Called for an estimate on shower door (website shows they install them) and was told they only do full remodels. I said OK and went on looking for a contractor. Then I started getting telemarketing calls from them. When I say I only need a shower door, they tell me unfortunately we dont do that. Yes. I know. STOP CALLING ME.

I had both of my bathrooms done by Bath Planet on the same day by two installation teams. One bathroom was a tub to shower conversation, and the installer doing this work was on time and prepared for the job and easy to work with. The other bathroom was a shower replacement. The installation team doing this bathroom was not on time, not prepared, always on their cell phone and not cooperative at all. They refused to remove the existing tile on the walls and put up the Green Board that I paid for as the contract called for. They insisted on putting the new shower walls over the tile and telling me it would be much stronger. I told both of the installers to stop working as I was going to cancel the project because they were not doing the work as per the contract. A call was placed to the office and the installer finally agreed to remove my old tile and put in the Green Board that I paid for and do the job as the contract called for.The job took all day they left a mess in my garage as that is where they need to cut the materials. There was also a mess in my home from where they did not keep the drop cloth in place or cover thing with one.After the curing process when we went to use the showers, we found the doors did not seat correctly and left pools of water on the floor of the bathroom, the water did not drain properly which caused red mold to form on the floor of the shower. The floor of the showers are not slip proof, and we have had a fall already. I have called the company to try to get these things resolved but have never gotten a call back. This company is very willing to charge a lot of money, but when things go wrong, they are nowhere to be found to fix them. The great reviews are all bought. I got an email asking me to give them a great review and I would get a $25.00 Amazon Gift Card. As you can see, I did not take them up on their offer. Buyer Beware!!

Im literally amazed one guy completely renovated my bathtub and the surrounding walls in one day, and it looks great. We couldnt be happier and at a price in line with other quotes we got that didnt include tearing out/replacing the walls or lifetime warranty with free caulk maintenance. Very pleased.

I am amazed at the information that was passed on from some of the most talented people in the industry. Bath Planet went all out to make sure there vendors got the most out of the seminar. Absolutely amazing facility and employees that seriously care about making people’s homes a better place to live by upgrading there bathrooms at an affordable price! Highly recommended

Had a Salesman come to the house. At first very friendly, but that changes when I told him more than a couple of times that we where not going to make a decision right then and there, and others will be quoting. Salesman very aggressive, then became rude. Pricing was outrageous to say the least. Curtain rod for $239.00, Moving a drain 1 1/2 foot $400, Shower base $2,957, New valves and chrome fixtures $1,170 etc etc total was $11,096. At first willing to give military discount, but afterward stated that they did not give military discount. Avoid this company at all costs! This project was just to take out the old bath, and put in a shower. Not all that difficult.

My new walk in shower from Bath Planet, its to die for. Love the River Rock pattern I picked. All went so smoothly from Ron to David I couldn`t be happier. Give them a call you wont be sorry. Thanks Bath Planet

Great service. Replaced tub shower combination with a walk in shower. Beautiful results. Salesman was very professional. No high pressure tactics and very helpful in picking out colors that would compliment existing paint and furnishings.

I am the Marketing Event Coordinator from a dealer of Bath Planet. We are making lots of revenue thanks to BCI sending Eric to Central Florida, who trained me on how to run the shows, as well as, how to run the numbers once the show was over. We also received help from JD and Mark who also came down to Central Florida just to help us get better. We really appreciate all of their help and hard work.

I have to say that the quality of the installation by Ron is very good. However, beware! DO NOT accept the first price the estimator gives you. They will keep reducing the price until you sign. And they included $450 to remove and re-install my vanity which the installer didnt do. However, the office only offered a $75 refund, because the whole project was discounted. And, of course, I dont have proof of the individual item pricing because the estimator didnt leave me a copy. Just beware.

The BathPlanet representatives are very thorough in providing us with the most information about their shower and tub remodeling products. I would recommend this company’s products to anyone interested in improving the look of their bathroom.

Absolutely the worst consumer experience of my life. IUnlicensed plumbers, did not get a permit for the work and I was charged for it by my town building inspector They started 10 days ago and are still not finished. Buyer Beware.
