Being my daughter and I had Covid last October and still suffering, it was so nice to see a group of professionals wearing and requiring masks. Also, I was gotten in quickly and the Optometrist and assistant were kind and understanding of my dizziness and balance issues due to Covid.

I gave 2 Stars only because Dr. Brewer is great, but otherwise this place has gone downhill. We have been patients for about 4 years, and it is definitely not the same. Upcharging patients and absolutely no selection for kids, and then to tell a patient that they could not possibly tell patients that they changed services and patients would be paying more out of pocket upfront, to ask that was just absurd according to the lady in the back. For perspective, my 8 year olds glasses at this office were going to cost about $400 with insurance, I took the prescription to Winston and paid $15 for the same glasses..... Seriouly a money racket now, and it is such a shame because the docs are great!!

The staff at Triangle Visions are some of the best I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Checking in was a breeze, and my doctor was incredibly kind, informative, and took my concerns seriously. When selecting my glasses, they were honest and helpful about what frames would work best. The turnaround time was quicker than any doctor I have been to for glasses as well.The service at Triangle Eye is incredible and the best my family has ever received. I was very pleased with the quality of the staff from the front desk to Dr. Brewer and Jessica in the optical office. Everyone is so friendly and cordial. They have a great selection of glasses.

This optometrist is out of network for me, but I use them anyway. I have been very pleased with both of my exams. Dr. Brewer is thorough, and takes time to answer all of my questions. They also ensure that you pick the right frames and lenses. These are great people to trust with your vision needs.

Walked in and was greeted promptly, the assistants were friendly and professionally. The doctor was patient with all my questions and concerns and very thorough. I will be returning.

Dr Gesford is wonderful. I have been a patient at Triangle Visions for almost 20 years, through several changes in doctors. Both current doctors do a superb job of explaining what is going on with my rather complicated eye problems. Dr Hillary has seen me the most recently and has taken the extra steps to ensure I was aware of the things to look out for should the condition get worse. I appreciate her willingness to explain everything simply and answer all my questions. I highly recommend Triangle Visions!!

Lexington Location: Both eye doctors were great. Dr. Gesford was wonderful with my children. The office staff not so much. The manager especially would not even let my son get his glasses adjusted without a mask. Both of my kids had previously been in without a mask to get their exam. They have collectively lost their minds over this virus when you discriminate and treat a 12 year old boy like a leper because he cannot wear a mask. The office manager and staff were super rude over this issue. I had to call their corporate office and still the issue was not resolved to my liking. I was going to try them again because my kids liked the doctor so much, but they no longer accept our insurance so I am left to find a new eye doctor anyway. Meant to be I guess! I do not recommend these people as a whole. The Thomasville location was not much better when we tried to get his glasses adjusted a second time because the Lexington office didnt do it right the first time.

All the staff was so friendly.They really take precautions and other patients health seriously.I was temp scanned and asked to use hand sanitizer.While waiting I saw the receptionist clean seats others were just using.My doctor was fantastic.Answered all my questions and v really took the time to make sure I understood the whole process.Selecting my glasses I will be getting was a breeze. Everything was explained to me and finally settling on a frame I will like.There was no pressure, no need to feel hurried.I would recommend Triangle Visions Optometry .to everyone that needs vision services.

I had an issue with my eye and needed an appointment as soon as possible. Triangle Visions in Lexington worked me in within 24 hours of my phone call. They were prompt and courteous; I was finished with my appointment in around 30 minutes. I was relieved it was only a burst blood vessel.

They are charging you for an additional test and calling it your co pay. When I addressed that I did not have a co pay, as I had talked to the Triangle vision corporate billing office and my insurance company, they became ugly. I was told if I did not pay for the test then I had to have my eyes dilated. When I informed them that I did not have to have any test I chose not to have she became even uglier telling me I did not have a choice. I then told them to cancel my appointment as I was not playing their game. Drove right down the street to Eye Center and was treated with respect and was not lied to about a co pay in fact they even pulled up my eye insurance page to make sure what they were telling me was correct. I would give them less than one star but it will not allow me to.

This place has become corporate and is no longer a family owned practice like in the past. The staff up front and the assistant for the exam however, does great and tries. This place overall has changed and I have tried to give them a shot but have been disappointed with the service for the price.

