Im so tired of this location. The clicklist staff never get it right. Theyre always forgetting items, then I have to drive back to the store to retrieve them. They have a lot of kids working here, and they really just dont know what theyre doing.

This is my neighborhood Kroger. It’s ok for quick pick up items but for weekly shopping I go to the one on Herrington. The deli section is always out of my family’s meat preference, there’s always a line and the staff are so slow. They never cut what you ask for, thinly sliced, what’s the purpose of the chart if they do their own thing. The store is clean most visits. The checkout lines move slow.

Excellent customer service and I can always find what Im looking for.

Im going a little crazy here with down time so Im writing lots of reviews.:) This location has such a great selection of fresh fruits and such a pleasant staff. I highly recommend shopping here!

Quick Shopping Experience!

I love the cashier stephany, she’s awesome! She’s always smiling and asking if I need any assistance. I see her helping her coworkers and at self-check out as well. She’s very patience with us older folks. She’s a very nice, great young lady! she needs a raise. This Kroger overall is pretty good !!!

1 start for manager Erol (not sure his name), night shift and for the cashier at customer service, I been customer of this location since 2 years ago, last night I got an issue that Im not going to detail it, but for customer service positions workers must be trained well to resolve any situation and when things are not workable then get the manager to resolve it, manager must give solutions not troubles, he was as well not highly trained to resolve, instead he told to the cashier girl to take her time to find something that i requested, but the way he told her was with an bad attitude not appropriate to a manger, then he argue with me, i never got problem in this location, always buy here with no problems but last night it was the exemption, probably no going back here but if i do is to find out if kroger management take action to train well employees and shift managers.

Good and fresh produce

Customer service stinks !!! Its getting worse every visit. Went to register and a clerk came up and turned off the light and shut it down. Not a word to me . then went to another and waited several min. for service to be avail . I gave up and walked out !!!!

Super friendly staff, especially at the customer support section. I’ve had two complex receipt and gift card situations that they were able to fix with ease. Very impressed and pleased with the work.

Clean organized store. The discount isle was very well organized unlike any other Kroger Ive visited. Lines moved fast and everyone was pleasant.

Well the boy at self checkout refused to try and figure out how to do a split payment which I thought was so crazy and refused to call someone over that knew how to do it. I walked to a register the lady came an attempted but couldnt figure out so she then went and found someone who knew how to do it and it was 1,2,3 finish. Dont make me feel like what Im trying to do is impossible because you didnt take the time to try and figure it out nor did he come over and watch what to do to know for the next time just unacceptable.

First time at this location, just moved to town. Nice Kroger, very nice employees! The guys stocking the meat dept were so helpful! And the check out was pleasant. Ill be coming here again

The lady Bridget is so funny and friendly! The young girl Stephany is so sweet and hilarious. They are my two favorite cashier. Stephany taught me how to use self-checkout, which was easier than I thought!!! She was so patience and nice regardless of the customers complaining about the store. She was apologizing to them. Poor girl, sometimes it’s the customers and not the workers. I love this kroger!!!

Close to where I live and Ive never had a problem at this store. Always very neat and organized. Easy to find what I need and quick, easy check out. Love this place.

Dude at the meat counter is awesome. Michael I think. helped me with ingredients for some recipes. very knowledgeable and saved me some scratch. and they do not rinse crab legs for any reason, just saying.

Isnt set up like a lot of Krogers with some.minor differences, but not a big deal. Still a fan of the Kroger and they always have great pricing on their gas and dont price hike to offset the Kroger card discount like Ive seen some of them do. No Starbucks, which is a bummer, but its not really the right demographic to keep one alive. Great store and quick in and out service.

This is a conveniently located store. They have good prices and parking spaces.

I can honestly say that I have never had an experience as great as I have than at this Kroger. And I owe it to one employee in specific. I believe her name to Kassaye she works at the front end, u-scan area to be exact. She is by far the most helpful employee their and has made every experience at that Kroger great!!! Kroger has for sure hired a saint at that location.

Claims theyre open till midnight but stop letting people in at 11:30

This Kroger is such a mess. I live between this Kroger and the nice one on Rockbrige. I have come to this location twice in the last month because I was doing something else nearby and ran in to grab something. I don’t know how anyone can shop here. They are out of stuff I need, no carts in the store, parking is a disaster, but don’t park too far or your cart will stop working on the way to the car. I will literally just drive by this store to go to the other location, this one is trash.

They have a large selection of herbs spices and produce! The have hard to find produce like tumeric and chard. I enjoy the international ailse and a ehuuge fresh seafood market

Just left this location. Was attended by a cashier named Francisco R. Very rude! I was checking out for wic & he started scanning my items & I told oh sorry that’s wic & handed him my vouchers. He gets an attitude pulling my items back because he had to rescan & said “you need to put them in order, if not I won’t do them”. First of all it was only 2 vouchers and they were in order if only he had looked ! Second of all that was an unnecessary comment. This is your job and I did not give him an attitude at any point to respond that way !

The parking lot. was much cleaner than some of the other Kroger I went to. Keep up the good work

I absolutely love this Kroger store. Its always clean, the associates are friendly, the lot is clear of loose carts. Im there about 8 times a month. If I ever need help, there is always someone to help.

