Love buying secondhand and Goodwill did it the best. Now everything in this store is individually priced just under retail value. Some items are priced over retail value and are clearly broken. I dont know whos in charge now but they lost my business.

This location appears to be new and not open yet. The building is also new inside. Update: I stopped by here to bring my family members to their favorite store for goodies. Today, Tuesday, is 25% off for seniors. Thursday is 25% off for military members. There were several workers inside this store that were bringing items for the customers to see and purchase. I had to hunt for items that were acceptable in size for my father, but we found a few items. Each of the workers appeared to be knowledgeable and moving inventory around from the back to the sales floor. It also appears that the workers we constantly moving, working, helping, and seemed to enjoy the work. This positive feel made them more approachable for my senior parents. They said they enjoyed the inventory within the store as they shopped. The parking lot in full size with spaces that are easy to access. Even though there are multiple number of handicap parking spots available, there is no wheelchair nor motorized scooter available inside the store. The doors are accessible for the disabled customer who would try to enter the front doorway with their own scooter or chair.

Goodwill is underrated! I like to shop and I like a great deal even more. Thats what I find at Goodwill. Dishes, clothes in great condition, and books too. All this without breaking the bank. Now, that is a fun day to me!

Hands down, the cleanest, quietest, most organized Goodwill Ive EVER been in. Id gladly stop in again!!! Employees were friendly! Didnt find what I went in hoping to find, but walked out with 2 treasures nonetheless!

First visit to Lewisville Goodwill. Not allowed to use dressing rooms and no returns, no refunds. Prices higher than other thrift stores, $6 for a top, $7 for purses.

Well every time is worse then the last one!! Im being costumer for years and seems like the employees are mad because we go to shopping in there!!! Meaby they dont get paid well, watching how the prices are so high !!! Bad, bad 😑😑, they dont want to open the dressing rooms but not for covid!! They say people make a mess !! Really???

Racks $5.99 and $6.99 for used clothes? They asked if I wanted to round up my change. I kindly said no thank you. There is a reason Im am shopping at the thrift store. Unfortunately at this time every penny counts. I sign my receipt and he rounded it up anyways. Do yourself a favor go down the street to Thrift Giant get yourself some real savings, its wayyyyyyy bigger, and can get triple the amount of quality items for the same price.

This is a fairly new store. It is well maintained, for a second-hand store. The staff are very helpful and friendly! The dressing rooms are clean and spacious. The store is well lit. There is handicap parking and a handicap entrance available. I always find something that I need here and its usually in very good condition. ☺👍👍

Grabbed 3 jeans to try on, super excited. Then they wouldn’t let me in a dressing room with my baby stroller. Unacceptable. I put the jeans back and walked out saying, wish I could try these on! No one said a thing. This is ridiculous, and I will never be back or recommend this place. What am I supposed to do with my baby in a stroller? Leave her outside the dressing room??

I am not surprised to see that more than one person has had a negative experience with Liz or Elizabeth.We did, too.Liz practically bullied the two employees she was with, one of which was leaving for the night, when we came to the front to make our small purchases.As Emily rang up my 3 items (a pair of shoes, and 2 bed risers), Liz casually walked by and told Emily to change the price of my bed risers from the marked .99cents to 3.99 for the pair! I protested this obvious price increase, and was told Thats the price, because there are more in the back that are unopened, and thats their price.She then pointed at the slightly askew price tag and practically accused me of swapping the tags, for a better deal, saying it was clear those price tags had been tampered with. I told her that wasnt my fault, and she replied very rudely with Well thats the price, see these have been opened and then someone moved these price tags...Tampered with price tags are not the fault of the customer, EVER. Secondly, if one price tag was tampered with, why was the other in perfect condition? (Please see the accompanying image, and this tampered with price tag.)Regardless of the couple dollars difference, ELIZABETH DELIBERATELY OVERCHARGED ME FOR MY ITEMS. I was not given the advertised price, for my items.Emily was kind, and seemed very uncomfortable with the whole situation. It was as if she knew what Liz was doing was wrong. She should be commended, for putting up with Liz for any amount of time.Is this how you do business, Goodwill?-Cat O.

They have really nice stuff. When I go to drop off items they are always helping when unloading the car as well. The staff is really nice too!

Clean and well stocked. Prices are higher on a lot of items than new in store. That being said I try to remember why I thrift shop. Re-use, recycle and helps community. Paperback books charged $.89 but signage clearly states $2 hardback $.50 paperbacks.

I have donated constantly to Round Grove location in Lewisville. I shop there at least twice a week. I went in today to bid on an auction item today. There was a line so I got in it at 3:24. By the time I it got to me, I stepped up and the clock went from 3:29 to 3:30. The manager would not take my bid. Understand that I will NEVER donate another penny or household item to GW. I will take it all to CCA from now on. Horrific management!!

Would give this store a zero we picked up a silver lamp that was $2.99 and get to the cash register and the woman gives us attitude and says lamps are not 2 99 its 5.99, the price was clearly on there. I get busy is slow but no need to be rude to ur customers that have donated and try to support.

Not exactly sure who the Little pony tailed Asian kid is, but he was quite literally following me around giving off the I think youre trying to steal sh#t vibe. I found a couple things that had no price tags on them, which is entirely typical at a Goodwill, and when I asked him about the price he told me an absurd price to which I smirked! He then proceeded to question me as to whether I didnt like his price or not... This is what you can come to expect from Goodwill and unfortunately this location seems to have gone to sh#t very quickly!! Dont have very high expectations whatsoever!

Very nice and friendly people working at this Goodwill. Its a new location and has been open for 4 months ... first things I noticed when I walked in was that its very clean and organized. Theres a lot variety there in great condition with good finds.

Manager Elizabeth was very unprofessional. She came by and accused us of dropping clothes and not picking them up. We overheard the other employees saying its those same girls referring to me and my daughter. Weve never been to this location before. I mentioned this to Elizabeth after being very rude to us and arguing with me about her assuming we were the ones dropping the close. Why would an employee/ manager ever argue with a guest.The staff should be striving to prove the ultimate guest expiriencce. I guess they didnt care to do that today.

I love thrifting and usually expect merchandise to be a mess. However walking into here felt like I was at a department store. Extremely impressed by the cleanliness and courtesy of staff. 11/10

It would be AWESOME if they could put maternity clothes in their own little section. It just took time going through all the clothes to find (or not find) what maternity clothes might be there.

I stopped in on Christmas Eve, 2017, and the lady announced that everything is 50% off via the intercom.We loaded up our cart with clothes thinking that we would get the 50% off.Upon checking out, there was no 50% discount applied to our purchase. When I brought the issue up with the lady, she was rude and arrogant and stated that the 50% only applied to certain tags. Keep in mind that she didnt mention this on the intercom.I left infuriated.

Staff friendly, store nice and organized from what I went through- I did not check out the clothes. Had good selection and while some things could have been cheaper I still came out with a great deal on the stuff I bought 🙂

Store is new ...actually nice on the inside...bathrooms were freshly cleaned seems they clean an each day...both times I visited were when they first opened the doors and both times someone was clean ing bathrooms...

Very nice selection of gently used clothes, housewares, electronics and many other items, with really great pricing. And, it all goes back to helping others ... Wonderful!