I just recently went for my eye appointment. I am multiple sclerosis patient. So having my eyes checked is very important. Went through my visit with the doctor just fine. Of course I need a new prescription. No big news.Go back to the lady selling the glasses. She upset me so bad I had to leave and cried in my car. Because I am on a fixed income I can’t afford to pay. 450.00 for glasses. I tell her I’m sorry it’s just to expensive for me. She then preceded to tell me “ well maybe you need to go look for so charity to help you. I was so upset I left . She the preceded to tell me well you owe for a test. I told her I knew. That and I was prepared to pay that. She said just making sure. I left in tears and she wouldn’t give me my prescription. I will never go back how can you make someone cry over being on a fixed income.

The experience that I had dealing with triangle visions was very good. My daughter had to do eye therapy there and all of the staff was very helpful with any problems or questions that we faced. Kristin did an amazing job with my daughter at every visit. She instantly took to my daughter and realized how to help her along. I couldnt have asked for anyone any better.

This place is beyond incredible!!! my daughter is mildly to moderately autistic. She is terrified of eye drops coming near her eye. We had to leave her last eye care cause she was treated badly when she had meltdowns due to this. Not only this place didnt need to dilate her eyes using the eye drops. The entire staff was extremely friendly and comforting to my daughter. I was nearly in tears when I left at how kind she was treated. The doctor asked her questions to ease her anxiety. She felt so at ease and we breezed thru what in the past has been impossible. Thank you to the entire staff of this incredible place!@

Poor customer service. From making appointment to requesting hard copies twice of prescriptions, the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing. Doctor was quite pleasant but the entire staff left sour taste in my mouth. Will not be returning.

The technician who did the initial examination. Was very professional and pleasant. The doctor also. Even the check out was very enlightening. She was knowledgeable as far as coverage and my future needs in eye glasses. A very good office visit.

Excellent care provided by all of the staff members here. Doctors take the time to answer your questions and listen to your concerns. Staff in the glasses department take the time to make sure you have the best pair of glasses for your face shape as well as your needs. Also make sure they fit properly. I always recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.

I was happy to find a new generation of Moores ready to serve me and my family. We have enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere and are glad to see it continuing with the change of name. Great experience very friendly staff. from the front desk to the back. Dr. Brewer and his assistant was very upbeat, friendly, funny and full of smiles that really made my 11 year old daughter Abilene feel comfortable during her eye exam. The staff especially Jessie at the optometry store where we picked out her next pair of glasses was awesome. She was so patient with my picky daughter and really helped and worked with me to find the best deal on glasses that fit my budget. Thank you!!

Just an all around good experience. Love the photo machine that takes a photo of the back of your eyes that keeps you from using eye dilation drops. My wife loves Hilary. She has really taken good care of my wife. She has an infection in one of her eyes, and Dr. Gesford has been great. I see Dr. Brewer, and he is awesome, as well.

Was never really satisfied with my glasses...especially the bifocals

Such an awesome place. I haven’t had an eye exam in years and I didn’t know what to expect when I got there. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The total experience was smooth, fast, and awesome. The doctor I had was very nice and she answered all my questions. All of those I was able to speak to were very kind too and the lady who helped me with selecting my prescription safety glasses was very helpful and nice too. I would recommend Triangle Visions Optometry in Lexington to anyone. This is a great place to go.

I was a little apprehensive about going in as it had been so long since I’d been seen, but they were absolutely great! Everyone from the appointment setter to the doctor to the women in the back that helped me pick out new frames, they were all super friendly and helpful! Definitely will be going back!

Triangle vision has been a wonderful place. My son was in the vision therapy portion and his eyes have improved so much. Sara, his therapist there, has been wonderful. She was always calm even when my son was being difficult. This is a great program to have your child or family member in.

I wont be returning to this establishment. I paid a high price for a pair of glasses that broke. They broke once under warranty and they fixed them. they broke again two weeks after the warranty expired and they wouldnt fix them or do anything and wouldnt give me my prescription without expecting me to pay for another eye exam. I went four months without glasses thanks to these folks. If you want to pay too much for stuff that breaks come here.

