Had to get shoe boxes love my sneaker boxes.

They have good selections. Most of the staffs are nice except a few. Especially, Bruce was very helpful and really nice. He helped me with some refund issues. He showed excellent customer service and super kind!

Ive been disappointed in BBAB over the past couple of years. They often dont have what I need. Oh well.... still fun to look around. Oddly enough I bought a tshirt there that my husband loves.

These guys have a great selection of reasonably priced things. My wife loves the kitchen stuff that I get her at Bed Bath & Beyond. A Christmas, I stopped by several times and they had different things coming in. I was able to get some small gifts for people that I probably would not have found anywhere else.The staff is helpful and friendly in these guys are wearing masks in taking Covid seriously.

The store is clean and they have everything organize but is not what is use to be. They dont have a lot of inventory and nothing is original anymore. Is just a regular home store. I did find some curtains at a great price, but it wasnt the color I was looking for.

Not enough variety of bed in a bag anymore. Everything was completely sold seperate for bedding. All pillows etc...They used to have more colors for bedding.

Bed Bath and beyond sell damaged goods. Beware what you purchase as they care more about policy than doing what’s right. Don’t trust them

The check out there takes A LOT of patience. Ask for your phone number, then your email, then the card reader doesnt to work. I tried multiple times, then asked the girl can you do this manually and she gives me that deer in the headlights look. Then I said I dont want to use my pin and she gives me the same look. And they wonder why we shop online.

Store was clean and helpful. Stepped in line to get checked out and a girl was too busy chatting and eating, wasn’t paying any attention and it made the process very difficult. The tall nice young man was very sharp and knows how to control and manage his line.

The employees here have been so nice. We were looking for a bunch of specific stuff lately and they were helpful finding everything. The checkers were so friendly, too. This location tends to have less stock than others but I find most of what I need and its easy enough to check online first before stopping in.

Do not buy from Bed Bath and Beyond. If you have to return something, they say they did not receive it, even though I have the tracking number showing it was received by Ewing on May 22, at 11:48 am. I still have not gotten credit and they told my credit card company that they did not receive it. Then when I call, all I get is the proverbial run around-call this number and so on. Will NEVER buy from them again. I have been a customer for 20+ years but I am done with them.

The store advertised one price online and had another price that was over $100 more in the store. They matched their own price, but they wouldnt let me use my coupon. The price in stores should be the same (or less) than online.

This location is always clean and has plenty of selections.

I like this Bed Bath & Beyond vs the one on Park as they seem to have more items to choose from. They are super friendly and they know where everything is in the store. I have shopped here 3 times in the last month, so I definitely prefer this store. I find new items to complete my home decor.

It always has some new product which gives an interesting and innovative solution to the problem you always have been looking a solution for.This location of bed bath and beyond is well located and easy to access. It is well stocked and has enough check out lines. It has a good number of personnel to help you to find the items you need and or suggest when needed.

Its a good store with variety of goods for everyday home use. But Tobe honest I feel prices over here are bit high. I saw the same branded products at Walmart for cheaper. But advantage is this place always have one or other coupon which Walmart doesnt. This store is maybe not for me but others might like it.

If you ever call to check availability just know that 4 out 5 calls will get you up to the store just so they can say they dont carry it. Clearance section is always a joke too cause they have all this stuff on clearance but when you go to check out they say it isnt on clearance. No communication with staff and it shows. Have a gift card I dont even want to use cause theyre a nightmare

I love this place, but I only have it 4 stars because just like every BB&B, it is over-whelming to shop there (always too much too look at).

I was searching for a product on their website, the product showed availability in their Lewisville store. The product didn’t have a clear section (i.e. kitchen tools, towels, etc) so it was difficult to find. The associates were very help and persistent in helping me find the item. I’ve had similar experiences at other retailers where an associate will look for a moment then give up. They were very determined to help me find my item, and pleasant during the process

Lots of great products and selection but like all other Bed Bath & Beyond stores, the aisles are too narrow. If you have a cart, its impossible to get past someone else whos looking in that aisle.

I love going to Bed Bath & Beyond, BUT, under no circumstances should you call them....DO NOT CALL THEM.Youll be subjected to an interminable barrage of commercial offers, followed by being given a phone number thats apparently useless.If you want to ask if, say, they have Silpats in stock, youll either have to go look yourself or just try calling somewhere else.
