Nick was an awesome sales associate I love coming to this location the manager was also awesome they made me feel great as a customer. They both were helpful,kind, outgoing, professional, just went over and beyond as sales representatives. They will be the reason I continue to be a customer at their store. Nick was fantastic, literally deserves a raise. He helped my mom with all her questions. He was super informative and very professional. I am with at&t from 15 years. I would avoid this place in future. Went to exchange iphone here. Representative had no knowledge of the process. Didnt know why 128gb XR backup wont fit in 128gb iphone 13. So I asked him for 256gb as exchange. Halfway through return when I asked about shipping cost, he said no shipping cost but there is restocking fee even though I am returning it because I needed higher storage. Couldn’t you tell me in the beginning? Fine, I’ll pay $55. Took 15 minutes to complete return. Then he said, all done. I asked him what about the tax difference you need to charge me? Oh yeah, right. Let me charge you tax on entire purchase and will refund you earlier tax later. We can’t just charge the difference. May be the fancy iPad didnt have calculator. Of course you will take my money one way or other. On top of that, this guy didn’t have decency to say ‘Thank you’ for reminding about tax. Another guy jumps in as well to intimidate me saying earlier tax will be return depending on your bank and blah blah.

Judd was extremely helpful. Needed two new phones and he was excellent to deal with. Also needed help reseting a voicemail on one of my lines. The other corporate store told me to dial 611 which after 50 minutes ended with me being hung up on. Judd fixed my voicemail in minutes.

Had to replace the wall charger and charging cable on an older model cell phone. Was concerned that it wouldnt be available/in stock. Never fear, I didnt have to wait very long, and was able to get what I needed and be on my way. This location employs lots of young staff, but Ive always been treated with respect and courtesy here. Wish this philosophy was followed at more places. Always helpful!

No Stars? Impatient, unhelpful, and lazy. My sister even said the employee helping us was mumbling about us his breathe. He claimed he could help us then said he couldn’t do anything. The store manager played “bystander” and didn’t try to help. Don’t waste you time and just go straight to their sister store down the street by target.

It was great until the sales rep that assisted was adding insurance to our line without our knowledge and we asked to remove it I felt he got a bit upset cause we didn’t have a need for it as the phone comes with a 1 year warranty and we have spare phones Incase something was to happen. It’s okay to recommend a product but never push it to a customer that does not require it. Please use this as a training opportunity.

My fiancé’s grandmother went to this location a few days ago and was completely blown off. She was asking about her upgrade eligibility and replacing her iPad. She was told she was not eligible for an upgrade and she was “out of luck” with her iPad. After creating her an online account. I learned she has been eligible for an upgrade for both her phone AND iPad. We went into this location together so that I can help explain her wants and help her understand. We were “helped” by Judd. And it was the WORST SERVICE I have ever received from AT&T. He completed ignored her want for a new iPad, gave no explanation of the difference in products and said she couldn’t trade in her current phone. She insisted on paying the phone in full but pushed and pushed for her to add installments. His mood and tone were terrible and he rolled his eyes 4 times. She is older and doesn’t understand much but I can only imagine how she was and would’ve been treated had she try to do this alone.

I went to this store for assistance with my phone and received “assistance” from Michael. Michael was extremely rude and dismissive to my concerns and needs as a customer. His accusatory and condescending tone was unmerited. It was very evident he was not interested in assisting me with my issue and was only interested in his version of the issue and why it was being caused. Michael should put himself in the customers shoes and imagine how he would feel if he were in my situation. Michael isnt a good representation of what it means to provide good customer service. I was so frustrated I just had to leave before I lost my temper and went TF off! I am so beyond disappointment with AT&T and it’s no wonder they are losing customers left and right when they employ people like Michael.

Its a hit and miss when it comes to there customer service. I had been with AT&T for years but these past two times did it for me. There customer service lacks professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness. When I spoke with the manager of my concern he looked less interested in what I said. So I took my business to a competitor.

I went to this store for a much needed phone upgrade and Chris said to go read about the phones because they were robbed and didn’t have any phones on display. It was very off putting the way I wasn’t helped and explained differences in phones or even given a recommendation.I waited a while for him to come back and help but instead there were about 4 or 5 employees that were too busy standing around and talking on the other side of the store (I was the only customer in the store) so I walked out and went to the other location down the road by target.I had the best service in this location and got my new phone along with accessories.In a way I should be thankful because I was able to get great service at the other other location along with a great deal on the extras that I bought.

I purchased a phone for my daughters who’s phone was stolen. The salesperson at the time help to get the phone kept the same number. But when the bill came it charged me the full line charge, customer support give me no help saying you have to go to the store to get the refund. So I did the manger was no help. They lie to you and tie you to the contract. Don’t ever come to this store! Too late over 14days!

Absolutely hated how little they cared about helping us in the Lewisville store. We have had AT& T for many years with five phones on the acct yet no one would even talk to me and the person that finally waited on my daughter told her she needed to buy a new phone when we clearly had insurance. They didn’t acknowledge it until my husband went up there a few days later. They definitely took advantage of my Daughter. Very unprofessional!!!

I am hesitant to say anything negative regarding AT&T. Personally, I use the services myself and I do tell everyone whom I come in contact with to go with AT&T over any other phone carrier after giving my own personal experience with previous carriers.In regards of this location, well, no matter what the reason or purpose is for visiting any business the proper training should be provided.Except for the 1st visit back in back Store management needs to provide the proper training and the skills to all employees when hired. U felt for the girl but needed to make an in store payment by closing. I use my debit card but was unable toAT&T is great for home and/ or cellular services.

