As most Home Depot’s, this location has a lot of great products for your home projects and beyond. The customer service from the staff here is excellent.

The tool rental department will lie and cheat you. They give bad advise when they should have knowledge of the tools they rent. I rented a floor grinder to get glue off of concrete floor. The guy in the rental department told me I would need sanding disc. That was a waste of money and time. Sanding disc did not work. Looked on website and found a video of the proper tool to use with grinder. Some diamond tip attachment. Went back up there told them what I needed. Looked at the attachment and it seemed the tips were worn completely out.. Ask if they would change them and they said they dont have.any to change out.. They said try it and if it doesnt work I would not be charged.. Was told I would not be charged for sanding disc and they would start my time on rental over. Ok, thats fair. When I turned in grinder the next day because the diamond attachment did not work at all either, I was charged full price for the whole time I had machine. And the diamond attachment I was charged for as well. About $300 in all for nothing. I am so through with this place. I have a spent so much $ with them over the years and this is the service I get. Not anymore.

Customer service was very good at this store. I was looking at a specific item and noticed it had damage to the box, and two employees came over to help. They searched the store for another one and didnt give up until I had what I needed. Store manager was nice too. Im tellin ya, customer service is the most important part of a successful business model, and this store excels in it. 5 stars.

Appliance department and delivery company is a complete joke and waste of time and Monday. After many attempts and damaged stove and dishwashers they still can’t fix it or issue a refund. Don’t use them for appliances! Biggest waste of time. Delivery drivers they use are the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in customer service!

What can I say about Home Depot? Everybody knows it . Loads of lumber garden and and and anything for the professional do it yourself. Price are fair. But its tooooo big. Good place to exercise . The staff is great. Some days you just have to go!!!!

Very interesting place. If you are looking for unique pieces of cabinets, doors,tubs, or hardware then this is the place to go to. I would suggest going early as the facility is not air Conditioned and gets very hot after lunch time. It is a no thrills place. First come first person to buy. Very limited selections and quantities on hand.

They cut my board for me as requested and it was perfectly done and quick I was really happy and surprised

First there werent any baskets at noon. You cant find help. You have to find someone, then its very minimal help, I asked where facets were, the first guy said isle 30, then after I walked to the other end of the store and the isles end at 19. I found another clerk and he said isle 29 and started helping some 1 else. I looked down the isle and could see a secondary set of numbered isles. Walked down and had passed 29. They didnt have the faucet I wanted, so I went to appliances and this really nice young lady helped me find it in at another store. Directions please Home Depot.

Home Depot is a great place to find all your needs from Construction to DIY. At this location, getting good help/assistance is just ok.

I was expecting more, but a was wrong. I ask for help in lumber but no way, the employee look like he dosent like his job. I rather go across the street and spend just a little bit more money and get the help. You get what you paid.

My elderly father found a electric range he wanted to purchase. He likes to be as independent as possible so didn’t want my help. He called and wanted to purchase the range he had picked out over the phone and no one would help him. Every person he talked to gave him the run around. The appliance department would never even answer the phone every time he called.He ended up calling Best Buy and bought a new range there. Everyone he spoke to at Best Buy was super polite and helped him.

Overpriced Home improvement products. Lowes has a better selection and often better prices. Comparison shop.

Such a great experience today at self check out. If you ever need any help, a young lady, whom unfortunately I did not catch her name, was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Will definitely come back to this Home Depot. Keep up the good work. All my farming buddies need to come here for all your needs.

If I could give 0 I would. Purchased sealant spray cans for my current project. Followed instructions to a T. Still ended up leaking after a days work and paid labor of $500. Took video proof and simply asked for store credit to purchase the other brand of the same type of product. With a straight no as their reply. If it doesn’t work don’t sell it. Feel completely scammed. Terrible customer service at this location.

Was very warm like the ac was not working.

When returning a light fixture to get another the guy was very rude. We informed him we hadn’t even open the box and he ignored us and got a blade cutter to open the box. He never spoke to us. He did the transaction and handed me my receipt.

Went there yesterday and had a great experience with the gentleman manning the self checkout. Even though a Karen didn’t like how he was helping us he stayed calm and answered her questions and then came back to us and offered my 2 daughters an little project that they are going to love doing with their grandma. I wish I would’ve gotten his name, but a very pleasant individual and the reason I will continue to shop here.

Did a phone sale and it went super smooth. Large store and stocked well. Friendly service. They also hooked me up with a military discount. Bonus!

Furniture (kitchen table) has shown up twice, both times destroyed.Evidently the store has not quality control check on products even when the box comes to the store destroyed. Open your product IN STORE if you want to make sure that you dont take garbage home and have to repack and redeliver like we did. Twice.The store manager should really implement some quality control. Looks very much like no one cares.

Worst paint department home depot has, extremely rude employee working paint dept. Skinny jeans long hair like dreadlocks. Has zero respect zero work ethics.

