to know I wanted to buy something off of him. He was nothing but awesome and a day later sold my mom a car. He didn’t go out of his way asking where he could sell another car she was just so impressed with him and she needed in something as well. He is extremely professional and worked with what I told him I needed to stick to. Overall car is treating me well and it is certified preowned which made the deal even better. Once I decided I did not and emailed them to let them know. I never received a response then I emailed a second time to find out why no one was responding to me. Told me they couldnt do it . But one day they was able to get me into a vehicle that was double what I owed on my current vehicle. Place is a joke . Dont fall for there fake flyers that they can get you a lower interest rate .

Have purchased my last two vehicles from there, not too bad. Though the paperwork got messed up and we had to redo them, they still are friendly and courteous. Place is clean and they have a nice selection of vehicles.

I purchased the owner’s 370z remotely from NC. I flew to Columbus and picked up the car at the airport and drove back to NC. When I tried to inspect the vehicle, it failed due to dry rotted tires. Reineke (Mr Brown) offered such a poor deal that it made better sense to just buy tires at the local dealer. He actually accused the local dealer of trying to take advantage of me. Cost was $1,100. In general the communication from afar was poor. I have called the owner twice and emailed once to express my dissatisfaction. I have a form from them that says to call Michael Saddler (owner) for complaints after the sale.I have been ghosted by the entire organization with the exception of the standard “thanks for your business” flyers. It is interesting that they accused the local dealer of being of lesser integrity when I am left with the same feeling from Reineke.Pot calling the kettle black?Buyer beware!!!

What can one say its a car dealership and nobody likes spending their time at a dealership but Reineke nissan did treat us well and we got what we wanted, only took about 3 hours of my time. Service department always does a decent job. 4 stars because there is always room for improvement.

I brought my vehicle to have a key made and the oil changed. The customer service/ service department was HORRIBLE and my experience was HORRIFIC! They kept my vehicle for 38 days after they malfunctioned the electrical system. (Cody) the manager promised to contact me and to keep me informed but he failed miserably in doing so. Then they had the AUDACITY to say that my vehicle was ready but when I went to drive it, the windshield wipers, radio, headlights, turn signals ac unit etc., was even operable. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Customers deserve better! This is not professional service, this was pathetic and pitiful to say the least. Would I come back NO and would I recommend them to a friend absolutely NOT!!

Was looking for inexpensive used car. I called ahead to ask if they had cars in my price range. They said yes and listed 4 that they plus others that were negotiable. My husband I went there....total waste of time!! They did not have anything they told me on the phone. The guy (kid) tried to sell me something out of my price range. He kept pushing for us to get a loan which we did not want we were paying cash. After about a half an hour he finally showed me a minivan and a very rusted Jeep Liberty. He made us feel like because we wasnt buying a $20000 car we were desperate and would take anything! We were not desperate and would not settle for just anything. It was a very insulting experience. I will not recommend them to anyone nor will I ever go back.

We have had my 2016 ford edge for a little over a year,but have only been able to drive it maybe 5 months!! It has been in the shop more than on the road!! It is unsafe to drive due to the service dept. not doing their job properly. Our next step is contacting a lawyer to hopefully get my vehicle safe to be on the road. We will never recommend not buy from them again!!!! Buyers Beware!!!!!!!

I had an appointment at 10:00 am and was finished at 1:15 pm! I was told it should take about 1 1/2 hours. The last time I had my oil changed I had an appointment at 3:30 pm and at 4:30 pm I found a manager and asked what the problem was. He was able to get it going then. Why have an appointment if it means nothing!?!

Zac Hayes blew us out of the water. He not only listened to what we wanted and needed he kept us within a comfortable price range. This was by far the best experience both my husband and I have ever had. We will most definitely be returning to reineke Nissan for our next purchase and everyone after that!

It was just not a good experience. They took forever to get the truck from N. Baltimore and even told him it was sold. My husband enquired why it was still on the website. They said they were mistaken. Once they finally got the truck here and had the sale they dont respond to the issues. We have had the truck since March. We have paid more in repairs then in payments. Exhaust issues, brake light, bearings in the hub, cooler lines leaked and brake line issues as well. Not happy at all and wont return. They are all sweet to get the deal but when you have an issue they dont care. We learned our lesson

Got my Nissan Rogue at Reineke Nissan in Lima. The salesman, Austin, wasnt like most car sales man where he tried to sell me something I couldnt afford or didnt want. He listened to what I was there for, asked me to be realistic, and then met my needs 100%. I couldnt quite figure out what amenities I wanted in a vehicle and he had to show me at least 6 cars before I could decide on the right combination of perks. The sales manager, finance guy, everyone there were all so helpful.

Wish i could give 0 stars. Gets your hopes up for nothing. Ill buy elsewhere
