Unbeatable prices, well stocked, and an above and beyond staff

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was telling my husband I was looking for pita pockets and a staff member overheard me... she immediately directed me to the deli section at the back of the store. The deli lady greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. She told me that they made their food fresh daily. The cashier was very friendly as well! She asked me if I had an ingles card & what was I making with all my goods.Everything was clean and the store was well stocked and organized.

I like this place. Its an older grocery store. No frills, decent prices and easy in and out. Has everything you need....PLUS they butcher meat in house and have fresh ground hamburger.

Fresh fruit good but not the chicken

I love the glazed coraisssnts...I get them early in the morning after they are cooked and so light fluffy and GOOD!!

A nice neighborhood market, but by no means at the same level of a Publix. However, a recent minor remodel has narrowed the gap slightly and I find myself stopping in more often. The staff could be a little friendlier and maybe a little more cleaning wouldnt hurt.

Stopped by here ever morning for breakfast chicken. WOW!!!! Fried chicken,grits and eggs, biscuits,bacon, hash brown, all at 7:30am, cant beat it. Staff friendly. Owner very helpful and kind.

I’m going to call out the elephant in the room, this is a for whites only establishment. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a grocery store. You feel it all in the air & nobody greeted you at all. Don’t waste your time or spend your cultured dollars here.

Got most of what l wanted. However the Gatorade was decimated. Almost none left.

I stopped in the Delivery to get some food. It was delicious. The oven roasted chicken was seasoned well and the homemade mashed potatoes were good too.

Great customer service. It is an older store but it is clean and for some reason I find things there that the bigger stores just dont carry.

They had what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Found a certain brand of corn syrup I prefer when making syrup and butter to sop my homemade biscuits with. They usually have what you need at a good price. They also offer reward incentives. I go to shop there. Im very happy with it.

It honestly breaks my heart to write this review. I used to love this Ingles. I have been shopping here since 1993. This has been a long time coming but since Katie took over as manager it is horrible . She is extremely rude and unkind. She does not belong in customer service and I will not be shopping here as long as she is manager. So for now Ill be going to Publix instead. Its sad because like I said Ive been a avid shopper here since 1993.

This store is always kept very clean and stocked, I love the staff as well bc they are very kind, professional and helpful. I only shop at this store and there’s a Kroger a half mile down the road that I live closer to. I drive out of my way to shop here for all of my groceries.

This place actually has great deals and food. I love how it looks the exact same it did when I was a kid. It kinda has that potential zombie apocalypse vibe if you know what I mean. Have to see it to believe it. Definitely really cool.

This Ingles is on the small side, but manages to have almost everything on my list. Being small, with wide aisles helps make the shopping experience enjoyable every time I go. The people who work there are always cheerful.

This Ingles market has been in our neighborhood for the past 30+ years. They have always been very friendly and always going above and beyond to help you. Our son worked here as a teen and he always said the manager had a kind word for everyone. I rather buy my groceries here than anywhere else. They have excellent prices and their produce is great quality.

If you can navigate the badly-sadly hole-ridden parking lot, the weekly bargains are EXCEPTIONAL! Great staff! Very accommodating and friendly.

Hey, its a Neighborhood store. You know almost everyone that works and shops there. I was here before it was built and hope to have many more years of feeding my family from here.

I have been going to this Ingles for years. It is one of the few retail grocery stores that retains its staff. Because it is smaller than other chain grocery stores, you can get in and out faster. The hot deli food makes a good lunch and the samples are to die for. Ive never had a cashier not to be friendly and chatty.

Low crowds and plentiful stock.

They have the ocean spray jellied cranberry sauce.

I appreciate the Ingles I most often fun myself at. Everyone is friendly and helpful. At times I wish this location would expand into the empty CVS location adjoining it, but what I really like about the store now is its size. Most grocery stores are so big I feel as though Im walking forever to simply pick up a few groceries. Plus, I need cuts of meat for two people, and I know I can always find sizes I need in the meat department. Like the location, size, and the fact they still carry so very many items. The produce section is also well designed and very well cared for. Thanks, Ingles!

Always very clean and great quality for good prices. No complaints. I would that any store sell a good organic bean dip but they are hard to find now. Its like the companies just went bye bye :(

Has some of the best daytime employees Ive ever met, Alicia, Monica, Elizabeth, Jose. However, The nighttime employees are not so friendly, Not to mention any names.

Its a rather run down, sparse grocery store. I was surprised by that because of the location. The staff seems pleasant enough. Options are limited as far as food variety. The prices are just ok. Three stars in kind of generous based on the atmosphere. There is a massive parking lot.

The store is clean and the people working in the store are friendly and helpful. We get breakfast and sometimes the dinner special. The food is good but they appear to only cook once a day, so go early for freshness sake

I have been shopping at this location over the past 16-years and although the prices range from AWESOME to sometimes too high, I can honestly say that the staff is good, friendly and attentive. I buy the sale items and find good value there. Produce can be a problem as can meats, so you have to know what youre looking for (same can be true anywhere); but they will make good on problems with no hassle. (I have only had a couple times to ever request a return/exchange). This is an older store; but one thing I REALLY like about it is the fact that they dont move inventory around too much. You get to learn the store and things stay pretty much in the same location. Easy in/easy out. Easy parking and NOT A ZOO like some other local stores. Plenty of parking. This location may not be for everyone; but for me it is my preferred location for price and friendly staff.

Ingles is good as a simple local grocery store. I find like most grocery chains prices average on most things, a few things higher than Kroger down the street other things cheaper. It is a quiet store not alot of people inside and the people who work their give this place a bit of a local flair, quaint and friendly. I like their steaks and London broil, pot roasts and deli. I wish they had larger family size pkgs of chicken breasts like Kroger. Their store brand items are good. Some areas of the store do not have larger selections of specialty items but all in all its a nice place to shop at if you dont want to be in a crowded grocery store with long lines. The bakery looks good but Ive not had s need to use it yet. More people Ive noticed shop there for that quiet feel and short lines and thats from what theyve told me themselves.

I always love to shop at Ingles the people are so nice and if you need any help there always right there to help you. And theyre also cheaper than some of the other places not naming but one starts with a K. Ingles meat s are absolutely delicious and their Bakery has wonderful cakes. I shop at this Ingles once or twice a week.

They have a great lunch special, different food every day weekdays.

This is probably one of the best grocery stores Ive had the pleasure of shopping at. The prices are great, the staff is generally very friendly, and they almost always remember me! Im very excited that they recently started selling boneless skinless chicken breasts so i dont have to purchase them from another grocery store! I love shopping here and only go elsewhere when I cant make it here. :)

Nice store. Its not a super mega chain grocery store and because of that, you can get in and out in a jiffy. Does not make sense to go to the bigger stores to fight the crowds inside, long check out lines with congested parking lots when Ingles offers no hastle shopping. The prices are only pennies away from bigger stores but the savings in time make it well worth the trip to me.

Seem like old fashioned store good fried chicken

Sad and depressing inside. It looks and feels so old and dated. Prices seem to be more than Kroger and dont even offer gas points. I hated going in here but did because the breakfast to-go boxes were recommended for a lazy weekend where I didnt want to cook. It was mediocre at best, and really worse than I could have cooked easily at home... But it was cheap. Thats about the best redeeming quality of the breakfast. One person, out of 5 I interacted with, seemed to not hate their job.