I dont prefer this Kroger, I just stopped in for some stockings...lo and behold they didnt have much. Other than that its pretty decent here

I always expect polite and courteous service when I go in my favorite store on Beaver Ruin and 29/Lawrenceville hwy. I just left this store and the deli clerk made my day. She made me a fresh 10 piece variety pk of all the soft top cookies for this season.There are 6 flavors of them. Guess what half of them didnt even make it home, two of them didnt get out the parking lot. Lol that is my favorite store and now they have upgraded. Woohoo, go Kroger!

Decent place to shop for dry goods. I do not trust the quality of their dairy products. I went there 3 different times in two months and bought shredded cheese only to discover it was molded when I arrived home. They definitely need a new dairy manager.

Im more of a Walmart shopper, but Elizabeth K, an employee, changed my entire perspective on the store. I was last minute looking for a corsage/boutonniere for prom and she made them for me, although she had only an hour left of work. Truly an amazing person they have hired!

I have been going to this kroger for years I always enjoy shopping here every thing is fresh.

This Kroger isnt the cleanest and it doesnt have the best meat and produce selection Ive seen, but its close to home, open 24-hours, and had a gas station with good pricing so its convenient.

Store is well stocked and plenty of check out lanes open.

Clean, organized, good quality produce, good prices ( with my Kroger card & coupons)

Previous work security at this location. I advise the store manager that I have never worked this location before but other Kroger location. I was question as if I was incompetent. I stood at my post watch and was watched for hours as if i was a thief. Smh he obviously did not look at the car I drive. But for thee entire watch I felt uncomfortable and discriminated against as a black men for the strange behavior of being watched from the deli and produce while I stood as ask near floral department. I asked my supervisor to never place me at this location ever again. I did not enjoy being ridiculed or question like that with over 15 years experience in the security industry. Racial profiling strong at this location.

Wish I could give ZERO stars.Standing in line for 5 mins behind some guy buying 16 2-litres, the cashier rings him out and straight walks away! Closes shop and starts telling people why she doing it. Manager standing up top and didnt say anything!How? Why? This is how customers are treated? No one really apologized, the woman never even said she was going to close the register. The kid bagging stood there like whats going on? This is really sad. Im sure there are other people that can halfway act as if a customer actually matters. Had I done that at my job, I would have been told to make sure to not return. Was really outrageous to do that, people standing and waiting several minutes, just shut it off and walk away? The manager should have to answer why this woman was relieved of her position if it wasnt done.Hope the lady walking outside afterwards DOES call the corporate office and speak to them about the way this went down!Ill leave and NEVER come back if I walk in this store and see this woman again. This isnt what you do to your customers!

The staff is friendly. The store is somewhat clean. But the parking lot is disgusting. Especially the Kroger parking spaces. Pot holes and oil stains along with trash litter the parking lot. They are forever understaffed so the shelves are sometimes empty. Has to be the worse Kroger I have ever been to.

Went in to buy some packs of water on sale. I go the self check-out area. I start to ring up the waters. I rang up one. It would not let me ring up the next one until I had put the first one on the scale to the side. So I pressed the button for big items. It said assistance was on the way. Someone came over with a hand held scanner and was trying to ring up the items. I pointed out that at Wal-Mart they made it customer friendly and had the hand scanners set up with the machine so the customer could use it. The whole point of self check-out is you can do it yourself. Get in and out quickly without having to wait on someone to come and fumble around taking time. They get paid by the hour, the customer does not. I was also told by the person you are not at Wal-Mart. Like I am an idiot. I do know what store I took the time to drive my car too. I am not blind, I can read the difference between Kroger and Wal-Mart in big letters on the outside of the buildings. Then as the they were ringing them up. I was being explained to how the discounts rang up. Again as if I am an idiot. I have been to Kroger before. I said yes I know. It took two of them to do this job. I understand that customer service is going down but that was ridiculous. I understand that 2x5=10. The girl absolutely thought she had the right to talk down to me as if I was a moron. She does not understand the customer is always right or dont argue with a customer. Then someone asked her about the incident. I came over and was explaining my side. This person was staring at me with a bored unexpressionable face. Offered no apologies or I will speak to her later. Nothing then when I pointed these things at to her she just kept doing the same thing. I understand you have to have people to fill the position but really. Get people friendly people. People who are willing and wanting to help not just iratate the customers. I understand it was late at night but that is not the way to treat someone who did pass a Wal-Mart to come to their store. Maybe next time they wont pass it.

This was my go to Walmart but lately I’ve had terrible experiences with the employees there.. extremely rude and will not even look at you to say hello. It’s sad to say but horrible customer service!!

In the self check line the workers eye you like your stealing stuff. How about you go make sure you have food on the shelves so I can buy them.

I have been shopping at this location for the last 10 years and it has been going downhill for the last couple of years. The lines are constantly long and many items are repeatedly out of stock.

Great employees alway help me to my car such a big help with 3 under 3 in tow.

The experience i had here was quite excellent!!! The emplyees there were well- mannered amd polite especially when greeting me at the entrance with a friendly smile amd makimg sure that i not be hesitant when it came to asking questions. Assistance was there when needed and when i did need it, the employees made sure my needs where fullfilled and were very helpful in doing so. At the registers, where i was also happily greeted, the cahiers knew how to engage and make great conversation. They were alert and attentive at all times and moved quickly but surely to ensure and easy and fast checkout. Since my experience was so great (as well as the prices), i will highly consider shopping here more often
