Went in last winter to purchase a battery for my wifes car. Had the battery ready to pop out.Everything out of the way. Meaning take out and drop new one in. Problem was I just had foot surgery. Was walking with a cane and couldnt poot that much weight on it. So as he brings up the battery I ask if he can put it in for me he said no. He said no being serious. I was like your kidding. He gave me some insurance reasons. I laughed at him and gimped away. I like Napa batterys going out of my way across town to buy one and I get this kind of service. Went across the street had no problem they put one in nooooo problem.