Fast and friendly service. It serves as a proxy for dealing with AT&T so I cant speak highly about the actual corporation but the employees try their best to accommodate you. Took about 45 minutes to set up an account, purchase a premium flagship phone, and put together a monthly plan.

Completely horrible experience since I betrayed Verizon for the false promises of AT&T. They tell you if you break your contract and switch over, that AT&T will pay the remaining device payoff balances and contract termination fees. Turned in our 2 (TWO) old phones for new ones, got instant credit for the two. When I processed the paperwork for the refund of fees I paid for betraying Verizon, it took an act of Congress to get my refund. AT&T denied my refund requests, but could not give me details of what paperwork they needed to support my request (as if the charges on an actual Verizon bill werent sufficient). FINALLY got my refunds, but they took an extra device credit on my termination fee (which is odd, as I owned the phone for that line and did not have a payoff).I went to this Lewisville location and spoke with Christian, who understood the situation perfectly and promised hed have the paperwork filed when Dan, the manager, got there in an hour.Theyd call me, he said. Four hours later, I had to drive over there as I hadnt heard anything. Dan, GREAT customer service-centric guy that he is, told me that I was wrong (even though I had all support paperwork), and that the contract stated that I needed to turn in a third phone to receive full credit. I asked him to provide that in writing, to produce the contract. He stated he just knew, and didnt need to show me anything. AWESOME that a business manager talks to a paying customer like that.I now found the AT&T arbitration forms, and will pursue legal action.Shame that our business means nothing to this company any longer.Dan is a Class-A Tool; he wouldnt even look at me while speaking (down) to me.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I went during the new release of the iPhone 6 and the staff worked quickly to see each costumer. I had visited two other ATT stores before and the wait was unreasonable and the staff was a little rude. So glad I stopped by this location, I went in for a new SIM card and Derek was very helpful.

Guy at the door would not help us. He said he could not. Then a black person came in and he left the door with no door person and he helped them. And an hour later he helped another black person but wouldnt answer white questions. I was separate customer and the other salesperson was busy helping my wife.He turned me away 3 times refusing to look up the status of my account because my wife was getting a new phone. The lady helping my wife was working hard and very busy but I wasnt black like the next two customers he left the door for and worked at least 30 minutes each helping them while no one was greeted at the door. The black girl was pretty but the next person he helped was a man.

Pushy sales tactics, beyond the standard up sell and add-ons. Wouldnt go as far as to say deceitful... but you need to be checking all the lines on your invoice. You have to wait an extremely long time to be helped when they are obviously not understaffed. Two door greeters, two behind the counter, and only 3 techs to help 8+ customers? Two stars solely on the fact that I had always had a good experience at this specific store in the past... I dont know whats changed, but get it together guys.

I switched carrier from AT&T, but did not get my phone unlocked by them. Today I visited this AT&T store to try to get the problem solved and I not only got skipped in the line, but was told that there was nothing to do but wait 1 month without phone service. The explanation they gave did not make any sense at all, so I am definitely not recommending AT&T to anybody. They overcharged me and most of my calls kept getting cut off. It is a shame that the phone companies have such control over us.

I really hate having to sign in at the front for service... especially when only 1 other person waiting. They do not price match amazon, but their 1 year warranty is good. They didnt have product in stock. 6 ft Micro USB cable which should be pretty standard.

The salesmen we worked with showed us one model then told us it was out of stock and tried to make us purchase another phone for $30 more. The claimed the new phone had more memory, but when we tried to verify it we found they had lied. We were prepared to purchase two phones for cash, but chose to leave because of the dishonesty of the two salesmen.

Easily the worst service I have had in any store of any type. Went in to sign up for two new contracts and to purchase two new phones but they wouldnt even let me see a phone before buying it. When sinking nearly $2000 on devices and that plus more on a two year deal I at least expect to see what I am getting.Shop is just run by kids that do not care. Manager wasnt even interested in speaking with me. Walked out and went to the store down the road. Staff there helped with my needs but this store put me off AT&T so still no new contract signed.

Absolutely horrible service. Took my phone into the store for someone to put on my new bodyguardz since my first one crack. I dont have the patience for it so I was told I could bring it to the store. I was greeted at the door by Stephanie. She said she could help me well she made things worse. My bodyguardz now has bubbles in the middle of the screen and grease marks around the edges. I am so pissed. And not one of the 5 guys standing around were willing to help even though they could see and hear how frustrated I was.

Absolutely horrible service. There were 10 employees in the store and only 9 customers. Half the employees were standing around doing nothing. I thought it was funny that they were well practiced at standing and doing nothing while not making any eye contact with the customers. I will follow up with names of the cruddy employees. After waiting over a half hour. I finally just left.

I think the employees are lacking customer service skills which was clearly obvious they learned that from their manager. Basically waited 4 hours in this store, was lied to when it came to deposits told the sales rep. I wanted a figure up front before i select phones or change service or pay ANYTHING which the amount told to me was wrong after I had already paid one deposit they wanted additional, and they cut my servicd off with Verizon without my permission. Basically left the store extremely upset they refused to refund my deposit as well as reactivate my phone so I had no service. I was told by the manager We do not do that for our customers. Found out afterwards they created an account for me..I never signed any paperwork! Called corporate and reported this store.
