I bought some paint (6 gallons + primer) over Labor Day weekend and the manager, Jason, was very helpful. He was patient in answering all of my questions and gave me helpful suggestions and tips. You can tell that he really knew his product inside and out.

I came in right before closing time looking for 15 gallons of paint. Eric was friendly and very helpful in choosing the right finish, and when he realized that his store was a little short on the number of gallons I needed, he called another local store and asked them if they would wait a few minutes for me to get over there. Super awesome service from Eric!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I had to stain some cedar on my house with a shade of brown. The salesman pointed us to a color chart online. Ordered the Brown, opened it, and its gray. $60 and they dont take returns because of the virus. Another guy at the store said the colors on the chart we looked at on the internet arent the same as the store in Libertyville. Thanks for having us pick out the wrong color, now I have a $60 gallon of garbage!!!!!

Love this Sherwin-Williams. The people know their products and are eager to assist. Sherwin-Williams has great paint and the prices are reasonable. Paints are mixed correctly the first time and every time. You dont get that from the big box stores. At one time, I only used Benjamin Moore but not only are the paints more expensive for similar quality, but the staff is not nearly as helpful and friendly. Sherwin-Williams Libertyville all the way!

Maggie, the Color consultant is the reason I came back in and purchased paint. She was fantastic. I initially showed her palette color I liked on Pinterest and room layout (pics and drawings). I Bought samples right away. The colors were FANTASTIC! I went back to SW the next day to purchase 6 gallons of paint.