Wonderful experience at Triangle Vision. We use them for everyone in our family. My daughter was so thankful to no longer have to have the drops in her eyes since they have the computer scan that looks at your eye health. We appreciate everyone’s caring attitudes from the front desk to the back where they help with glasses and contacts. Very knowledgeable optometrist who care about your vision and comfort.

Quality care, everyone professional and polite

Very thorough exam with modern equipment. All the staff and the doctor are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Picking out new glasses was also a very good experience. Highly recommend them.

We have nothing but good things to say about triangle visions. Everyone there is always very curteous and has a smile on their face. Kristin and Sarah in the vision therapy department are wonderful. My daughter was not thrilled that she had to go to vision therapy every week but because of how much she liked them she actually enjoyed it. They did a great job with her therapy and it has made a huge difference. I highly recommend triangle visions for anyone needing vision therapy.

Our son is 5 years old and has been going to the opthamologist since he was 2. Recently Triangle Visions took over in place of Moore Eye Care. We were unsure at first because our son was used to the doctors prior to the take over but everything went smoothly. They were so patient with him and did everything to make him feel comfortable. I have trusted Moore Eye Center with my eye care for many years. The staff is amazing. They always make you feel comfortable and like you are a good friend. They explain any procedures in depth with you. They go out of their way to make your visit pleasant. All doctors here are top notch and they know their business. It has been great seeing their son and his wife join the practice. They are all so great that it doesnt matter which doctor you see as they are all so great and friendly. I have to go every 4 months due to a health condition and I wouldnt trust my eye health to any other practice.

This rating has absolutely nothing to do with the Optometrists. Very happy with Dr. Brewer. It has everything to do with Triangle Visions operations. This operation is more about making money than the care of patients. Many added charges since now part of a chain.

Its not like going to the doctor at all, its like visiting friends and family. The doctors and staff are so friendly. This is no drive through eye exam, the doctors spend time talking with you, addressing any concerns,and checking more than eyesight by examining your overall eye health as well. Its refreshing to have a doctor who cares. I highly recommend this practice.

Fast, friendly service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I got both contacts and a pair of glasses. Doctors knew their stuff and the ladies in the back for glasses were the sweetest.

The overall experience was good. The only problem I had was the parking situation. When I arrived there were no parking spaces in the lot so I went next door and was told that I would be towed if I left my car there. As it turned out there were employees parked in the customer lot and another lady and myself had to wait for them to move their cars so we could park. All of this happened on a rainy, cold day.I saw Dr. Brewer who was very nice and helpful. I was even able to get new glasses at a reasonable price since they had some that were on special. I like my new glasses and will continue to use Triangle Visions but I hope they do something about the parking situation.

I have been going to Triangle Visions (Moore Optical) for several years and when they changed the name (and must have changed a number of the staff) and I put off going until my Primary Care Physician keeps after me to go quite a number of times, I finally break down and call and make me an appointment. To me, they “look down their noses at you, (from the receptionist to the optometrists) you are uncomfortable and I am planning on going elsewhere this year for my eye exam. I know we are encouraged to stay (and buy) local but until we are SHOWN our business is actually appreciated, I will continue to go to Winston-Salem and Salisbury because every where I go they ACTUALLY APPRECIATE your business! I am sure Triangle Vision hates they ever sent me a request for a “request for a review”. God Bless

The visit went well with the Dr. It was when I went to pick out my glasses and then decided to wait due to a terrible price they gave me for glasses. . I called back to get my prescription and Still no response in over 2 months. I then received a bill with a balance I have already paid. Forget calling because I have done that, and left several messages with no response. A call back is all I wanting. I wanted my prescription and to resolve the issue with billing. All I get is a voicemail. Left several messages and no call back. I feel this is unacceptable customer service.

The receptionists went above and beyond to help me when 1st my appointment wasnt set in the computer (no fault of theirs I made it online) then my insurance tried to deny it stating I had already had an eye exam this month. They straightened it all for me and I was seen.Everyone including the Dr. Was super nice!

