Eric went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. My husband bought me some shoes yesterday and they didn’t fit so I went to exchange them. I was trying to speak with the person that helped him yesterday because I know he was looking at shoes and there was no size 11. Eric was not the person that helped him, but went back and checked the camera to see what shoes he picked up and we found him the perfect shoes And reserved and paid for them and I went and picked them up from the grapevine location

The gentleman that were up front were really nice and polite to every customer that walked in.. as much people that come in just to window shop they keep a good attitude..

Every time I pick up a reserved, popular, newly dropped pair of sneakers from this branch they give me a defective pair. It’s been the third time that the sneakers again have a defect. This does not happen from other branches. It’s starting to feel like the staff here pre-selects the sneakers. For what reason? We’ll just have to use our imagination.

They didn’t have the shoe I wanted, but the young man with the dreads was more than helpful with making sure I was good! It always help to have a sneakerhead employee because I was willing to buy more shoes, but I wasn’t sure of the longevity. Go to this store! Both of the young men working here are kind and helpful!

Great experience! Not very busy which is good for being able to shop without so many people in the store and being able to still have the product you want without being sold out 👍

They have great products for the best price and you can try the shoes on and everything. I buy all my lebrons and free runs here which I use for all my sports and they are all high quality and give you a good preview of the shoes you are buying. I have a five minute and fifty seven second mile and I support this store and use it for all my products. 5 stars.

The manager at this location told me that he was unable to do a refund because he did not have enough cash. He did however say he could do store credit ... I personally find it unacceptable that a chain as big as footlocker would not supply their locations with an adequate amount of money to initiate a refund on a pair of shoes ( purchased yesterday never been worn) I do not find this acceptable I look forward to talking with the district manager about this problem Granted that he calls me.