Great place got help I needed

It was a great experience. Needed microwave stovetop light. A employees made sure I got the right bulb. Even with the old bulb in my hand the numbers had changed. Saved me a second trip because of good customer service .

Inventory online doesnt match with store inventory disappointing

I love Home Depot especially this one. I seem to be here often for projects Im working on. The customer service is great. I knock of 1 star for one time a new person got my paint order really wrong and I couldnt tell until I got home and tried to continuing paint an area I had started. Instead of black lacquer he gave me a very dark purple. Poor guy took 45 minutes to help me with 1 quart of paint. He couldnt figure out how to change what I had in the system from a gallon to a quart. I have no idea why it said a gallon since I had only bought a sample before. When I went for the correction, they ladies working that area quickly made the correction.

Dee from the lumber area was absolutely magnificent! My boyfriend and I were looking for a specific item, landscaping lumber which was stored outside. It showed online that it was in stock but we could not find it. Im sure Dee noticed how lost we looked and asked if we needed help, I really appreciate him taking the time to ask and showing us where to find what we needed. He also helped us with cutting the wood. He was very kind and had a great vibe. He is a great asset to the company!!

If left wondering on items your uncertain about, dont anticipate the employees to approach you or offer their assistance whatsoever.., the building or creating relationships within the staff and the shopping customers has been extremely ignored. (Speaking on my prior and recent experiences).

Beats lowes all day long from top to bottom!! I once had a bad experience at a store in Louisiana and swore id never give them another penny but as of lately that bas all changed!!

I gave it 3 stars because I requested curbside pickup and never received my order as requested. I had to go inside the store to pickup my order. The online pickup cashier was very apologetic and nice.

Has just about everything I have ever needed and then some.

Just took 1hr13 for a pickup. Manager, Will had an empty apology. Customer service was terrible.

I like this location because I need an electric cart to go very far and they consistently have them ready and available.

Excellent service from the employees!!! You would think all stores are the same but nope. I live just as far from the flower mound store to the Lewisville store and I will never shop at the flower mound store!!! Its easy in and out, they have everything you need and if you cant find what you are looking for, just ask. Everyone I have ever asked is more than happy to stop what they are doing to help you out.

The staff was so nice and helpful. They stayed after to help us and didnt complain. I was picking up tile for my parents, they were renovating a bathroom, and they kept changing the number (probably about 5 times) they didnt complain, they joked with us. They were pretty quick to help us find all the tile and helped us get it out to our car. We went about 30-45 minutes before they closed, so we felt pretty bad.

Plants where healthy but your box planter section is lacking. Didnt have rail hangers for boxed planters

So much unnecessary Styrofoam in all their packaging. Recyclable, folded cardboard is less inconvenient and better for the environment.

It was hard to get questions that I had answered. It seemed like certain people there were not sure where items were in the store.

Their website is so bad it is hardly usable. Home Cheapo would rather be caught dead than sell a product that works. They exclusively sell products that do not work. 6 brasscraft shut off valves that were so loose on the pipe I could pull them off with my bare hands. T moulding so flimsy it cracks when tapping it into place with my palm.

Employees at customer service are very nice and helpful.

Needed several things & was helped by Bill, Jae & a lovely lady whose name I cant remember! All three were extremely helpful, knowledgeable & very pleasant. They all made my experience an exceptional one! The store had everything I needed & a very good selection of products.

I ordered some boxes online, because Im moving They were ready when I got there they were very great price and the guy who helped me load it was so nice

In and out with what I needed easy...

I purchased a Samsung French door refrigerator from this location in July 2017. It has been nothing less than a complete disaster.The ice maker consistently freezes over. Samsung has sent technicians several times and have tried to blame my usage of the unit every step of the way. They even replaced the unit and the problem remains.I called this location and they offered absolutely zero help. I received a runaround of leaving messages for different managers and no one has any pull with Samsung to get the problem resolved.I find it very difficult to believe that HD did not know about the issues with these refrigerators but kept selling them. The issues are well documented online and now there is a class action lawsuit in mediation.Im replacing this stainless steel pile of junk for something at Lowes.

Stop by here to pick up a few items that I need it for the house and the yard. It was an issue finding someone who was in the area during the 9:30 hour that I visited the store. Most of the registers pad 3 or 4 people in line when I was ready to check out. One thing I found I did like was the fact that most of the self check registers had only one person in front of me at the time.

Even though I use my phone to navigate the store, the staff is always friendly and available to help you when you need it.

My Favorite outings are those times that I spend in the Home Depot. My best shopping experiences On-line are with the Home Depot! The service is excellent along with the Best Prices.

Best local place to buy moving supplies! Order online and pock up in the store!

G, in lumber, was wonderful! He helped find what we needed, cut to size, load - everything. Hes very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, just all around a great asset. It was crazy busy and he answered other questions that came up while he was helping us. Hes awesome.

Kids workshop is great! We go to every one and the kids have so much fun building!