Worst Customer Service I’ve experienced at an eye care center! Please hire someone to answer phones patients shouldn’t have to call for 2 hours off an on just to be prompted to leave a message. Contacts supposedly ordered for me over 2 weeks ago... where are they???? I don’t have a clue because your office can’t pick up a call 😡😡😡

Had eye exam today. 10/10/17. Dr. Frye was great. Had to get glasses, but they have a nice selection and the young lady was very helpful in choosing the best ones. Very satisfied. Looking forward to getting my glasses.

Ive been coming to Moores for several years, and always have had a good visit.The staff are all friendly, courteous, even kind. I come in every six months to monitor the growth of cataracts, and discuss other eye issues, and Im never rushed in and out.Id recommend this Eye Center hands down if someone is needing a new eye doctor.Donna

The Dr was nice and the visit was thorough however I would like to know ahead of time about the copay and the visit was too long. My son and I arrived at 335. We were not seen until after 4 and then the visit was over after 5. The visit was almost two hours.

I have been going to Moore Optometric Eye Center for many years. I have never had a bad experience there. I have always been treated with the greatest respect by the doctors and all the staff. I would recommend this facility to anyone who should ask. I will continue to go there for all my eye care needs.

After having a bad experience at the Eye Care Group in Lexington, I was initially skeptical about trying out another practice. I started out by phoning Moore Eye Center to schedule an eye exam for the upcoming week. The exam itself went by in a timely manner. Everyone involved in my exam gave me the best care and utmost respect. They listened to my concerns. The office is very up to date and clean. The ladies in the optical department were awesome as well. I will continue to go here for my care and refer my friends & family as well. This is the best Eye Care Center in Lexington hands down.

A year ago I had a eye exam and got a pair $200 without insurance. Came back a year later for my yearly eye appointment with insurance and still had to pay $171 out of pocket and still could not afford to get the blue light put on my glasses it would cost me over $200.My six-year-old daughter had eye exam done in September and we are on the same insurance and had the same thing done the both of us at our appointment. It cost us $179 that was with the exam and putting scratch resistance and that blue light on her glasses.Me and my husband feel like I was overcharged at my appointment and I should have been able to get that blue light put on my glasses for about the same price we paid for my daughter because my glasses were covered by insurance and we had to pay a little bit on my daughters lasses cuz they werent fully covered by insurance cuz they were little bit more than what I got. 🤔

I will never go to another optometrist after the years of great service i have had with Moore eye center. They are the best in my opinion. If you havent tried them then you need to. Great service and the staff is always very friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sandra and Dr. James for 25+ years. Awesome doctors and people who care about their patients. I am sure that there have been times that wait times were longer than expected but that can happen anywhere due to the unexpected. Other than that I have had no complaints and would never go anywhere else for my eye care. Cant recommend them enough :)

After going to the Moores for many years with wonderful service can not believe the difference since Triangle Vision and the new Drs took over. I have been there three times and each one has been a horrible experience and my glasses are still not correct. Saw Dr Hillary and then Dr Brewer. First glasses were so strong I could not see out of them. Then Dr Brewer rechecked and promised to get plugs in to treat my dry eyes in a few days and it has been three weeks or more and heard nothing. Finally was able to get an appointment to take care of my dry eye problem out of town. Dr checked my eyes and said my prescription was still not correct. Parked in the lot to go drop off papers across the street. Following this I was going in to make an appointment. Instead a worker came out yelling that I couldnt park there unless I was doing business there. I was going to make an appointment but not after that rude treatment

My family has had vision care here and my son attended and completed vision therapy for a lazy eye. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The eye doctors were amazing! Dr. Hilary Gesford was so kind, extremely intelligent and very knowledgeable about what she was doing, and most importantly she was so kind to my son. Our vision therapists were Sara and Alyssa. They were always so nice to us and so very patient with my ADHD son. This means the world to me. Because of their hard work, my son’s vision has improved as well as his hand eye coordination. We can really tell a difference in his accuracy hitting baseballs for sports as well. A million thank you’s to Triangle Vision and their team!!! So amazing and would highly recommend!!

Customer service is horrible at the Lexington office, they have no compassion for customers the moment I walked too the front desk the lady was rude and confrontational which made me uncomfortable!

Over the years my husband and I have trusted the Moores with our eye health. They have always taken the time to give us the up most care. I would highly recommend Moore Eye Center.
