What can I say? It’s Publix where shopping is a pleasure! 😂 I had a taste for cheesecake and couldn’t find any anywhere so I went to Publix. It was ok. Probably wouldn’t get it again but it scratched my itch for it.

I come to this Publix once a month every month to do my WIC I get the exact same baby formula every single month. Today I had a very terrible experience. I am half Asian & half white. Today I went with my grandmother who is full-blown Asian does not speak very good English I myself speak perfect & fluent English. The woman doing my WIC stated that they do not except WIC which is very hard to believe because Publix is so well-known for being friendly with this type of thing. The big white woman brown hair manager comes over and tells us I’m not sure where you guys are from but if you cannot read English it is stated right here I’ll read it for you. These are the details of the WIC and we cannot help you today with that. Excuse me ma’am I speak perfect English I read English, I was born here in America, & no matter where I or my family are from, we understand the rules. I’ve never had an issue at this place until today, I will never be returning, & their corporate will definitely find out about this. This was over baby formula which clearly shows the name of the baby formula with the correct 12.5 oz. Never have I had an issue with & also a separate manager (a previous month) was training an employee and showed the employee everything of how to do enter Wic in their machine. She gave me no problems whatsoever with the exact same baby formula. My grandma does not live with & me she is vaccinated & does not wear masks; I am not vaccinated yet so I wear mask. The manager could not see my face only my grandmother — assuming I cannot read English.

The Lilburn Corners Publix was great! Store was very clean and organized with a great quality product selection... The time I visited the Lilburn Corners Publix, it was not overly crowded, easy to maneuver with quick check out... My visit to Publix @ Lilburn Corners was a pleasure and I will visit again, soon! Very disappointed. Tried to get a sub and some chicken tenders. My daughter got her tenders and they were charging $8 for 3 Chicken tenders ONLY! She tried to get back in line to ask but the lady ignored her. I was waiting in line for 15 minutes waiting to get a sub with one person in front of me that was getting a salad. Even the lady getting the salad was trying to figure out what was going on and why it was taking so long to get just a salad. I left without getting any food and set the tenders on the counter.

Very clean and well stocked. Employees were personable but they were busy so they had to be more direct on this visit and not really have too much extra conversation. ( Not a bad thing) Overall great experience!!

Attended job fair and had a great experience. Nice parking, unfortunately a lot of construction and have to walk carefully around the facility, but great facilities for conventions. Would go back.

Me Vickie in the deli department was so nice and patient with me today. Shoutout to the deli department you guys are amazing.

Pharmacist was extremely snarky and rude. She jumped into a conversation I was having with the other pharmacist about my missing script, telling me very rudely WE DONT HAVE IT ok cool so to this employee who tried to cause a scene, I was verifying I gave the Dr the right address and wanted to know how much they would be. How dare you assume and think that earns you entitlement to be rude to me. Wasnt even talking to you, I had to leave before my eyebrows caught on fire. I will be changing pharmacies to CVS bc I wont tolerate such trash behavior at Publix. I expect this at Walmart, not publix. Be better

Grandson stays with me for a while this summer. He had a light fever the other day, I was so worry and went to this Publix farmarcy ask the question. The lady seems very busy but she is so patience with me answered all my questions also helping me pick up the medicine I need. What a excellent job she had done to me. Thank you ?

Fried chicken was good but I had to pay for sauce. The macaroni salad was a tad bit on the sour side but it was still good. The store itself was very clean and the employees were nice and helpful. The restrooms were pretty clean for a grocery store.

The worst Publix for sandwiches. This is Not my usual Publix but my secondary one. I ordered an Italian she said “there’s no more Italian” Any other Publix would’ve said one minute while I slice some more. I had to ask for her to slice some more because I eat the Italian and we’re literally next to all the meats and slicers. She coped an attitude. Never seen any rude Publix employees ever in my life until tonight. The lady behind me was told sorry there’s no more bread. Not the store to go for the deli.

I have been shopping at the Lilburn Publix since prior to the housing crisis of 2007 and the management and staff have been helpful. Clean, well lit and convenient.

I used to give these guys a 5 star but recently dropped them to a 3 due to the 1 hour wait I stood in line for the last 3 times I went to buy deli food or sub sandwiches at the deli. Come on guys their was 3 ladies and one man just back there and one person was making sandwiches!! I was told the last time to call ahead so I tried that got there and I had no order even waiting I know what store I called too guys js..but otherwise fast cash lines always and an amazing fresh fruit and yogurt bar those ladies are on the job in that dept.The bakery is amazing too everything fresh ..

Staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and bright. I go here and other Publix locations often for their Sub sandwiches. At this particular Publix, the people in the deli who make the sandwiches are very friendly but EXTREMELY slow and have no sense of urgency when theyre working. They dont seem too happy to be working there. I hesitate to use their Deli area.

Always cashiers available with little wait time. Some things are a bit more expensive than other stores but the staff is always pleasant, the store is always clean and their meat, deli, produce and seafood is always fresh.

The wait for the deli was absurd. My fiancé and I were in line for approximately thirty minutes. When it was finally my turn, Mihkalia ( I may be misspelling her name) was making the sub in a pain-stakingly slow fashion. When she wrapped the sub, it was sloppy and toppings were spewing out of the wrapper. I asked her kindly to re-wrapped the sub. It was wrapped worse the second time. The sticker tab wouldn’t even close over the wrapper and the sub was left sticking out. Highly disappointed in the quality of the deli department. Shopping was not a pleasure at this location. Please do better.

One of the best grocery store in atlanta, always neat you can shop and check out in no time every one you pass by will greet you. Products are stocked properly, if they are out of something they will apologize and will tell when to expect it, this is way upscale store than any neighborhood grocery stores. Keep up the great work 💪

The people in the deli are some of the SLOWEST. Tried this one twice but a snail moves faster. If you want sandwiches in a timely manner, go to the Five Forks Publix.Update: 6/30 they hired new SLOWER people. God damn take 20 minutes to make two sandwiches.

Dont buy pork from this Publix, literally the Food Depot carries better cuts! If you do buy pork stay away from pork steaks and pork tenderloin, its not tender. Most of the cut turned out to be fat ridden in the wrong way no matter how it got cooked.

No sushi bar at this location, so their selection is slim, but everything else is wonderful! Folks are friendly, everything is fresh, and the pharmacy is spectacular.

Worst Publix i have been to fot hot food. Lady was mad cuz i order 50 wings. And didnt want to make me my order. so i had to take what they had on display. Smh. Too lazy to do her job.

I meticulously check dates on every product I purchase, I read labels. The few times Ive been to this store Ive noticed products 2 and 4 days past expiration. I shouldnt have to be this diligent or worried about a chain store. I now mostly avoid this store and drive further to other stores. Sorry, cant let this slide anymore, get your act together.

Great service and great place to buy groceries and bakery products.The quality is high and their milk standards are highest. I love their bakery products which has no comparison to others. The cakes are marvelous and can not find anywhere else. Their deli has large choice with fresh taste to it. Overall great place to buy then buying at walmart.

Ive been shopping at this location for seven years. Its a great store. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They carry a nice selection of different types of apples.The weekly BOGO sales are plentiful and useful.The folks working in the bakery and deli are really nice and helpful. Their sugar cookies should be a food group. Seafood, too. A lady I spoke to in the seafood department convinced me to try cooking up some raw shrimp and taught me how. They turned out great!There is a pretty good selection of international foods.I deducted one star because I found some rotten veggies during a recent visit. Also, yesterday, the man bagging my groceries found that my gallon of milk was leaking. I said to him, Thank you for getting me a new gallon. I never would have noticed that myself. He rolled his eyes and began speaking to the check out lady in loud Hindi. He did not offer to help me with my groceries. But, I can say thats the first time in seven years Ive encountered a rude employee here.

It’s 7pm right now... deli is open for another couple hours but literally every single time I come here for breaded wings after 6pm, they never have any. “35 minutes” to get some ready. No thanks. Management needs to do better.

Love this location, Ive been coming here for years. I cannot stand the man (bald headed man) who works in the bakery. His customer service and attitude are the absolute worst. Im even more upset at the special cake I ordered through the bakery last week woth special instructions. He calls me to tell me I basically ordered something else versus honoring the minor modifications (swapping buttercream for cream cheese and adding coconut) Simple enough but he verifies only for me to go pay for this cake, take it to the event and find out he did none of what I asked except sprinkle a few coconut shreds in the side of the cake. A total waste of money, I cant stand having to even go to the bakery section because his attitude is HORRIBLE!

They are always kind and helpful at this location.
