Excellent customer service today while scheduling my first appointment here.Linda, I believe was her name, was very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to my visit. First impressions mean a lot.

So you can got to Wal-mart and purchase a big screen TVs or BBQ grills but you cant order freaking glasses unless its an emergency. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. OK Ill just wait till they break and go 3 weeks without anything because of your corporate greed and stupidity.

My experience with the optican and with the techs there have been nothing short of awesome. Both were very professional, caring, and very helpful. I returned my glasses after one day because they laid on my face too much. It was because of the particular frame I had chosen. They helped me choose a more suitable frame and got right on changing them out.Thanks to the Walmart family!

Poor customer service today when I picked up my glasses. The woman just handed them to me with offer of making adjustments to them. is is just me or is it not accustomed to ensure proper of glasses without having to ask?

I really love the vision center here, they always answer the phone when Ive called and been super nice. The Dr takes his time and doesnt make you feel he is rushing through the exam he makes sure everything is right . Any concerns and they listen .

I have been on hold for almost 15 mins with no answer at all. Does anyone even work at this damn place or not
